A Special Message from the President and CEO Dear Friends, As we move toward a thrilling new season, we are thankful to all who have supported MPAC throughout the past 17 months, enabling us to move forward throughout the pandemic. This newsletter represents two seasons of generous support that has sustained us through the most challenging time in our theater’s history, and we are grateful to each and every donor for their generosity. As a result of your support, we were able to continue our important mission and stay connected to our patrons, students and the community through engaging events and inspiring education programs. Thank you for your loyalty, enthusiasm and patience. As a non-profit performing arts center, MPAC relies on contributed income, as well as revenue from ticket sales. However, when ticket revenue was no longer part of the equation, it was your contributions, membership, grants and donations that provided the lifeline we needed to keep our mission relevant and continue to prepare for the future. In September, we’ll celebrate the opening of the 20212022 season, and because of your continuing support we are able to bring back the artists that you know and love, and introduce you to some new ones, too! I look forward to seeing you at the theater and, once again, thank you for your continuing support of MPAC! Sincerely,

SPONSOR SPOTLIGHT MPAC and Trend Motors Volkswagen were revved up for a great start to The MPAC Trend Motors Drive in Concert Series at Fosterfields Living Historical Farm in Morris Township! The summer series kicked off on June 17th with a performance by The Nerds. “Since 1965, Trend Motors VW has been proud to support our local community. MPAC has brought fantastic music, acts and priceless culture to our area. The pandemic has been devastating for so many, especially our friends at MPAC, and we knew how important it was to assist them financially to get through these unimaginable times. Trend Motors Volkswagen and the Drive-in Concert Series became a perfect match!” – Adam Greene, President, Trend Motors Thank you, Adam Greene and Trend Motors Volkswagen for your amazing support of MPAC! GOING DIGITAL! In an effort to reduce MPAC’s environmental footprint, we are working on some exciting updates in the digital space. You’ll notice a change to your membership acknowledgement letter, which will no longer include a “physical” membership card. These measures will also help us greatly reduce expenses related to paper and postage. Stay tuned for more exciting changes as MPAC continues to stay current in the Digital Age! If you would still prefer to still receive a card in the mail, please contact Lana at lmissaggia@mayoarts.org.
