Kevin Connolly I have thirty years’ experience dealing with the sale and purchase of all properties ranging from the bottom end of the market up to several million pounds.

I can also act for mortgagees and advise you in relation to remortgages or new mortgages.

Louise Ball I have over 17 years’ experience of acting on all types of property transactions. I have worked in-house for a residential developer and in private practice for residential and commercial developers, housebuilders and landlords.

I have extensive experience of acting for private individuals buying homes or taking leases of property.

Ben Willans I am the partner in the firm responsible for dealing with Wills, Probate, Powers of Attorney and Deputyship. I also deal with shared ownership transactions and Deputyship and Probate property sales and first registrations as part of the conveyancing team.

I have completed the STEP Certificate in Trusts and Estates. I have also recently completed the Administration of Estates and Administration of Trust modules of the STEP Diploma in Trusts and Estates.

Before joining McCorry Connolly I worked in the voluntary sector dealing with legal issues relating to employment, debt, housing and welfare.

I continue to deal with a substantial number of settlement agreements between employer and employee each year.

Nicholson and Berkley Homes and I have also acted for Local Authorities on large regeneration schemes.

I have extensive experience of option agreements, development agreements and joint venture arrangements for both developers and landowners.

I pride myself on finding quick and cost-effective solutions to any problems which may arise.

Harriet Whiteside Harriet Whiteside has been with McCorry Connolly now for almost three years working as a paralegal predominantly in the area of family and child law.

Harriet is undertaking a degree in law at the Open University and now has experience of dealing with clients at all different levels in complex and sensitive cases.
