ENTITY CONTROL BOARD The Entity Control Board is the last decision making body at national level in regards to Exchange Policies and national standards regulation principles. A body working directly with ICB , FLB and MC to ensure that the best exchange Standards and Customer Experience is delivered to every customer and stakeholder in each entity .

PURPOSE Implementation and education, providing support to MC and LC’s in delivery of standards of exchange products, fire-fighting, exchange process evolution , creating national ECB resource hub and working directly with ICB , provide consultancies, audit and case-solving.

Strategic Management of ECB (ensuring ECB have a strategy, focuses, and initiatives planned towards achieving it) Representation and communication of ECB interest to National Plenary Reporting towards National Plenary about state of ECB and work progress Solving Cases that are connected with XPP, Code of Ethic, ER or Partnership Principles violations (together with ICB and MC) Tracking LC on follow up of steps provided by ECB regarding the Cases that are connected with XPP, Code of Ethics, ER or Partnership principles violations (together with ICB, MC and NST if needed)

Connection and education of all stakeholders(OPP/EP/SE/HE) Entity education on XPP, Exchange Standards and NPS Coaching on Customer Experience Management and Customer Centricity Develop and implement integrated communication plan Create and Maintain ECB national resource hub
