Medus honeydew or forest honey Honeydew was once believed to have fallen from the stars, however, this strong-tasting, mineral-rich, savory honey is, in fact, a result of the symbiosis between aphids and bees. High levels of antioxidants and minerals, as well as antibacterial activity, are all essential for the health of the immune and nervous system. Nothing is added to it or taken away, and is not pasteurized or modified in any way before being packaged. This earthy-flavoured honey is particulary used in haute cuisine. As a healthy and tasty sweetener, we recommend honeydew to be used in marinades or enjoyed with cheese and game meat.

Uros Kovac Producer of premium honey and founder of the Medus brand While Uros Kovac was completing his MBA programme and acquiring a Master's degree in management, he was already working as a manager in a larger company. Due to his different life goals, he decided to make a significant change in his life and thus entered the dinamic world of beekeeping. He perceives bee breeding and producing premium honey as part of a broader effort to preserve natural diversity as well as our existence.
