Festivities at Mean Green Tailgate Village start early and are highlighted by the Mean Green March featuring North Texas Cheerleaders, NT Dancers, The Green Brigade Marching Band and your Mean Green Football Team. Live musical entertainment, Jr. Mean Green Fun Zone and plenty of Mean Green spirit are the norm for tailgating on Game Day @ North Texas. Listed below are some tips to enhance your tailgating experience. • Arrive Early… Tailgating is what you make of it. To enjoy a full day of tailgating activities in Mean Green Village and the surrounding area it is best to be on hand early and avoid possible traffic delays. • Have A Game Plan... There is no substitute for proper preparation. Bring your grills, smokers, food, beverages and whatever else you may need. Setup your tailgate party in any approved location or stay close to Mean Green Village where organized tailgating festivities take place. Please no glass bottles, containers, kegs, pets or unauthorized vehicles permitted in Mean Green Village. • Bring Your Team... Just as Coach Dodge brings his team to the game, you need to bring your team to Game Day @ North Texas. Friends, family, neighbors, co-workers, and others that you socialize with will enjoy the festive tailgating atmosphere of the Mean Green Village and the surrounding area. Fans are encouraged to secure tailgating supplies and enter the stadium at least 30 minutes prior to kickoff.

GAME DAY HIGHLIGHTS • 3 hours prior to kick-off… Live musical entertainment and the Jr. Mean Green Fun Zone featuring rides and games for children of all ages begin three hours prior to kickoff in Mean Green Village. • 2 hours prior to kick-off… The Mean Green March including Green Brigade Marching Band, NT Dancers, the North Texas Cheerleaders and your Mean Green Football Team starts at Traditions Hall and proceeds through Mean Green Village culminating at the football locker room as the team makes its final pregame preparations. • 30 minutes prior to kick-off… Fans are encouraged to be in the stands 30 minutes prior to kickoff to enjoy the Green Brigade Pregame Extravaganza and welcome the Mean Green to the field with the traditional public address call of "Heeeeeeeeeeere Comes The Mean Green....!" • Post Game… Mean Green fans are encouraged to remain in the stands as the Green Brigade performs the Fight Song, Alma Mater and traditional post game concert accompanied by fireworks at most home games.

PARKING Parking Lots adjacent to the stadium have been reserved for Mean Green Club (MGC) members at the $250 level and above. These lots are restricted by a parking pass which is issued with the purchase of season tickets. Parking for non-Mean Green Club Members on Game Day is $10 in approved lots. Free parking is available on the East side of North Texas Blvd. All non-MGC members wishing to park recreational vehicles will be admitted to the Blue lot as space permits for $60 on Game Day. Paid Parking • Fans can follow directions to Orange lot for paid parking (while available). Arrive early for best chance to park in close proximity to stadium. TRAFFIC FLOW & MAP To Orange Lot • From Dallas… Enter Denton on I-35E North and exit Bonnie Brae (Exit 467). Police will direct you on to Bonnie Brae, then right on to Prairie, then right on North Texas Blvd. and into the appropriate lot. • From Fort Worth… Take I-35W North to Bonnie Brae (Exit 84). Police will direct you to Prairie and then to North Texas Blvd and into the appropriate lot.

To Blue Lot • From Dallas… Enter Denton on I-35E North and exit NT Blvd. (exit 466B). Take first right at NT Blvd. Stay straight on NT Blvd. and be prepared to take a left into the Blue parking lot. • From Fort Worth… Take I-35W North to I-35E South and exit NT Blvd. (exit 466B). Take a left at the red light. Stay straight on NT Blvd. Go through red light at Eagle Dr. and be prepared to take a left into the Blue parking lot. To Yellow & Green Lot • From Dallas… Enter Denton on I-35E North and exit North Texas Blvd. (Exit 466B). Police will direct you northbound on the service road to the Green or Yellow lot. Be in the right hand lane to enter the lot! • From Fort Worth… Take I-35W North to I-35E South and exit North Texas Blvd (Exit 466B). Police will direct you across the overpass to the service road. You will be directed northbound on the service road to the Green or Yellow lot. Be in the right hand lane to enter the lot! TICKETS AND ADMISSION Fouts Field gates will be open one-and-a-half hours prior to kick-off. North Texas Athletics cannot be responsible for lost, stolen, or destroyed tickets. Duplicate tickets will not be issued. Children of all ages are required to have tickets, except infants in arms. Students are admitted free with a valid UNT ID. Cash, Check, American Express, MasterCard, Visa or Discover will be accepted at the Main North Texas Ticket Office on Game Day. All Satellite Ticket Offices have one window that accept credit cards.

