Our comprehensive range of training programmes provide a safe and open environment for your people to discuss disability, health conditions and mental health and will help your organisation to develop the confidence, tools and techniques to promote and engender positive behaviour change.
Designed in line with Training Accreditation Programme (TAP) methodology (the industry-recognised standard), all our programmes are skills-based and structured to ensure that learning is embedded and that learners are directly engaged in the experience, whether delivered faceto-face or online.

Allemployees
This suite of training programmes is focused on equipping individuals with the knowledge, tools and strategies to empower them to look after their own health and wellbeing more effectively, as well as the skills and confidence to be able to better support colleagues and customers.
Managers
Aimed at those individuals who have responsibility for others' health and wellbeing in the workplace, our manager training programmes will provide attendees with the knowledge, skills and confidence to start conversations with employees and support their teams appropriately and effectively.
Champions
Our champion programmes are designed specifically with organisational culture change in mind and focus on defining the role of a ‘champion’ within the workplace, ensuring that boundaries are established and areas of responsibility are defined. Harnessing their passion for supporting mental health, wellbeing, disability or neurodiversity within the workplace, these courses will equip colleagues with the knowledge and confidence to implement, promote and drive engagement with relevant initiatives, activities and support services, throughout your organisation.
