The Arts Consortium is pleased to present Watermark¸ our revamped annual publication meant to highlight Tulare County's homegrown art scene and cultural experience. Much like the signature on a photograph, our publication seeks to set apart some of the greatest creative influencers in our community. Like currents leave their impressions on the landscape, we hope to record the rising impact of our ever expanding artscape.
We hope you will enjoy all of the rich content found throughout this magazine. The arts and culture directory and calendar are valuable resources for learning more about our members and local events. We have included profiles of artists such as James Stark, our first Artist of the Year and Rachael Jackson, our Breakout Artist of the Year. The magazine also features everything you need to know about the annual Taste the Arts Festival, our signature event that returns to Downtown Visalia on October 15, 2016.