Only the person whose name appears on the order may pick up will-call tickets. A picture ID is required. Refunds will not be made for willcall tickets that are not picked up.

ACCESSIBLE SEATING Handicap seating is located in Lower section M, Lower section F and Upper section G. Only one attendant will be permitted seating with each fan in a wheelchair. Handicap seating should be requested in writing to the ticket office.

PROGRAMS & MeanGreenGear.com The official ‘Extra-Point’ game program is available from vendors at each gate on the East and West sides of Fouts Field. Officially licensed North Texas merchandise is available inside Gates 1, 3, and 9. MEAN GREEN CLUB HOSPITALITY DECK The Mean Green Club Hospitality Deck is located in the south end zone of Fouts Field. During all home football games the hospitality area is open to Mean Green Club Members that donate at the $250 level and above. Catered food and beverages are available an hour and a half prior to kick-off and are served until the start of the second half. MEAN GREEN BACKS Be the Most Comfortable Fan In The Stands! For only $30 per seat, North Texas Athletics will install a cushioned Mean Green Back to your season ticket location at Fouts Field. There is no longer a need to pack a seat back or cushion to every home game. It’s comfortable, convenient, waterproof, and clearly defines your seat. It’s permanently attached to your seat and waiting for you at kick-off if ordered for the season. Call the North Texas Ticket Office at (940) 565-2527 for additional information.

BETH MARIE’S JR. MEAN GREEN FUN ZONE The Jr. Mean Green Fun Zone, located in Mean Green Village, features inflatable bounce houses, slides, games and more for the kids ages 15 and under. This area often hosts other North Texas athletic teams providing autograph opportunities to all visitors. The cheerleaders, dancers, and Scrappy are also frequent visitors providing kids an opportunity to get up close and personal with the spirit of Mean Green Athletics. All Junior Mean Green Club members participate free at Fun Zone and for others a minimal play-all-day fee applies. The Jr. Mean Green Fun Zone opens 3 hours prior to kickoff and closes 30 minutes prior to kickoff.

JUNIOR MEAN GREEN CLUB The Junior Mean Green Club is an exciting way for children to be associated with North Texas Athletics. A nominal membership fee entitles all participants to receive an exclusive Junior Mean Green Club t-shirt, team updates, parties, Mean Green buddies, Fun Zone discounts, the chance to participate in the Football Spirit Line at halftime, and more! FOUTS FIELD STADIUM INFORMATION & POLICIES GENERAL POLICIES All persons must have a ticket, and the holder of the ticket is restricted to the section, row and seat of the held ticket. All sales are final, and tickets cannot be refunded or replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed. The University of North Texas reserves the right to revoke tickets by refund of purchase price. Holders of tickets to University athletic events must agree to abide by stadium and University policies. Tickets may not be sold on University property except by authorized personnel of North Texas Athletics. No alcoholic beverages, except in pre-approved areas, no umbrellas, no amplified noise-makers or signs for political purposes are allowed in the stadium or on stadium grounds. Anyone apprehended with any intoxicants in the stadium, except in the sanctioned areas, will be subject to ejection without refund. FIRST AID First Aid Stations are located on the Westside concourse inside of Gate 3 under Section E and Gate 8 under Section N. Medical personnel are available in these stations to provide service and care. PARKING Reserved priority parking areas will be controlled by colorcoded passes. Recreation vehicles, or those occupying more than one space, are asked to park in the Blue lot, in designated locations. Overflow RV parking is designated in the Orange parking lot off of North Texas Blvd. at a charge of $60.00. GATES All gates open 1 hour and 30 minutes prior to kickoff. Those with Westside tickets (Sections A – I) can enter any gate on the Westside of the stadium. The main gates on the Westside are Gates 1, 3 and 4. Those with Eastside tickets (Sections J – R) can enter any gate on the Eastside of the stadium. The main gates on the Eastside are Gates 7, 8 and 9. Fans with South end zone General Admission or Student tickets (Sections SS – ZZ) should enter through Gate 1 on the Westside or Gate 9 on the Eastside. Fans with North end zone General Admission tickets (Sections AA – HH) should enter through Gate 4 on the Westside or Gate 8 on the Eastside. STUDENT ID POLICY To gain entry to Fouts Field, current University of North Texas students must present his/her current and valid student ID as his/her ticket at the entry gate of Fouts Field. Gates 8 & 9 are the student section entry gates for Fouts Field. No one shall use the ID of another student to gain entry. STADIUM RE-ENTRY Fans are allowed to re-enter the stadium. Tickets or ID’s

