The Wood

We hand select only the finest woods from around the globe. The wood is aged for 18 to 24 months by alternately storing and machining each piece three times. This allows the perfect amount of moisture to escape, ensuring absolute straightness.

The Wrap PREMIUM LEATHER Our premium leather wraps offer the comfort, durability and consistency that can only be found in leather. We've added several new leather options this year. Check them out on PAGE 47.

The Joint

Our signature 3/8â&#x20AC;?-10 wood-to-wood and patented Quick Release (QR) joints provide consistent surface contact throughout the cue, delivering maximum feel and the most solid hit in the industry.

The Finish

McDermott cues are hand-stained with our exclusive stains made from the finest pigments in the world. Superior to the synthetic stains generally used in the industry, itâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s notable for uniform saturation of the wood and color consistency. Five coats of high-luster urethane protect the cue and enhance the color.

GENUINE IRISH LINEN Our genuine imported Irish linen wraps are tightly wound, double-pressed and polished for a perfect fit and smooth feel. Irish linen absorbs hand moisture to ensure a comfortable grip.

NO-WRAP HANDLE For players that prefer a cue without a wrap, we offer several no-wrap models. We can also customize wrapped cue models to have no-wrap handles.

Stinger technology takes the hit energy to the center of the shaft, regardless of where you hit the tip. Our tip can be shaped flatter than a typical break cue’s tip. The flatter profile causes the Stinger tip to have a huge “sweet spot.” You can mishit and still get the result you intended.

We do not warrant our products against: • normal wear and tear including tip, finish, and wrap • misuse, abuse or mishandling • modification or improper maintenance performed by third parties • damage caused by exposure to extreme temperature or humidity Our McDermott Lifetime Warranty applies only to the original purchaser/owner of the cue and must be purchased from an authorized McDermott dealer. All warranty claims must include the complete cue and are subject to evaluation at our facility prior to approval. Products that do not qualify for the McDermott Lifetime Warranty can be serviced by McDermott for a fee. To obtain warranty service on a McDermott product, return the product to an authorized McDermott dealer or directly to McDermott along with a copy of your original sales receipt.
