A native of Delaware, Rev. Griffin is a graduate of Dover High School, Delaware State University (BSBA, MSW), and Turner Theological Seminary at the Interdenominational Theological Center (M. Div., New Testament).
Prior to entering the ministry full-time, he worked as Kent County (DE) Coordinator, Juvenile Awareness Education Project; Director of Upward Bound at Delaware State University, and Adjunct Professor at D.S.U.
Rev. Griffin was introduced to Christ as a youth at Mt. Zion AME Church, Dover, DE., and gave his life to Christ in 1985, while attending Emmanuel A.M.E. Church in Hartly, DE. He answered the call to preach in 1991. In 1998 he enrolled in Turner Theological Seminary in Atlanta, GA. While in Georgia he served on the staff at St. Paul A.M.E. Church, Covington, GA, and Flipper Chapel A.M.E. Church, Fayetteville, GA.
In June, 2003, Rev. Griffin was appointed pastor of Macedonia AME Church in Seaford, DE. While at Macedonia the church built a new parsonage, established several outreach ministries and expanded its music ministry.
In March, 2014, Rev. Griffin was appointed pastor of Antioch. Since coming to Antioch the church has made numerous additions and improvements to both the church and the parsonage. In addition to the ongoing community outreach efforts new efforts have been established. More recently, during this pandemic experience, Antioch has sponsored Covid testing and vaccination events and developed informational workshops which were open to the community. Additionally, the members of Antioch continue to seek out those in need in the community and in the church family. And, to the best of our ability, strive to meet those needs.

Rev. Jean Wylie was born to the parents of Olden and Annie Waples in Ellendale, Delaware. She has seven siblings. She was married to the late Samuel A. Wylie for 46 years. Before becoming a pastor, she attended Mt. Zion AME Church, Ellendale, Delaware where the Rev. Ellsworth Coleman was the pastor and Rev. Kanice Johns. Her education journey was as follows: She attended Ellendale School #125, William C. Jason High School, Georgetown, Delaware, Delaware State University earning a Bachelor of Science degree, attended Salisbury State University earning her Masters Degree and lastly, attended Eastern Baptist Seminary which is now Palmer Seminary earning her Masters of Divinity degree.
After graduation from Delaware State University, Rev. Wylie worked in the Milford School District for 46 years as a First-grade teacher and Special Education teacher, Assistant Principal at the Milford Middle School and Banneker Elementary and becoming Principal of the new Banneker Elementary School. Rev. Wylie has pastored Burton Chapel AME Church, Milton, Delaware and Bethel AME Church in Milford, Delaware. Rev. Wylie retired as an Iterinent Elder, March 2022 and is presently serving as Bethel’s supply pastor.
My Prayer during the Pandemic: My prayer during the pandemic is that God protects everyone especially the Elderly from COVID and find a cure for COVID 19. In addition I ask God to please contain the spread of infection to others. For the missionaries of every church especially with high rates of infection, God provide them with words of hope and prayers and continue to keep everyone safe and healthy.

Rev. Dr. Iola E. Williams, is Pastor of Bethel A.M.E. Church Milton . She was appointed on June 17, 2017. Previously, she served as Pastor of Hubert A.M.E. Church and as interim Pastor at Burton Chapel A.M.E. Church. She received her MDiv. and DMin. in 2001 and 2011 respectively from New Brunswick Theological Seminary, NJ. She is a graduate of Adelphi University, NY where she earned her BS Degree in Business Administration.
She moved to Delaware in 2013 and served as Associate Minister at Mount Zion A.M.E. Dover. Prior to her moving, she served for 18 years at the North Stelton A.M.E. Church, Piscataway NJ under the leadership of Reverend Dr. Kenneth L. Saunders, Sr. There she held the positions of Chief of Staff/Ministerial Advisor; and Pastoral Care Coordinator; and many more She served as instructor for the NJAC Ministerial Institute; member of the Minister’s Social Action Committee, and Secretary for the NB District Ministers Fellowship.
She is a member of the DC Board of Examiners and Chair of the Dover District Committee on Ministerial Orders. She served as 2nd and 1st VP for the FED WIM respectively, for nine years.
Reverend Williams is a Registered Parliamentarian; a member of National Association of Parliamentarians, Delaware State Association of Parliamentarians, and the Parliamentarians of Kent County Delaware. She is the founder of Higher Xpectations; E.S.T.H.E.R. Ministries (Each Sistah to Heal, Elevate and Restore); and Sistahs in Conversation with the Word.
Rev. Dr. Williams is the mother of four, grandmother of eight and two greatgranddaughters.
Favorite Scripture: Ephesians 3:20-21 (KJV)“Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us, Unto him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus throughout all ages, world without end.” Amen.
My Prayer during the Pandemic: That the people of God who form the church would not miss the moment to really become “the Church – which is the Body of Christ” and not a physical building.
Reverend Wassetta M. Moses is a Retired Itinerant Elder of the African Methodist Episcopal Church. She served the following Churches: Graham A.ME. Church, Greenwood, De. Trinity A.M.E. Church Cinnaminson, New Jersey, Union A.M.E. Church Allentown, New Jersey, Campbell A.M.E. Church Frankford, PA, Allen A.M.E. Church Phila, Pa, Bethel Milford and is currently the Supply Pastor at Burton Chapel Milton, Delaware.
During her active Itinerancy, she preached in Swaziland South Africa, Kingston Jamaica and the Annual Philadelphia Missionary Sermon. Her innate concern for the well being of people deepened as she experienced a persistent yearning to share with others her love and Knowledge of the Lord Jesus Christ.
Reverend Moses has been married to Brother Robert W. Moses for 54 years, they have 4 children, 8 grandchildren 17 great grandchildren.

