Pension Lagan is located in the middle of traditional environment of vineyards and sunny fields not far from popular spa place Podhajska.
In this fully equipped place you can enjoy not only great sessions and workshops but also beautiful views and sceneries.
You can choose to fly or come by bus to Slovakia. If you choose flying there are several options: Bratislava, Budapest, Prague or Vienna. Vienna - Schwechat airport is huge international airport only 45 min from Bratislava city centre. Airport in Bratislava gives options for low cost flying with Ryanair or WizzAir. Buses: (check regiojet.com) Vienna - Bratislava (4-5€ ) - 45min Budapest - Bratislava (7-10€) - 2,5h Prague - Bratislava (10-15€) - 3,5h
CC will be providing transportation for international delegates from Bratislava to the venue by shuttle buses.
SHUTTLE BUS INFO We have buses arranged to take delegates to the venue from Bratislava and back. Scheduled departure time to venue will be around 8.00 AM from pick-up point in Bratislava. (22nd November) Departure time to Bratislava from venue will be arranged after agenda, approx. around 6.00 PM. (25th November) All info about pick-up point and departure time will be specifies in right time - this info is here for you so you can plan before (travelling, flight tickets, accommodation).

CANCELLATION FEES AND POLICIES 1. Delegate can be replaced by another one, free of charge, until the 25. October 2018 pending the approval of RD of the delegate. 2. Any cancellation till 22nd of October will be free of charge. 3. Any cancellation between the 22nd October and 31st of October 2018 will be charged by cancellation fee of no more than 200â‚Ź. 4. Any cancellation of a delegate after the 5th of November 2018, will be charged by cancelation fee in height of a full delegate fee. Delegates, who cannot attend due to rejection of VISA or non-reply on their application, will not be charged by a cancellation fee. This only applies to delegates who applied for VISA by the 25th of October 2018 and are following the guidelines of the CC. Delegates who do not get the VISA until the 1st of November 2018, but decided not to cancel their application are fully responsible to pay full conference fee in case of not receiving VISA.
Slovakia is part of European Union and also Schengen area. Schengen visa type C is issued for 90 days for touristic purposes.
