& MASTER IN INTERIOR DESIGNER FOCUSED ON FUTURE & TRENDS

The word sensitive is defined as the “capacity to experience sensations, to appreciate or react emotionally to something” and from this idea I define myself as an interior designer. Running along the beaches of Costa Rica or walking through the streets of Madrid and Paris have marked my sensitivity: a vision of the world that led me to my work as a designer.

I studied architecture and specialized my degree in hygrothermal comfort of spaces. My professional experience is based in interior design and as an university professor. Currently I have a master’s degree in interior design focused on Future & Trends of the university IADE, Madrid. My field of action has been hospitality, retail and residential projects of small and large scale, areas where I can translate the client’s needs into my creative language. Within my capabilities I can lead and coordinate teams, organize schedules and establish new relationships with potential clients.

Provocative, expressive and narrative concepts are my mainstay to create sensory stimulation in the spatial experience. I use textures, lighting and colors as evocative, aesthetic and functional solutions, which can range from the maximalism of Laura Gonzalez to the synthesis of Colin King. With these references I seek to elevate the user experience by using art, trends and creations of the past as a tool to apply in the design of the future.

In the middle of Provence and inspired by lavender, an innovative sensory experience for couples was proposed. With spaces dedicated to wellness such as a hammam, sauna, tea room and massages. Also with a private part to spend the night. Every detail was specially taken care of, such as the color of the golden façade in contrast to the lavender color.
