(OTC: FRTG) (“Frontera,” “Frontera Group” or “the Company”), a technology-focused strategic acquirer of revenue-generating companies and intellectual property (IP), today announced that in connection with its term sheet to ultimately acquire 100% of the total issued and outstanding shares of common stock of McAllen, Texas-based Texas G & S Investments, Inc. d/b/a Texas Money Exchange (TME) from a joint venture controlled by members of the Solis family, TME has engaged former Texas Land Commissioner George P. Bush and Michael Best Strategies, LLC. as government relations and public affairs advisors.

ABOUT GEORGE P. BUSH Bush is a native-born Texan, a graduate of Rice University and the University of Texas Law School. A military veteran, he served in the U.S. Naval Reserve for 10 years and completed an 8-month tour in Afghanistan.
