As we head into a post COVID era its worth acknowledging it has had an extraordinary impact on the Terrigal property market, sparking new lifestyle and buying trends and generating new wealth for homeowners who have ridden the wave of capital growth that has come with the pandemic. This has allowed buyers, particularly those from Sydney, to design their own lifestyles much more freely, and to look beyond the big city job hubs to our beautiful town. Essentailly, it has made the daily grind of a commute between home and work a non-factor in deciding where to live.
