EST ENTITY SUPPORT TEAM AIESEC in SLOVAKIA Applications


ABOUT THE EST The Entity Support Team is a group of individuals in and outside the current AIESEC network who, alongside the MC, will work towards the growth of AIESEC in SLOVAKIA. Most positions last for a semester, but can often be submitted for a renewal at the end of the term. Members will each have a MC responsible that will provide a JD, tracking and individual leadership development.

Requirements - previous LCVP/LCP experience - experience with Adobe Illustrator - basic copywriting skills - slovak language preffered

B2B Hacker for Enablers - piloting position MC RESPONSIBLE : MCVP B2B

Hacking Attraction and Brand Advocacy phase of Customer Flow for CXC enablers Number of Positions : 1 JOB DESCRIPTION ● Website management: ○ information refreshment, B2B sections ongoing updates, work with company and project logos ● Blogs: ○ communication with companies and Start-ups to set up interviews ○ execution of interviews - either in oral or video form ○ production and post-production of videos (basic creation of headline pictures might be required) ○ LinkedIn management (blog posts, opportunity posts) ● E-mail marketing for accounts: (minimal workload) ○ holiday based mails (greetings) for enablers we work with

Number of Positions : 6 JOB DESCRIPTION • Being involved into direct MC2MC cooperation meetings(when needed) • Support the LCs in building and tracking LC2LC cooperation • Tracking the co-delivery between entities • Managing common spaces when needed (matching manias, hangouts, skypes etc.) • Supporting the approval process with EY partners LC level

To collaborate and communicate with all LCVPs CXO

To track LC2LC Cooperation with our EY partners

To track progress of applications and approvals at each LC

To align OPS/IPS with MCVP and EY partners on national level

To track the co-delivery between entities

To evaluate EY2EY Partnerships

Giving reports to MCVP CXO

Requirements -Available for the position from March till August -English skills intermediate -Advanced networking and communication skills -EXPA management -Previous experience in iGV area
