CAE ARES & ARES AR

CAE Ares is a mid-fidelity manikin designed to fulfill the requirements for Advanced Life Support (ALS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and emergency care team training within academic programs, hospitals, and emergency care services. Ares is portable, lightweight and durable, with the right mix of features for life-saving simulation training.

CAE AresAR is an engaging augmented reality solution helping learners clearly visualise physiology and accelerate training to manage life-threatening medical emergencies. Powered by the Microsoft HoloLens, CAE AresAR can be used as a standalone application with a holographic manikin or can be integrated with the CAE Ares manikin to enable continuum of learning.

CAE SURGICAL SIMULATION

CAE STOPS medical products, includes the Surgical Cut Suit, EMS/TCCC Cut Suit, 6-in-1 trainer and blast trousers for simulation-based education in traumatic events, from point-of-injury triage and treatment en route to transition of care and surgical intervention. Hyper-realistic® cut suits and task trainers simulate extreme physical trauma so medical and non-medical personnel may safely learn to manage severe patient trauma scenarios by mimicking the realistic look, feel, behaviours and smells of extreme medical events.

The 6-in-1 Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) Trainer is comprised of a Hyper-Realistic®, anatomically similar male head and upper torso. It is constructed with a skeleton that utilises user-repairable body skin, neck skins, tracheas, and user-replaceable intraosseous training pucks.

Procedures available include:

• Nasopharyngeal Airway (NPA) Adjunct Insertion (with Oropharyngeal visual confirmation of proper measurement and placement)

• Clearing upper airway of obstructions (i.e. finger-sweep) with Oropharyngeal airway measurement and placement

Lifecast develops highly accurate and lifelike manikins which transform the way training is both delivered and absorbed. Based on the scans and cast of real people, the Lifecast manikins feature lifelike fine details such as veins and underlying structures as well as hair and an airway and articulated mouth for airway management.

Available in a range of sizes (baby, child, adult, senior), ethnicities and lifelike height/weight, the Lifecast manikins encourage more natural handling, bringing a new level of realism to medical training.
