We must prioritize self-love and self-care if we wish to make an impact on the world. When everyone supports each other and finds their inner balance, it inspires collective action across all careers, ages, and identities. There is no better time than now, on the United Day of Women, to practice healing and empowerment. Learn how to nurture your body, feel elevated, and inspired by experiencing the ancient science of yoga and meditation. As Marianne Williamson said, “As we let our own light shine, we automatically give others permission to do the same.” We cannot provide for others unless we first provide for ourselves. We must learn how to nurture and heal ourselves from the outside in.
