At the end of each month, teams will submit their progress on their goal in order to receive entries in the end-of-the-year raffle drawing as an incentive to work hard all month. Did you know you can do these things on your phone: View your pay stub, submit a time off request, supervisors can approve timesheets and time off requests, and more! Here are instructions for loading the free app:
Setup:
Search “Skyward Mobile” in your Google Play or App Store and download the application titled “Skyward Mobile Access”
Open the app and locate/select Middleton-Cross Plains by searching by Zip Code (53562)
Select Business Management at the prompt.
Login using your district User ID and Password (do not enter a description), then <save>.
When prompted, enter your 4-digit Employee ID # (twice).
If prompted with a cell phone icon and a computer icon, select cell phone.
Once logged into your account you will be able to log your hours, enter time off, approve time off, and approve requisitions.
For detailed instructions, including how to get our assistance, click Skyward Mobile App

Frontline/TOC
Life happens and sometimes, we need to be away from our jobs. Our substitutes are an integral part of the success of each and every school day. That being said, please show your gratitude to the subs that come into our buildings with a sincere “Thank you!” or something in your sub notes that conveys your gratitude.
If you can cultivate relationships with a few subs, they are more likely to fill in for you when needed. Feel free to add them to your “Preferred Substitutes” list found by going into your Frontline/TOC Account, Personal info, and then the Preferred Subs tab where you can add your “ go to” substitutes.
If you are unable to enter a sub to cover your absence, please call Frontline /TOC at 1.800.713.4439. You are welcome to leave a message at any time outside of their business hours. Add this number to your contact list so that you always have the number accessible to you.
Please be gentle with yourself during this winter holiday time Cherish those special moments and make time to recharge Continue to send gratitude as it is the best gift to give. Happy Holidays and Happy New Year to you and your family!

Staff love their job, their staff colleagues, and their building leadership. Appreciation was shared. Staffing shortages is the top issue discussed
Compensation and retirement Handbook language on time off, reimbursable leave, and personal days
Staff stress, mental health, and workload
Appreciation for district-level communication

Committee member surveys were due on December 16th
Certified staff handbook meeting dates: Feb 8th, 15th, and 22nd, and March 1st, 8th, and 15th.
Support staff handbook meeting dates: Jan 25th and Feb 1st and 7th

In the feedback survey, it is important to answer not only the questions regarding input, changes, and improvements but also share the information that you would suggest the district retain in the handbook.
Teacher Roundtable discussed the employee handbook and employee attraction and retention.
Assistant Superintendent Rossing, Director of Employee Services Barb Buffington and Dean SSM Clinic leaders recently discussed the challenges and issues that staff has experienced around access to primary care and specialty care. If you continue to have additional questions or struggles as you navigate the Dean Health System, please email benefitsmailbox@mcpasd k12 wi us
