Overlab-ING is the result of reviving abandoned buildings by collaborating on community spaces to meet the need for a forum for community development in the city of Bogor with a market to answer the problems of the existing condition of Pasar Mawar. The main concept is to tackling the boundary within our community by combining two different space concept, traditional market and communityspace.

Issue

The current condition of Maxim Theater becomes abandoned and unused properly.People use the land around the building as a place to market. The real market is not just a place to trade and buy More than that, the market has a role as a space for people to interact. Javanese culture in managing social interactions presents the concept of “market as a space of paseduluran”.

The Arc is a cluster house that carries a modern tropical architectural style where the design characteristics used are the use of natural materials such as wood. Unique, Bigger and Exquisite are keywords that describe the overall design of this house. The client wants a comfortable residential design by highlighting curved stairs that give an artistic and exclusive impression.The existence of awidewindowso that it can produce naturallighting andventilation.

This house has the concept of a growing house where construction is carried out in stages, starting with 2 bedrooms first, then 2 more bedrooms are built in the backyard of the house. By maximizing land that is not so large, the layout of the cluster houses is designed and adapted to the needs of the occupants so that they look spacious and comfortable.

On the 1st floor of this building there is a carport for cars, then there is a terrace, then when you enter the building you will find a living room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom. And in the back area there are 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. For the 2nd floor maximized with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.

By maximizing land that is not so wide, the concept of open space is carried out in the interior design of this building where there is minimal space barrier Living, Kitchen and Dining room are in one room to create the impression of a spacious room.

The selection of materials and the selection of colors used in this house creates a warm and comfortable impression The use of Plywood material with colored HPL finishing and wood texture is applied to the furniture sets in this house. To finish the floor using granite with marble motifs to create a clean and elegant impression. The unique impression of this house is highlighted in the design of the curved staircase with a combination of bright colors and wood materials on the steps. Mr. W House is a facade and interior renovation project with a modern minimalist concept with a touch of Scandinavian style interior design. The client wants his house to look wider and spacious. Bright, warm, and modern are the keywords in designing this house. A spacious kitchen is also one of the owner's needs to support their catering business.

The client wants to change the building ceiling to be higher so that the room seems spacious and uses wide and many windows to maximize lighting and ventilation. With the catering business being carried out by the client, the layout arrangement in the kitchen is designed to be spacious to support the client in the production process and activities in the kitchen to be more comfortable. The use of furniture with white color combined with wood material to give a clean andwarm impression.

Mr YHouse is a gradualrenovation project in a house that has been lived in for a long time, along with the growth and regeneration of the occupants so that spatial changes are needed to suit needs and make the house more comfortable to live in. The client wants the interior design of his house to use a modern minimalist concept with a touch of Japanese style. The use of brightly colored materials, wood and a touch of granite can give a spacious, clean and comfortable home to live in.
