Born in 1978, MCP is a multi award-winning, privately owned family business that has been delivering professional and committed services to the Social Housing Sector. In 2023 we are celebrating our 45th anniversary.
We’re proud of our long heritage and the high-quality workmanship delivered by our dedicated workforce. With over 170 employees, MCP completes in excess of 70,000 orders every year.

Charitable Giving
ManagerTo achieve this, we invest in training our entire workforce on customer care, covering topics on equality, diversity & inclusion and vulnerabilities.
We also provide awareness training to recognise issues such as safeguarding and domestic violence.
At MCP we take our social value commitments very seriously and engage with a variety of local charities, providing mock interview support, work experience opportunities and ad hoc services including appliance installation for vulnerable residents. In addition, we participate in fundraising events throughout the year.

At MCP, we have dedicated teams for each of the services that we provide. Which enables us to deliver the very best quality to all our customers through the skill and knowledge of our Operatives, supported by experienced supervisors and Contracts Managers.
We have a team of over 100 trades people, each with a core trade specialism, who access additional training and experience with other trades to develop a multi-trade skillset.
We are committed to providing a high-quality service that leaves our customers feeling valued and respected.
We provide comprehensive training programmes and personal development plans to our staff so they can gain the necessary skills to deliver a resident-focused service. This includes customer care, safeguarding and awareness training to recognise the individual needs and unique requirements of residents and address their concerns promptly and efficiently, whilst minimising disruption.
Responsive Repairs
Fast, reactive repairs service, 365 days a year, responding to a range of faults, striving for firsttime fix.
Roofing Repair
Repairs to a range of roofing systems from fault-finding to complete roof replacement.
Aids & Adaptations
From walk-in showers to ramps & rails, we adapt homes so residents can stay in the place they love.
Capital & Planned Works
Management of a variety of planned works programmes from new kitchens & bathrooms to inspection, testing and compliance.
FRA Works
Compliance with fire regulations is key to resident safety and we offer a range of FRA works including fire door upgrades and replacements.
Voids
Our voids team ensure a vacant property is ready to let in the best possible key-to-key time. Refurbishments, deep cleans, rubbish removal and safety checks are all part of the service.
Electrical
From electrical testing to complete re-wiring, our fully qualified team of electricians undertake work for our social housing teams.
