Why be OCP for 2 conferences? Position for half of year

• Better develop your organization skills • Time management • To learn how to work under preasure • Work with national team • Have experience of organizing conferences

Why be OCP? I was in the position of OCP for a conference twice, both experiences radically different, but amazing! It is one of the positions when you will learn how to delegate tasks properly, how to be extremely resilient to changes and challenges in a short period of time. Whether it can be your "after active AIESEC" role or the other way around, it is still amazing and valuable learning for you and your team.

Veronika, OCP HEAT UP

Being and OCP is completely different experience of leading a team. It showed me the behind the scenes view of the conference and how complicated things can get during the process, so you will have to look for outside of box solutions. Overall it was one of my best experiences in AIESEC and I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to try something different and exciting.

Imagine that you are standing in front of 100 people and everybody is clapping and saying thank you. The feeling I had right after the conference was more then worth it. Not only I had a chance to make new friends, but I really appreciate this experience for teaching me how to handle stress situations, time management, or to see how the “duck effect works in a real life.
