From the Chairman PMIS is a leading provider of Project services in Abu Dhabi, servicing Offshore Project operations in the region. Strategic Planning and Performance Management Sector To develop strategic objectives of the Municipality. Overseeing development of the Municipality’s five year strategic plan and detailed annual plan. Overseeing the formulation and development of plans and financial projections of the Municipality. Supervision to improve implementation mechanisms, policies and procedures, as well as Municipal Development frameworks. Supervision of the Municipality’s Public Relations and Communications plans. Design and documentation of working procedures being clear and easy to achieve customer satisfaction and satisfaction of staff in terms of effort, time and cost. Continued development of procedures and services and to ensure which keeps pace with customer expectations and achieve the objectives of Municipality. Carrying audit procedures and ongoing services to ensure that they are consistent with best practices. Work on the development of specifications and standards to ensure quality of output in all the Municipal functions and the work in line with best global practices. Comparisons of reference and adopt best practices for the purpose of continuing excellence in the delivery of Municipal functions. Promote a culture of excellence in the Municipality to achieve its vision and objectives. Preparation of reports to participate in Abu Dhabi Award for Excellence in Government Performance and any awards in the field of corporate excellence in coordination with Committees and task forces in the Municipality. Develop plans and mechanisms to analyze risks and ways of Municipal management and prevention of the same. Ensure the quality of Municipal services provided through various channels and to emphasize entire coordination between them.
