Over the past few months, we have noticed a significant increase in momentum and energy. In fact, the last two months, in particular, have seen a notable surge in buyer activity. Prospective buyers are demonstrating a stronger willingness to make competitive offers, which is evidenced by the ease with which we have recently closed several successful sales

Future Infrastructure Plans and News

The new Western Sydney International (NancyBird Walton) Airport (WSI) is set to open for freight, domestic and international travellers in 2026.

The Australian Government has recently released the long awaited preliminary flight paths for WSI for the community to view These flight paths have yet to be assessed and approved by the regulatory authority and will be subject to a formal statutory planning and consultation period later this year.

An interactive online tool allowing residents to search an address and view the proposed flight paths is now available

The website reveals expected aircraft noise in decibels, as well as the forecast altitude and number of flights in a particular location.

Experts have mixed opinions on the potential impacts to property values located in the proposed flight path of the WSI

Residents are encouraged to view the preliminary flight paths for WSI using the Aircraft Overflight Noise Tool and attend one of the Community Information and Feedback Sessions. Additional resources on website.
