ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS 7 isaquarter-longcourseinwhichstudentswilllearnvarioushelpful,funwaysto improvetheirstudyandorganizationalhabits Thesestrategiesandtipswillincludefocusareassuchasorganization,time management,note-taking,homeworkcompletion,projects/long-termassignmentcompletion,preparationforformal assessments(quizzesandtests),andtest-takingstrategies.Atthestartofthecourse,studentswillselectoneareawherethey wouldliketoimprovetheirstudyhabitsandthencreateaplantotackleandimprovethatarea.Midwaythroughthe quarterandagainattheendofthequarter,theywillassesshowwelltheyachievedthatgoal.Studentswillnotbeassigned gradedhomeworkforeveryclass.Theymightbeasked,however,togohome,checkouttheirstudyspaces,discussstudying andproductivitywiththeirparents,orparticipateinotheractivitiesforthenextclass.
