Launch and implementation of a customer’s new design on an existing fleet is an area of particular strength - even for very large organisations with fleets of thousands of vehicles.

The Mediafleet project planning process involves determining the ‘What’, ‘How’, ‘When’ and ‘Who’ of the project.

It considers the customer goals allied to the operational methodologies and reporting procedures of our supply chain partners.

• The ‘What’ focusses on the project objectives – design intricacies, the vehicle numbers, locations, and the time frames involved.

• The ‘How’ considerations are principally concerned with identifying and ensuring the necessary resource is in place to deliver the objectives both from a Mediafleet and customer perspective.

• The ‘Who’ concerns the team members needed to deliver the customer objectives. This may include all aspects of the Mediafleet ‘Scope of Service’ from design through to application and beyond.

• The ‘When’ involves generating a schedule that is realistic and will deliver your objectives.

Mediafleet’s creative design function is to ensure your marketing message is clear and understood, and that your brand looks professional, and delivers your brand values and respects your brand guidelines.

We are experienced in working with ‘brand proud’ organisations; whether it’s a new concept or whether we’re working within an existing campaign, we’ll create and adapt as necessary to make sure you maximise the opportunity.

Technical specifications, mock-ups and artwork

Once we’ve helped you develop creative solutions, we’ll agree internally the most appropriate specifications for production and application.

Reducing your costs is a priority at Mediafleet to enable you to maximise your ‘return on investment’.

To help you see how ideas are developing, we’ll produce 2D visual layouts or 3D mock-ups for you to comment on and share internally.

When everything has been agreed and you are happy with the designs and costings, we’ll generate productionready artwork to send to our 40,000 sq ft production facility. We’ll also produce comprehensive guidelines for our fitting team on how to install and apply your graphics.

Production

Mediafleet’s 40,000 sq.ft. of production facility in Oxfordshire houses our highly experienced team and latest production technology to enable us to meet the requirements of your branding project.

Regardless of the scale of the task or the timeframes involved, through careful planning and production expertise, Mediafleet will produce the graphics on time and in full, every time.

We are not a transport company ourselves, but we use a large network of reliable transport partners that provides you with the service you require…

Maximising the efficiencies within your fleet

At Mediafleet, we are very aware that fleet managers are under enormous pressure to return a vehicle to the road as quickly as possible following an accident. That’s why we designed a ‘best-in-class’ accident and repair service to reduce costly vehicle off-road time and ensure your corporate reputation is not corrupted through damaged or missing graphics.

Fast Vehicle Graphics Repairs

When an accident happens, we promise to get replacement graphics to your fleet’s nominated accident body shop within 48 hours of receiving your order.

If your body shop requests the graphics to be applied, we can also send a member of our mobile installation team to fit the new graphics within 72 hours of order receipt.

Simple cut graphics to a vehicle wrap, it’s all covered in our standard Service Level Agreement.
