À la Carte Dining
Please join us as we welcome Kate Reinhart as our new Director of Food & Beverage. Kate was born and raised in Baltimore and graduated from Towson High School. She then went on to Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA, to pursue her love of the hospitality and culinary industry. During her time at Drexel, she received the George Perrier Scholarship and Internship, allowing her the opportunity to work at the famed Le Bec-Fin. After graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Culinary Arts, she moved to Colorado, where she managed a bar and restaurant in Denver and worked as a Pastry Chef at a luxury ranch on the western slope. In 2014, she returned to Maryland and began her career in the private club industry as the Catering Director at The Country Club of Maryland where she has worked since. She has also been a member of the Club Management Association of America since 2014 and has been the recipient of the Jim Pappas Scholarship, Sally Burns Rambo Scholarship, and LaRocca Family Executive Scholarship, and is well on her way to earning her Certified Club Manager (CCM) certification. She is absolutely thrilled to be joining the BCC team! ◆

Director of Member Experience & Engagement
Nicholas Steege has been a phenomenal asset for BCC in building positive relationships with members and guests. His success is a clear reflection of his genuine care for the membership. Nicholas has been given the new role of Director of Membership Experience & Engagement. He will now be at the center of member engagement and his core responsibilities will include training our service team on member expectations and feedback and educating fellow staff members on how to create memorable experiences for members and guests. ◆
