It’s been a massive year for Melrose and when we look back at our beginnings - only a short 18 months ago - we ’ re so proud of our growing team for going above and beyond in every project.

CROMWELL OFFICE FITOUT
We're excited to share a glimpse into Cromwell Property Group's newly unveiled global head office, right here in Brisbane.
Designed with a forward-thinking approach, this two-level workspace (aptly named the Cromwell Lifestyle) seamlessly blends comfort and timeless elegance with functionality The design prioritises connection and collaboration, creating a space where ideas and teams can flourish
The office is thoughtfully adorned with native plants, indigenous art, and a soothing colour palette. These elements enhance community engagement, promote employee wellbeing, and offer integrated learning experiences

Sophisticated dining has arrived at James St in New Farm with the opening of Fatcow on James St earlier this year.
Fatcow’s irresistible menu includes the freshest seafood, award-winning meat, an extensive wine list and an impressive whiskey collection. This high end dining destination required a fitout to match and Melrose delivered an impressive space that epitomises luxury and sophistication

Situated in the heart of Brisbane's CBD, Longwang is nestled in a former laneway between two high-rise buildings This custom-built, two-storey restaurant is an impressive achievement and is truly a collaborative effort by the team and all project partners involved. Spanning just 3m in width and extending 30m across both levels, it showcases innovative design and expert building methodology in a compact space

An iconic corner of Nundah Village recently underwent a transformative revitalisation project. Working closely with Barakat Properties, Melrose modernised and refurbished an old office building with floor to ceiling glazing and contemporary interiors
The adjacent heritage listed building, a former Australia Post office, also received a much-needed facelift. An appealing laneway was also created for increased street appeal
End of Trip Facility
SERVICES INCLUDED PROJECT OVERVIEW
End of Trip Facilities are essential amenities to many office precincts We recently completed the end of trip facility for The Barracks, at the top of Brisbane’s iconic Caxton Street.
New male and female amenities were built, services upgraded and the Melrose touch was added with finishing touches like quality hairdryers and spacious lockers

CBD Office
Melrose is proud to present our latest office refurbishment in Brisbane’s CBD
Key aspects of this project included repurposing existing structures and materials, significantly reducing waste and meeting important project targets
Now ready for its new tenant, this space combines functionality with eco-friendly design.

We are thrilled to announce our collaboration with Epoca & Frank Developments to construct Ducale, an exclusive lifestyle residential development in Brisbane’s inner-city suburb of Teneriffe. Ducale will feature luxury one and two-storey homes across eight boutique levels Stay tuned for further updates and announcements on this exciting project!

We’re pleased be awarded an office refurbishment project within a heritage-listed building. This iconic building, located above Brisbane’s flagship Louis Vuitton store, is being transformed into a spacious, open-plan office space, which will serve as the new corporate home for a global real estate investment manager.

We're proud to announce that Melrose has secured a building refurbishment & accessibility infrastructure works project at Lakes Vista Office Park Building
AWARDED
Designed with a contemporary approach by Brown James, this expansive entire floor fitout will seamlessly blend professionalism with functionality and on-trend aesthetics
The office will feature multiple meeting rooms, smaller breakout areas, a modern staffroom, and open-plan workstations – all with a breathtaking view of the Brisbane River.

wNate Chellew - HSEQ Manager
With over two decades of experience in various industries, Nate has developed both technical skills in the HSEQ arenas and strong leadership experience He has a keen systems and operational focus and is committed to successful outcomes for all stakeholders, which seamlessly aligns with our Melrose company vision.
Kieran King - Site Foreman
With 7 years in the construction industry, Kieran began his carpentry trade in rural NSW He’s honed his skills working on award-winning, high-end residential projects. In 2023, Kieran led a crew to deliver a multimillion-dollar Dalby residence, sparking his passion for construction management Kieran shares our value of teamwork and together with his experience and enthusiasm, he is an exciting addition to our company
Chayton Hall - Estimator
Chayton joins Melrose as a qualified Carpenter having worked firstly in residential and then in the commercial sector. After a year on the tools in Commercial, Chayton moved office-side to develop his skills pricing work for commercial carpentry and plastering We’re excited to welcome Chayton as he expands his construction knowledge and career at Melrose where he’ll be pricing works across all construction trades alongside our experienced and motivated team

We’re excited to welcome Andy to the team! Andy is an experienced Project Manager with extensive experience in delivering new build projects throughout the Greater Brisbane area. He takes pride in fostering strong relationships with all stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. With these shared values, we ’ re looking forward to Andy’s ability to deliver quality projects for our clients
Aida Farahani - Accountant
Aida joins our office team as our new Accountant! Aida brings valuable experience in accounting, particularly in fund management and will be a great asset to our company We're looking forward to Aida's contribution to our team and know her experience will help support our company ' s growth, and help maintain the financial integrity of our projects
Evan Saggus - Site Manager
We’re excited to introduce Evan, a skilled carpenter with 18 years of experience in the industry, including 12 years in commercial construction. Evan is making a move from site management to an office-based role, and we ’ re thrilled to support him in this new chapter. His hands-on experience and deep understanding of our industry will be a tremendous asset to our team

Chain Reaction Challenge is the ultimate corporate bike challenge that raises money for sick kids. One of our Directors, Lachy, once again put on the lycra for a good cause and rode over 1000km in 7 days. All legs of the Challenge have raised over $3m this year!
