Each animal will be the buyer’s risk as soon as it is sold, but will be cared for by the seller for a reasonable period of time. Every precaution will be taken for the welfare of the cattle sold. Neither owner nor sales management can be responsible for accidents, but every effort will be made to provide for safety and comfort of those attending the sale.

Accepted payment forms from buyers within the Continental US are: farm, corporate or personal check all immediately negotiable. 4% Credit Card convenience charge will be placed on all credit card purchases (Visa, Master Card & Discover). Settlement is to be made with the clerk immediately following the sale and before cattle are removed from the premises.

Billed Accounts: All billed accounts are due within 10 days following the date of the sale. At 10 days, a two percent service charge will be added to the unpaid balance and an additional two percent will be added every 30 days thereafter unless previous arrangements have been made with the owners or sale manager.

Health: Each animal will be represented by a state approved health certificate for interstate shipment. Buyers should make themselves aware of the health requirements for their respective states. Liability: Each animal will be at the buyer’s risk as soon as sold. Neither the owners, employees, auctioneer, sale manager or other affiliated personnel can be responsible for any accidents, but they will make every effort to provide for the safety and comfort of those attending.

Insurance will be available for your purchases from the sale clerk.

Announcements made from the auction block take precedence over all printed material in this catalog.

Mail Bids: Mailed or telephoned bids will be handled in a most confidential manner. If you are unable to attend the sale personally, simply contact a representative of the sale far enough in advance prior to sale day. They will be able to assist you at ringside on sale day.

Israel has already won 1 banner at the National Western and you can see why. Lots of muscle and bone in this boy. You get full possession but we reserve right to register his calves. We didn’t want to loose his quality so we have had him with some cows. His parentage has always been supreme. You don’t see this in many bulls so I hope someone will take him on to prove his quality in the show ring.

Vandorn is a polled super star. The old thought that you couldn’t get mass in polled animals is proven wrong, This boy is as wide as a freight train and bone to carry it. Walks smooth and is a sweet disposition. His genetics have champions all over it. RHH Iowa Prince as well as the Husker cow family. Being a 2024 model he could go onto be a winner for years to come in the show ring.

Nava is a really nice looking heifer that comes from our long line of cows from the KP Ranch. She likes attention, her neck rubbed and will come to you when you call her. She will make a great addition to your herd.
