When you have found your perfect match, it is a matter of securing the finance for your purchase. If bank lending is required, the bank will ask for a number of documents so they can issue a loan in principle. Henry Schein Financial Services can guide you through the process and support you throughout, until the transaction is completed.

In parallel the MediEstates team, work with your and the sellers solicitors to assist during the due dilligence process, which is the legal/financial process of buying the business.

We will profile practices which match the specification of the buyer profile you have provided. Once a practice has been identified that matches your requirements we will liaise with you to facilitate the viewing.

This is usually a good time to investigate which solicitor you may use to help you through the practice buying process. MediEstates have a suggested list of solicitors which specialize in dental transactions as using a specialist is highly advisable.

Once the due diligence process is under way, MediEstates will assist with the specific requirements of the process, as specialists with hundreds of transactions completed.

However, each transaction is unique, and we support you through the uniqueness of yours.

On completion, the due diligence process and the requirement for finance come together and the practice ownership is transferred from the current seller to you, as a buyer.
