You’ll get a Year-End Financial Statement along with a 1099 that contains all the info you need to file your taxes. We can work directly with your CPA or financial advisor, eliminating the need to search for receipts, add up expenses, and review bank statements.
Maxfield’s primary directive is to protect the investments of their owners. Maxfield uses a 12 point tenant screening process that help make consistent decisions, and which has resulted in one of the lowest default rates of any property manager in the state. In the unlikely event that an eviction occurs, Maxfield’s legal team will do everything possible to quickly and efficiently remove any deadbeat tenants and return the property to rentready condition without any leasing fees. Our Investor Club Plan covers up to the first $1000 of any eviction while this protection is just a few dollars per month the Full Service Plan.

If the tenant skips out or is evicted, you will be protected up to $3,000 towards any lost rent.
We cover up to $1,000 of eviction costs when you select the asset management plan.
We certify that you will never have to pay 2 leasing fees in the same 12 month period. We guarantee that your tenant will stay 12 months, or we will find a replacement tenant at no additional charge.
Just let us know you want to switch, and we will take care of everything, including notifying the previous management company and tenants.
Cancel anytime without penalty if you’re not satisfied.
All maintenance repairs will be completed right the first time, or our vendors will go back at no additional cost to you.
If a Tenant moves out and causes damage above normal wear and tear we will pay up to $1,000 of any damages.
We guarantee up to $2,000 above our standard security deposit with all approved pets.
