With the site merging two existing intersections, ‘Fractured‘ successfully unifies two separate parcels of land with all majors of the built environment. With an integrated engineering and architectural program, an open plan with lateral bridging maximizes interactions within the building. Outdoor circulation takes advantage of the passive ventilation opportunities of the panhandle whilst producing a greener, more energyefficient design.
with collaborative methodology. In the wild, urbanism is defined by the student, allowing the project to take on a narrative developed through collage, imagination, and analysis.
After experience on several education projects with Chapman Harvey (CHA), I took on Aikman Elementary as project lead. From schematic design through construction completion, I was an integral part of the success of this project. Aikman was bid at just over $1 million and 2,000 sqft., encapsulating a new office, reception, workroom, and a new secured entry for student and staff safety. I am incredibly proud of the addition and its impact on the community of Hereford.

Located in Littlefield, Texas, the Lamb County Community Center my first opportunity at project management in a category outside of K-12 education. As project lead, I know that Chapman Harvey delivered a cost-effective, well-designed project that will positively impact the Littlefield community. The recreational facility plans include a complete remodel of all existing building elements and a new addition just under 4000 sq ft. The project has been separated into phases, the first scheduled to commence in early June.

The Forested Healthcare Clinic’s design ensures all users a view towards the exterior while maintaining patient privacy. Concealed from the access road, the clinic reveals itself as clients and staff enter the site. Utilizing the large native trees as a natural veil the design relationship between the internal & external views of the building. The Private interiors are concealed, while public ones are revealed.
As a first-year graduate student, I had an opportunity to explore courses centered around design computation and digital fabrication. Learning to navigate machines like the CNC router, 3d printer, PotterBot, and the Kucka Robot, were just a few of the skills learned throughout the course. Taking digital fabrication also helped strengthen and refine my knowledge of woodshop machinery and basic construction principles.
Lubbock Social is a smallscale mixed-use building located in downtown Lubbock. In response to Lubbock’s rich prohibition history, the project incorporates a modern twist on the speakeasy. The design seeks to create a relationship with the citizens of Lubbock by being along the First Friday Art route with open seating and tables to promote site interaction. The building comprises two main sections- residential and public, with the residential floors taking precedence at the upper levels.
