Spirit Flow shamanic study is a program designed by Shamanic Practitioner Dr. Mary Newstrom, Ph.D., specifically for individuals to study, practice, discuss, and learn to apply shamanic techniques.

Spirit Flow Shamanic Practitioners are women who have studied with Dr. Mary Newstrom in her shamanic study training program.

All have met a master levelof proficiency to be included in this esteemed group.

The experience starts in a sacred circle with a group shamanic sound bath guided by Dr. Mary and her Spirit Flow Practitioners. After the sound bath, you will meet one one-on-one with a practitioner of choice for a private mini-session of a shamanic healing or a divination reading. Register early for most options. Kayla is entering her fourth year of studying with Dr. Mary. She offers healings using shamanic and reiki techniques such as soul retrieval, power animal retrieval, and balancing/clearing Chakras through transfiguring. Each healing is discussed beforehand with you and then led by her Spirit Guides to give you the healing you most need.

Divination readings are done using tarot/oracle cards to connect with spirit guides, who provide guidance and insight into whatever situation you wish to be enlightened on.

She combines these disciplines in her energy work with clients. Andrea connects with Spirit and each individual's team of guides to assess energy centers (Chakras) for healing and realignment.

Spirit Flow ~ Year One consists of:

Five full day workshops held every other month on a Saturday (for women) or Sunday (for men) for a full day’s deep-dive to explore the depths of shamanism. Each training will involve ceremony, journeying, the study of concepts and shamanic techniques which students can utilize in daily life

Twelve ninety-minute Sunday Gatherings, where students will connect via live videoconferencing to discuss the practices and experiences resulting from their shamanic studies. These meetings will be recorded and made available for viewing at any time

One two-day weekend retreat focused on the realm of ancestral healing. Six live video conferencing check-ins/follow ups.

One personal wellness coaching session with Dr Mary Newstrom
