challenges and not taking NO for an answer. Trust me, when I tell you that the process you are about to go through is not easy. The process alone is full of challenges, sleepless nights and hard times which will test your stamina, purpose and ability to strive for excellence. But trust me as well when I tell you there is nothing more satisfying than the feeling of overcoming yourself. The feeling when you give out the best out of yourself and push yourself to the absolute limit. The feeling that we call leadership. Duration of the term: • 1st of August 2018 - 31st of July 2019 Accommodation: • provided and covered from the MC budget • the flats can host up to 11 people • address is Mudrochova 2, 835 27 SK-Bratislava, Slovakia Office: • furnished, with 1 permanent working room, several meeting rooms, kitchen and toilet • office costs are covered from the MC budget • address is Štúrova 3, 811 02 SK-Bratislava, Slovakia Salary: • the salary of all MC members is up to 200 EUR based on planned budget, that will be approved by the LCPs Workload: • approx. 40-50 hours a week • weekends and Slovak national holidays are free, except national conferences and events • 20 paid vacation days, 10 unpaid vacation days and 10 “faci” days - based on policy agreed with the MC team Additional benefits: • the public transportation card for travelling within Bratislava is covered • mobile phone with Slovak number is provided

Candidates need to represent core competence: growth, empathy, eagerness, agility.

The whole process will be conducted in English language. In case the process or certain parts of it will be changed, you will be notified about it with sufficient time advance. Conduct retention rate analysis of our membership in last year. Identify top problems that influenced retention rate and provide solutions of how it can be upscaled in upcoming year. Evaluate Team Standards Implementation in LCs in last year. Highlight the main bottlenecks and while taking them into consideration, create an action plan for next year for all 3 phases of Team Standards Implementation. Create a strategy to make sure that 100% of the entity will get 70% of their development from AIESEC Hub.

Prepare sustainability risk assessment matrix of risks that our entity will be facing in upcoming year. Identify top 3 risks and propose at least 2 action steps for each risk to be eliminated. Prepare analysis of current distribution model of AIESEC in Slovakia. Identify key elements influencing the efficiency of current distribution model and propose strategies for improvement.