he son of the late Eleanor Hill and Presiding Elder Rev. Dr. James Hill, Sr. His early education was in the New York City school system. He received a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Wilmington University and holds a Master of Divinity from Palmer Theological Seminary. He completed his Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) through DuPont Hospital for Children.
He feels blessed to have served the AME Church in the New York and Western New York Conferences. He currently serves as the Senior Pastor at Dickerson Chapel AME Church in Millsboro, DE since 2017. Under his guidance, the birth of the DC Dance Ministry, the JEH Choir, the Friday Fun Night Youth program, the Golden Age Society, and the H.O.P.E. Food Pantry have been established. Along with the Edna Burton Women’s Missionary Society, Pastor Hill has strived to aid the needy of the community. He was influential in the reorganization of the Millsboro Ministerial Alliance and Easter Sunrise Ecumenical Services. He is currently the Vice President of the Dover District Ministerium.
Married to Angela Hill, they are blessed with three children and one granddaughter. A humble man who loves the Lord, the people he serves, Rev. Hill especially has a heart for young people coaching football, track, and girls’ basketball for several years. He worked in the Milford School District for over thirteen years as a disciplinarian, behavior coach, and librarian.

Prior to his assignment as a Supply for John Wesley, Dr. Holtz Pastored in the 7th, 6th, 1st, 9th, and 4th Districts - growing congregations, initiating Community Development Projects, and acquiring real-estate and developing properties. In the 9th District he served also as Presiding Elder for 33 Churches.
His studies include Music and Philosophy at Wilberforce University; later graduating, Class President, from Allen University with a BA in Social Science, Turner Theological Seminary / ITC with an M.Div. in Clinical Pastoral Care and Christian Education, and Palmer Theological Seminary with a Doctorate in Pastoral Counseling and Church Administration. Further studies include Substance Abuse & Dual-Diagnosis Counseling at Villanova University, Psychopathology at Neumann College, and Real-Estate … having embarked on Doctoral Studies in Business Administration.
Andrew has taught at Colleges and Seminaries, and supervised Seminary Interns, and authored Why Should Anyone Bother to Change How We Do Church. Also serving as Pennsylvania Council of Churches’ Director for the Offices of Ethnic Cooperation and Institutional Ministries, and Institutional Chaplaincy, he has been a Professional Counselor and Therapist, a Chaplain, and the Global Church Plant Director for five – Continents / traveling to twenty-four Countries. Having made numerous Recordings with Choirs, and his Daughter; Dr. Holtz has produced, hosted, and appeared on Radio and TV, including TBN. He has since created, and operates Holtz TV Network, and incorporated and runs Holtz Development Group, Andrew Holtz Consulting, and Holtz International Ministries.
To his pleasure he has been awarded Keys to Cities, cited several times as “Pastor of the Year,” and is a Life Member of NAACP and proud Member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity. Inc.

