The Challenge: The client required a workstation soft wiring system that included 20 GPOS to support the work of their traders and technologists.
M&E Solution: Paul assembled a team of electrical experts and together with his install team successfully engineered a custom integrated cable tray prototype designed to house 20 GPOs, which was then scaled into 30 custom trays within just 7 days.

M&E partnered with Fused Projects to transform a 338 sqm floor plate of prime Brisbane CBD real estate into three separate speculative suites. Working alongside the designer, Modern Concepts, M&E informed furniture selection and finishes, with warm, neutral palette and bold accents. Over 3 days, M&E supplied and installed 30 workstations, as well as loose furniture for private offices, meeting and board rooms, waiting areas, kitchen collaborative areas and quiet rooms. A timeless fit out completed 3-weeks ahead of schedule and to budget, showcased some of M&E’s most popular products including the Clima Boardroom Table, Bravo Boardroom Chairs and El Lazo Workstations.

M&E partnered with Growth Workplace Design to create a multipurpose and adaptable speculative suite for Marquette Properties. Featuring a welcoming waiting area with emerald hues, sustainable finishes including cork flooring and kitchen cork feature tiles, complemented by timber furniture and workstation finishes, the atmosphere oozes calm and warmth. When moving throughout the space, the experience gently transitions into a light and bright open plan workspace integrating our Carter Workstations and ergonomic LaLa Task Chairs for focused work and a kitchen breakout area for team collaboration.

FEATURED PROJECT KALAKAL.
M&E partnered with SHAPE Australia to create a truly one-of-a-kind resimercial space in the historic Piccadilly Arcade. During the design process, M&E worked closely with Bearspace Design Studio on design and layout, furniture selections, finishes, and custom furniture design and joinery. Custom design features all manufactured and installed by M&E included curved height adjustable workstations wrapping around a feature acoustic curved wall, copper dining tables and planters, ottomans, and a bespoke two-piece 2500mm folding desk to allow for a multi-purpose space for team wellness as needed. As one of the city’s first Breathable Buildings, the unique furniture pieces elevated the character of the iconic arcade, offering unparalleled comfort and functionality for the Vivcourt Trading team.
