♣♠♦♥ of any violations, misunderstandings, or other contradictory situations, the instructor has to inform the judge of his/her tournament zone immediately.

5. DEMANDS CONCERNING HOLDING OF COMPETITIONS 5.1. Participants should treat judges, staff of competitions and each other with respect. Participants are strongly forbidden to show disrespect towards other participants, judges, organizers, viewers, fans.

5.2. It is not allowed to smoke and drink alcohol in the tournament zones.

5.3. It is not allowed to use any electronic means of communication in the tournament zones.

5.4. If any participant delays the course of the game, any other sportsman at the table has the right to demand a time limit. The instructor announces a “minute”. If after the announced time limit the sportsman does not make any action, instructor counts to ten and announces “fold”.

5.5. For violation of the rules participant may be punished by temporary or absolute discharge from the competitions. This decision may be taken by the main judge, or by joint decision of the board of judges (see article 12 of these Rules).

5.6. During competitions organizer of the competitions may hold shootings of TV news or subject programs, or archive video (including photo shootings) without consent of participants or competition judges.

5.7. Organizers of competitions have the right to show and distribute video-, audio-, photo- and other informational materials, where participants of competition judges are shown.

5.8. The winners of competitions are obliged to give interviews to radio, TV or press, participate in photo sessions or shootings for TV news, subject programs or other media-materials upon demand of the tournament organizers.

5.9. Sportsmen (participants) are not allowed to wear clothes with any kind of advertisement without prior agreement with organizers of the competitions.
