aving time for myself has really become a rare luxury. It seems like I am spending more and more hours in the office, leaving little time for anything else. I long to escape the daily grind, to stop and smell the roses. I know that my colleague, Clarisa, feels the same way. Our hectic schedules have drained us, so we decide to look for a place where we can unwind, chill out and lavish some well-deserved pampering on ourselves; a place where time stands still and we can do anything we want, or simply do nothing at all, while being well

and truly pampered by serious professionals. So, at Clarisa’s suggestion, we head to Bandung. As I catch my first glimpse of the sumptuous Padma Hotel Bandung, I know I am in for a special stay. My eyes eagerly take in the lush surroundings, as my ears catch the enticing chorus of the wind rustling through the leaves and the chirping of birds. The tropical warmth is thick, wrapping me in its comfortable embrace and filling my senses. We are staying at the Gallery Suite, on the first floor of the hotel, which funnily has the best views.
