Welcome to my end of financial year report, the spring market is upon us!

The local market has seen some exceptional results over the past financial year (2015/2016). In the last 12 months McGrath has consistently kept a 90% auction clearance rate in Randwick and we averaged 28 days on the market for our properties. The median house price in Randwick has increased to $2,100,000.

This financial year my team and I sold 53 properties in the area and kept an 88% auction clearance rate. Daily we pride ourselves on placing the right people into the perfect homes for them. We are very focused on exceeding our client’s expectations each day. I firmly believe that who you choose to work with in today’s market is critical to the outcome of your real estate sale or purchase, engaging an agent who has a vast understanding of the local market is imperative.

As much as it could be argued that the Randwick area should sell itself, the reality is that the popularity of the area coupled with the right agent will naturally bring better results.
