• Provides leadership and facilitates the communication, development, review, and updating of system governance documents.

TESTING COORDINATOR

Ensured institutional compliance in regard to all national, state, and local exams in accordance with university and testing company requirements. Facilitated and implemented student programming within the Testing Center for the Academic Enhancement Division.

• Created an electronic registration system for exams which included the following: TSI Assessment, HESI A2 Nursing, CLEP, DSST, ASE Certification, Distance Learning exams, and specialized proctored exams

• Coordinated scheduling for all national exams on campus: SAT, ACT, LSAT, and MPRE.

• Collaborated with departments on campus to determine exam needs for their student populations.

• Managed all budgetary and fiscal duties, including revenue reporting and expenses for the Testing Center.

Led team of 5-7 insurance specialists responsible for monitoring loan/lease documents to determine if current insurance policies are in compliance with lender requirements.

• Updated and maintained insurance database for General Electric (GE) Equity portfolio of 350+ loans with a total value of approximately $4,664,870.

• Worked with developers to create a custom insurance database and established a more efficient process to audit insurance renewals, payments due, reporting deficiencies, and insufficient coverages.

Responsible for monitoring windstorm insurance for commercial real estate properties and ensuring borrower compliance with loan/lease documents.