(students) must be scanned out by a gate attendant before leaving the stadium. HANDICAP ENTRANCES & SEATING Fouts Field does have handicap accessible seating. Accessible seating is located in lower Section M, upper Section G and lower Section F. Assistance animals are permitted. RESTROOMS Restrooms are located on the concourse of both the East and Westside of the stadium. Additional portable restroom facilities are located in the parking lot, adjacent to Fouts Field.

NOISE MAKERS Bells, horns, whistles and other artificial noise makers are not permitted at Fouts Field, as per NCAA and Sun Belt Conference policies. UMBRELLAS For the safety of all spectators umbrellas are prohibited inside the entrances of Fouts Field.

CONCESSIONS Full service concession stands are available on both the East and West concourses. Full service concessions stands accept credit and debit cards. Outside food and drink, including tortillas, are prohibited inside the gates of Fouts Field.

BANNERS AND SIGNS Hand held banners, signs and flags are permitted that do not contain profanity or derogatory statements and do not obstruct the view of other spectators. No banners, signs or flags may be hung at Fouts Field without the prior approval of the Athletic Department.

ATM MACHINES ATM’s are available near Gates 3 and 8.

FLAG POLE POLICY No sticks or poles are allowed inside the entrances of Fouts Field.

SMOKING Smoking is prohibited in the seating area of Fouts Field. Smoking is allowed on the East and West concourse areas. STROLLER SERVICE A checking service is available for those with baby strollers. Baby strollers can be dropped off at the North end of the Westside concourse under Section I between Gates 4 & 5. LOST AND FOUND Lost and found articles can be reported and claimed at the First Aid Station located inside of Gate 3. This location is open 1 hour and 30 minutes prior to kickoff and closes 30 minutes after the completion of the game. All items are returned to the Athletic Center the following business day after a game. Items of excessive value may be retained by the University Police Department. LOST PERSON(S) Lost persons will be taken to the First Aid Station located inside of Gate 3. Parents of lost children should report to an Event Staff member for assistance. FAN CONDUCT The University of North Texas intends to provide all fans with a comfortable, enjoyable and safe atmosphere at Fouts Field. Fans using foul or abusive language or

ALCOHOL POLICY To ensure a pleasant and safe environment for all fans, anyone found entering the stadium with alcoholic beverages may be denied admission to the game and will have the alcohol confiscated. Those found with alcohol inside the stadium gates or seating area, except in sanctioned areas are in violation of state law and subject to arrest and possible University disciplinary action. PROHIBITED ITEMS Prohibited items include but are not limited to pets of any kind (except assistance animals), fireworks, weapons, flag poles, laser pointers, explosive devices and artificial noise makers, outside food and drink (including tortillas), alcoholic beverages, hard sided bags, suitcases, glass or metal beverage containers, flasks, coolers, thermoses, aerosol spray cans, umbrellas, video recorders and tripods. PERMITTED ITEMS Permitted items are binoculars, pagers, cell phones, small cameras, small radios, blankets, rain apparel, diaper bags (with baby), strollers (checking service available), soft sided purses, fanny packs, small bags that fit completely under one seat.
