Achēv’s Empowering Youth-Futures in Trades (EY-FiT) Program, in partnership with Humber Polytechnic, offers a strategic opportunity to do that by connecting businesses with job-ready, motivated youth who are eager to launch meaningful careers in the trades.

Funded by the Ontario Ministry of Labour, Immigration, Training and Skills Development, EY-FiT is designed to support racialized youth aged 18 to 29. The program delivers a comprehensive 10-week, in-person training experience that equips participants with foundational skills in high-demand trades such as General Machining and Millwrighting. Participants receive Level 1 in-class apprenticeship training, hands-on technical experience, and job readiness support, ensuring they are prepared to contribute from day one.
