There are various types of Motorcycles. For many years many people around the world have been working on Motorcycles and implementing them in different ways. In order to preserve and exhibit to the people, one museum is required. When the Motor cycles are placed in the environment like a museum, space shall carry a special interest. It is almost like a learning place and entertainment to help the students and people to give idea about the Motorcycles while having fun. Motorcycles be of different types like cruiser, touring and sports bikes. These kinds of exhibits can be preserved and displayed in the museum.

The village of Bangalore is said to have beengifted to Kempe Gowda I (1513–1569), the founder of Bangalore, by the Vijayanagar emperors.The Ulsoor Lake was built by his successor, Kempe Gowda II, and is the only surviving tank built by the Gowda kings in Bangalore. The first British military station was set up in Halasuru in 1807. There used to be a jackfruit orchard near the Ulsoor Lake, and the Kannada name for jack-fruit being ‘Halasina Hannu’, the area came to be known as Halasuru. During the British rule, the name was anglicised to ‘Ulsoor’.

Even though the lake is dated to Kempegowdas’ time, the present lake was created by Sir Lewin Bentham Bowring, the then Commissioner of Bangalore Ulsoor Tower aims to be one of the prominent high rises with an aim of standing out in the already competitive skyline line of a fast developing city such as Bangalore.

Wasl Asset Management Group’s underconstruction Mandarin Oriental Hotel on Dubai’s Jumeirah Beach is 74% complete. Construction of the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Jumeirah Beach is on track for delivery in Q4 2018, according to developer Wasl Asset Management Group.
For this exercise, the massing study was done to observe the entrance canopy and the mashrabia balcony sliders.

Palm Jumeirah - Dubai
Wasl Asset Management Group, one of the largest real estate development and management companies in Dubai, has launched its highly anticipated ‘Hyatt Centric The Palm Dubai’ hotel project in collaboration with an affiliate of Hyatt Hotels Corporation.
The hotel is located at the center of The Palm – one of the world’s most iconic landmarks – keeping guests in the middle of the action and offering them beach access whilst also encouraging them to explore the city’s rich culture, heritage, and tourist sites.
The project dated March 2018 is in the detail design stage and required a few façades enhancing patterns to which after various trials a zig-zag pattern was finalized as represented in the visual.
The project responsibilities included-

The Wasl tower designed by UNS(United Network Studio) with Wasl Properties as a client is a benchmark 302-metre superhigh-rise structure in a pivotal Dubai location. Set for completion in 2020, the Wasl Tower will have one of the world’s tallest ceramic facades and will be a regional touchstone for adaptability and sustainability. The project is valued at approximately 1.6 billion AED with the façade costs comprising roughly 150 million AED in value which makes an integral design element that needs to be studied indepth.

THE GLASS HOUSE

Out-house design excerxise for a private client to bake the space useable during exterme summers and winters.
The useage of folding aluminum windows and large span sliding glass skylights opens the space making it fell larger than it is while helping with cross ventilation and cooler in normal weather conditions. In more severe conditions the windows may be closed and the spaces is cooled using window Ac Units and during winter the same space can be warmed up by a central furnace topped with an elegant chimney to divert the smoke.
