G. PENGUJIAN LIGHTWEIGHT CONTENT AGREGAT HALUS

A. Referensi 1. GB/T 14684 - 2001, Sand for Building B. Bahan 1. Zinc Cloride (ZnCl 2 ) 2. Agregat Halus C. Alat 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6.

Oven suhu (105Β±5)Β°C Timbangan 1000g, akurat hingga 0,1g Gelas ukur 1000mL, 250mL, 150mL Hydrometer Ayakan 4,75mm dan 300ΞΌm Cawan, pengaduk, dll

D. Urutan Kerja 1. Ambil 800g sampel, kemudian masukkan oven (105Β±5)Β°C. Setelah dingin pada suhu ruang, ayak dengan ayakan 4,75mm dan ayakan 300ΞΌm kemudian bagi 2 sama besar. 2. Timbang sampel 200g dengan ketelitian 0,1g (G1). Tuangkan zinc cloride dan sampel kedalam gelas ukur. Aduk menggunakan sendok pengaduk dan tunggu 5 menit. 3. Perhatikan agregat yang mengambang. Angkat agregat yang mengambang ke dalam cawan. 4. Oven agregat yang mengambang tadi pada suhu (105Β±5)Β°C. Setelah dingin timbang berat agregat yang mengambang dengan cawan ke 0,1g terdekat (G2). E. Perhitungan
