Circular Nile Avenue _running along Blue Nile river @ spacing of 50 meters from water edge connecting all important lactations beside river side and bridges.

Bridge

Crossing 270m (approximately) blue Nile and connecting new extensions of eastern parts of Khartoum to its centre.

Providing a prestigious location.

New bridges are considered to be constructed along the Blue Nile to its south. But still site is at the main route or gate to eastern Khartoum.

Project is having a wide view over river from eastern bank to western. Which does allow problem of west intolerable solar rays projected in later day hours.

Red Brick Manufacturing Kilns

Running along the river bank it posses a great deal of valuable area of beach side land. Future planning is to move kilns another location and take hold of land use as investment projects along Blue Nile
