15 BOMA Members on the Move Skyline Construction reported that Dan Allen joined the firm as Safety Manager. In this role, he will be responsible for the administration and oversight of Skyline Construction’s Health and Safety Program to ensure compliance with city, state and federal regulations, and to support Skyline Construction’s commitment to safety throughout the organization. He brings over 10 years of construction safety experience and 39 years of commercial construction expertise. Prior to joining Skyline, Allen worked as a senior level safety manager at a commercial drywall contractor in the Bay Area. He has earned over 25 certifications and designations including Construction Health and Safety Technician, Safety Trained Supervisor Construction, Silica Awareness Instructor, OSHA Regulations Instructor and more.

Able Services announced that Katie Fraher is the new Director of Client Relations for Northern California. Formerly a Regional Operations Manager in Able’s San Francisco office, Fraher has more than 10 years of national experience in managed services, operations and security. She will focus on building client relationships, account retention and the development of new business. Fraher serves on BOMA SF’s Emergency and Preparedness committee. With more than 17,000 employees servicing over one billion square feet of real estate, Able Services delivers valuAble work-life experiences to its clients and employees. In business since 1926, the company offers engineering, janitorial and facility solutions.

Marx|Okubo Associates, Inc. is pleased to announce the promotion of Tommy Fong (right) to the position of Assistant Vice President for the Northern California region. With 20 years of technical expertise and experience in building and construction at Marx|Okubo, Tommy looks forward to building relationships with new real estate clients and advancing relationships with the firm’s existing clients. The firm also promoted Joel Villamil (left) to the position of Assistant Vice President for the Northern California region. Joel has over 16 years of experience in the design and construction industry with the last 10 as a real estate consultant with Marx|Okubo. He is looking forward to being an active member of BOMA SF.

Oracle HQ in Redwood Shores welcomed two recent college graduates to its team. Kelsey Morgan is a graduate of UC Berkeley with a degree in Environmental Science. She has a background in waste management with a focus on sustainability. Kelsey Cariffe is a graduate of the California Maritime Academy with a degree in facilities engineering. She worked with Able as a facilities intern at two Oracle locations before getting hired as an Assistant Site Manager and is now an Assistant Facilities Manager.