Rev. JoAnne M. Holder is a Local Elder at Mt. Plymouth A.M.E. Church in Felton, where she serves under the pastorate of Presiding Elder Rev. Ellis B. Louden, as a Supply Pastor. Rev. Holder is very active, and an effective leader. She currently serves as Coordinator for the Delaware Conference D. Albert Turk Ministry of Evangelism, DAC Assistant Secretary, and the Dover District Church School Superintendent.
Rev. Holder is a graduate of Delaware State University and Wilmington University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration, respectively. She is a 2016 retiree from the State of Delaware with 36 years of dedicated public service. Rev. JoAnne is employed part-time for a non-profit, Children & Families
First, as a Child Nutrition Specialist.
Rev. Holder is also very active in her community: a trained registrant with the Department of Elections, an associate with United Church Ministries, Inc., and as a partner-member with Clean Slate Delaware.
She is married to Edward Lorenzo and the mother of David Wayne and Cristina Marie. Rev. JoAnne is also a grandmother of four, and the proud great grandmother of 12. She loves helping others by sharing her time, talent(s), and her love for the Lord. If asked, she’d probably tell you that she especially loves working with children and youth.” Rev. Rev. Tesha Miller is a native of Rehoboth, DE, but has ania, and Ohio. She is an Ordained Itinerate Elder in the A ME) Church.
Rev. Miller is currently the Pastor, of Macedonia AME in Seaford, DE, which is her third pastoral appointment. Her previous appointments included St. Paul AME in Harrington, DE and St. George AME in Lewes, DE.
Rev. Miller received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Delaware State University. She received her seminary education from Payne Theological Seminary where she graduated magna cum laude with her Master of Divinity Degree and was also her class valedictorian.
Rev. Miller is employed as a Hospice Chaplain. She has a heart to serve, and it is evident through her volunteerism with Beebe Healthcare and Tidal Health Hospital as a chaplain, Open Hands Soup and Clothing Ministry, and the Police Chief Advisory Board in Seaford, DE. She is also a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated which core values are sisterhood, scholarship, and service. Rev. Tesha Miller currently serves as the President of the DE Annual Conference Ministerium.
Rev. Miller believes in preaching God’s Word, teaching God’s Word, and loving God’s people in an effort to give God the glory.
The Rev. Idola Williams Batson is a product of the First Epis privilege to serve the AME church in New Bedford, MA; L Concord, DE at Mt. Calvary AMEC. She has been in pastoral ministry since being ordained an Itinerant Elder in 1993.
She has received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Elementary Education from Lesley College, Cambridge, MA; a Master’s Degree in Special Education from Regis College, Weston, MA; and a Master of Divinity from Gordon Conwell Seminary, Hamilton, MA.
GOD granted her favor in the secular world. Rev. Batson was employed at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology as an administrative assistant for minority recruitment, the Fall River HIV/AIDS Education & Testing Center, and the Boston Public School System as an administrator. She retired from Cape Henlopen School District in 2012.
Rev. Batson is a member of the Delaware Conference Board of Examiners; and she has been an instructor for the Delaware Conference Ministerial Training Institute. She is a member of the Milford Chapter of the NAACP; the Sussex County Democratic Committee; Peace Week Delaware Planning Committee; Hildebrand Family Self-Help and Homeless Shelter, past Board Director; DE Interfaith Power & Light Member; DE Voter Registration Registrar. Rev. Batson is also experienced in Diversity Training and Domestic Violence advocacy.

Reverend Doctor Erika D. Crawford is a Proven Leader, Trusted Servant, and Kingdom Citizen. She is a daughter of Bethel African Methodist Episcopal Church in Stamford, CT. She embraced the work and call of the itinerant ministry at Bethel Stamford, Reid Chapel, Columbia, SC, and Emanuel, Harlem, before receiving her first pastoral appointment.
Dr. Crawford to lead Allen Temple of Mt. Vernon, NY in liquidating all the church’s indebtedness; at Ebenezer Church of Rahway, NJ she led the church to erect an edifice for Ebenezer AME Church in Malawi, Africa, renovated the parsonage, and the purchase of two additional properties. Since 2018, she has faithfully served at Mt Zion African, Dover, DE where she led the congregation in the early liquidation of the parsonage mortgage, the purchase of additional property, and more than $250,000 of renovations, and upgrades while becoming a debt-free total tithing congregation.
Instead of a traditional benevolence model, Dr. Crawford has led Mt Zion-Dover to embrace a transformative benevolence model, rooted in seven annual $3000 grants available to one family from every elementary school in Dover. This grant allows members and supporters to work with families over a year period on budgeting, long-term planning, academic excellence and financial support.. Currently, Dr. Crawford and the congregation, local officials & community leaders, to build The Mountain Top Center, a senior-citizens orphanage, with hopes of breaking ground in 2024 .
Dr. Crawford served in Pastoral Ministry at Fordham University; Team Chaplain for the WNBA; and Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital. Before serving in a pastoral capacity, Dr. Crawford worked extensively in management in the health insurance industry. She earned a BS in Organizational Management at Voorhees College, a MDiv at New York Theological Seminary, and a Doctor of Ministry in Pastoral Care and Counseling from Fordham University and postgraduate work at Regent’s Park College at Oxford University.
Additionally she served two terms as The Connectional President of AME Women in Ministry, Chair of the Board of Examiners, Vice-Chair of the Conference Trustees, President of “The Village” advocacy group, NAACP, and a member of the Links, Inc...

