Talking about your marketing plan While this may not be applicable for your first interview with an agent, at some early stage (before you have signed any contracts), your potential agent should be able to provide you with a comprehensive marketing plan that is tailored to your property. A mural celebrating the achievements of two iconic indigenous men was officially launched in Shepparton yesterday, drawing hundreds of supporters from the region and beyond.

The mural, created by Shepparton artist Matt Adnate, features indigenous greats Sir Douglas Nicholls and William Cooper, both recognised in their own right for their contributions towards racial equality within Australia.
