Under the direction of Steve Catlett for the past 30 years, the Martinsburg-Berkeley County Parks & Recreation Board now has eleven full-time staff members, one permanent part-time employee, and a seasonal staff of over 150. Last year approximately 10,000 children participated in over 30 different instructional programs, summer camps, and leagues sponsored by Parks & Recreation.