Rev. Sonja L. Ayers enjoys being a pastor in the Delaware Annual Conference. Rev. Ayers has graciously ministered to four congregations over a period of 30 years and presently serves as the proud pastor at Mt. Zion Ellendale AME Church, Ellendale, Delaware.
Rev. Ayers is the mother of one son, Damon; four grandsons, Rudy, Damon Jr., Elijah, and Isaiah, and one great-grandson, Elijah Jr.
During her leisure time, Rev. Ayers enjoys cooking, shopping, and reading.

Rev. Jerome S. Morris is from Milford, Delaware. Married to the Lovely Pamela Morris for 29 years, 2 Sons Andre Oglesby and Joe Custis, 1 Daughter Shaunta Oglesby. He is a proud Grandfather of 8 Grandchildren from 17 on down, and he also have 5 siblings whom he loves spending time with.
He serves the Good People of Siloam AME Church and The Community Of Slaughter Neck, in Lincoln, DE for the past 10 years. He received his first Ordination in 1998. He is also a Business IT Analyst at Bayhealth Medical Center for 15 Years. He also served in the U.S. Army for 3 years.
One of his greatest joy’s is to serve at Siloam, where he have fostered relationships in the church and community. He loves to see the spiritual growth of the members and see the smiles of the children. He is a family man who loves hanging out with his family. His grandkids mean the world to him. He also enjoys watching and coaching his oldest grandson in basketball from the sidelines. He enjoys watching Hogan’s Heroes on TV. He enjoys riding my lawnmower, it is like a peaceful moment of time.
One of his favorite hymn is “My Hope Is Built”, and “I Love The Lord, He heard my cry”. God has been so good to me, and whatever I can do to help somebody as I pass along this way, then my living shall not be in vain

Rev. Kim Y. Billups is the mother of two sons, Zyaire & Zyon and a graduate of Penn State University (2007) where she earned a BSBA, University of Phoenix (2010) where she earned a MBA (Management & Finance) and Missio Seminary (2020) where she earned a M.Div. (Master’s of Divinity.) Raised in the ministry of African Methodist Episcopal Union Church in Philadelphia Rev. Kim has been a member of her home church since she was 5 years old.
Under the leadership of Rev. Paul Thomas at AME Union Church in North Philadelphia Rev. Kim Y. Billups was elected and consecrated an Itinerate Elder in the First Episcopal District of the African Methodist Episcopal Church by Bishop Julius McAllister in November of 2021.
Rev. Kim Y. Billups now serves as the Senior Pastor of Asbury AME Church and Murphy AME Church in Chester, PA within the Delaware Annual Conference, where she is affectionately known as Pastor K. In November of 2021 Pastor K was assigned to Pastor Murphy AME Church and has been serving both ministries ever since. Bridging many generations together in the AME Churches of the City of Chester the members are seeing a shift in how ministry comes forth. As Pastor K helps them to see how working on yourself helps you draw closer to God so you can be used by Him to do His work. The people are excited to grow as Disciples of Jesus and looking forward to the great work God is doing, and are honored to give Him all the glory!
Professionally Rev. Billups has retired from 22 years in the banking industry yet recently returned into the workforce after completing Seminary to serve as the Business Office Director at MISSIO Theological Seminary, where she also serves as a Teaching Assistant in the MA/M.Div. Program. Rev. Billups is an entrepreneur, she has been on a mission to help as many people as possible to live a healthy active lifestyle after successfully implementing the same in her own life. She has a love for sharing with others the benefits of having a daily fitness and healthy nutrition regimen that supports good health.

