Hunt believes it is the responsibility of all REALTORS to invest in their industry and the communities they serve. REALTORS sell more than homes; they sell the community. “Building strong communities, protecting property interest, and promoting a vibrant business environment is what we do through our membership to the REALTOR Association(s), said 2021 Hilton Head Area REALTORS® President Shaun McTernan. “It is members like Hunt who provide a significant impact for homeowners and private property rights.” Asking Hunt what is his secret to success? “Success is measured in many ways, my view of success has more to do with how I present myself and treat others,” said Hunt. “In other words, situations don’t dictate my decisions as much as my principles. I think if we all stick to our principles, we are more likely to enjoy success in other areas of our life be it, family or financial or any other part of our lives.” Hunt believes the first rule to being in the real estate industry is to commit
to not just selling property but commit to the industry, the profession and to his clients. Everything you do and say should be for and about your clients and elevating the industry.