Reverend Robinson is a retired State of Delaware Employee having a combined 27 years of service between the Delaware State Police, as a 911 Emergency Operator and the State Division of Public health, serving 10 years as Administrator of the Office of Minority Health. His passion for service extends to the church. With a vast amount of experience in community level initiatives, Reverend Robinson seeks opportunities to develop ministries that will meet not only the needs of the church, but to widen the reach to communities.
His theological education includes attending Howard University School of Divinity, Turner Theological Seminary at the Interdenominational Theological Center, Lutheran Theological Seminary at Philadelphia, The New Theological Seminary of the West and New York Theological Seminary. He holds a Master of Divinity degree and an earned Doctorate of Ministry.

Rev. Dr. Stanley Hearst II was appointed pastor of Bethel AME Church in Wilmington, DE on November 13, 2021. Born in Philadelphia, PA, Rev. Hearst is the son of Brenda Hearst and the Rev. Dr. Stanley Hearst, Sr. A graduate of Penn State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Rehabilitation Services, he received his Master of Divinity Degree from Payne Theological Seminary, and his Doctor of Ministry degree from United Theological Seminary.
At the 196th Session of the Philadelphia Annual Conference Rev. Hearst was elected and ordained an Itinerant Deacon. His first pastoral charge was St. Paul AME Church, Waynesboro, PA. Rev. Hearst was later elected and ordained an Itinerant Elder and appointed to Jones Tabernacle AME in Philadelphia. Numerous renovations were completed within the church and new ministries were birthed. Most importantly, during his four-year tenure, many souls were saved, joined the church, and were baptized. In 2017, Rev. Hearst was assigned to Mt. Pisgah AME Church in Jersey City, NJ. Within the first three months of his administration along with the Board of led a campaign where over $100,000 dollars raised. In 2020 Rev. Hearst was appointed to the Board of Trustees of Payne Theological Seminary. In 2021 Rev. Hearst was elected to serve as the Youth Minister Representative to the General Board.
While serving at Jones Tabernacle, Rev. Hearst met the then Melanie Bryant. Some months later a friendship formed. God had more in the plans. On May 6, 2017, they were married in Philadelphia. They are the proud parents of a daughter, Shia Janae Hearst.
While he loves serving as a pastor, Rev. Hearst knows that his first ministry is to his family. Rev. Hearst strives to live his favorite Scripture, “He has shown you, O man, what is good; And what does the LORD require of you but to do justly, to love mercy, And to walk humbly with your God (Micah 6:8)?” It leads him to passionately, consistently, and prophetically speak truth to power concerning issues of Social Justice . Dr. Stanley Hearst II is simply a servant seeking to do the work of the Lord.

Reverend John Samuel Jordan is the son of the late George E. Jordan and Lillian B. Young. He was raised in Chesapeake City, Maryland and later moved to Middletown, Delaware, where he was raised by his sister and her husband, the Reverend Luther L. and the late Alice Walker. He graduated from Middletown High School and earned his Associates Degree from Williamson School of Technology. Reverend John is the youngest of ten siblings. Rev. John is currently employed with W. L Gore & Associates and has been there for 30 years.
He is married to Carmen R. Waters Jordan, they have one daughter, Nakiya and a granddaughter, NaRiyah.
Rev. John preached his initial sermon on Sunday, June 9, 2013, from Proverbs 18:20-21, titled “Watch your Mouth.” He was ordained a Local Deacon on March 6, 2016, at the Delaware Annual Conference (DAC). While attending the Annual Conference Institute he was given the name John from Middletown by the late Reverend James Foster because he said he looked like a traveling evangelist. On March 25, 2018 at the DAC he was ordained Local Elder. During the 2022 DAC, Reverend Jordan was presented to the conference to change his orders to the itinerant track.
A disciple of Trinity African Methodist Episcopal Church, Middletown, Delaware, where he accepted the call to ministry under the leadership of the Reverend Dr. Natalie P. Alford. Reverend John served under the leadership of the Reverend Marcus DeAngelo Briddell until the 2022 DAC. On March 19, 2022, he was ordained an Intinerant Elder and was appointed the proud Pastor of Byrd’s African Methodist Episcopal Church in Clayton DE.
Reverend John believes in the power of prayer and has seen the mighty hand of God work through prayer. His passion is the Senior Saints where he will sit, talk, and pray with them for hours. Reverend John is an ordinary brother with an extraordinary desire to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Pastor Karen L. Washington is a native of the Island of Be grandmother instilled in her the gospel of Jesus Christ, the v y p of commitment and the love of God.
Pastor Washington answered her call from God to itinerate orders and in June 2004 preached her initial sermon. On April 14, 2007, she was ordained an Itinerate Deacon and March 21, 2010, an Itinerate Elder of the AME Church.
Pastor Washington was appointed to New Elizabeth AME Church September 2011, and a new vision was birthed. Through her leadership, New Elizabeth has risen above past challenges and is a thriving church in the community of Newark, Delaware.
Pastor Washington serves on the Delaware Conference Board of Examiners; Director of Stewardship; Statistician and is a member of Women In Ministry. She is a prolific preacher, teacher, and prayer warrior. The anointing upon her life is evident as she is called to preach throughout the Tri-State area.
Pastor Washington’s calling is not specific to one state of God’s people. Pastor Washington is called to humble the mighty and to raise the destitute; to empower God’s people through teaching, preaching and by example. Her calling is that of the attributes of the prophet Jeremiah; to root out, pull down, to destroy and to throw down, to build and to plant; to be a messenger and mouthpiece for God, to God’s people under the divine inspiration of the Holy Spirit.

Rev. Orr received her Bachelor's Degree in Social Science, from Claflin College (Orangeburg, SC), her Master's Degree from Kean College of NJ (Union, NJ) a Master's of Divinity from Eastern Theological Seminary (Now Palmer, Wayne, PA). She also studied at Immaculata College (Paoli, PA) in the Counseling Psychology Program.
Rev. Orr worked in the public schools of New Jersey for twenty-nine years and nine months. She held the positions of Teacher of Social Studies and Counselor first in Elementary School and then in Middle School.
Rev. Orr was appointed as pastor of Mt Hebron AMEC in 2006 (Linwood, PA), by Bishop Richard R. Norris, and at Emmanuel Church in 2012 (Hartly, DE) under the leadership of Bishop Gregory G.M. Ingram after serving the great believers at Mt. Hebron. In each charge assigned to Rev. Orr, she instituted additional ministries to meet the needs of the people. As a member of the Delaware Annual Conference, Pastor Orr is the past president of the Ministerium, she is an active member of the Conference Board of Trustees, Finance Committee, and Board of Examiners.
She is a Golden Life Member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority-Wilmington Alumni Chapter where she serves on the Chaplains Committee.

Rev. Luther Lee Walker, III is the son of the late Luther Lee Walker, Jr. and Alice Marie Fields Walker. He is married to Dr. Vienna L. Walker and together they have four children and six grandchildren.
Rev. Walker has been the Pastor of Ringgold Chapel AME Church in Middletown, DE for the past 11 years. He was licensed to preach in the AME Church in 1989, ordained an Itinerant Deacon in 2000, ordained an Itinerant Elder and earned a Master of Divinity from Payne Theological Seminary in 2014.
Rev. Walker is supportive of the Rachel M. Berry Women’s Missionary Society. The WMS at Ringgold has been a blessing to the community by reaching out to the homeless, donating supplies to food pantries, assisting needy families, and visiting the sick.
Rev. Walker is retired from secular work, but his love for the Lord keeps him busy doing ministry. He daily meditates on Philippians 4:13, “I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.”
Rev. Veronica Baynard resides in Harrington, DE with y y d. She was ordained a Local Elder on 02/08/2001, for St. James Union AMEC, Frederica, DE where she served faithfully. She later joined Star Hill AMEC on 10/09/2011 and continued serving under Rev. Rita Paige. Presiding Elder Richard H. The Reverend Marcus De’Angelo Briddell was born in Salisbury, MD on May 7, 1970 to the former Miss Violet Briddell and the late James Lee Carter. Reared in Dagsboro, DE he graduated from Indian River High School in June 1988.
The Rev. Briddell was nurtured at Dickerson Chapel AME Church, Millsboro, DE and received his conversion experience in 1984. That same year his mother married Mr. Gifford J. Hopkins, which created a blessed family.
In 2000 the Rev. Briddell graduated from Delaware State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Social Studies Education. He earned a Master of Divinity degree from Duke University. He was ordained an Itinerant Deacon in 2002 and an Itinerant Elder in May of 2004.
The Rev. Briddell was assigned to St. James AME Church, Chambersburg, PA in 2003, St. George’s AME Church, Lewes, DE in 2005, Bethel AME Church, Westbury, NY in 2009 and appointed to Trinity AME Church, Middletown, DE in 2016 where he currently serves as pastor.
Presently, the Rev. Briddell’s focus is on the in theme of Holistic Ecclesiastical Restoration with the Scriptural emphasis as St. Matthew 16:18 The More Abundant Life.
