At Maven all color appointments are scheduled in "sessions" or blocks based on time. Each stylist has their own set price and will customize your session specifically to your hair and budget needs. There is no additional charge for color or any service that does not increase your time so there are no surprises at the end of your visit. All color sessions include a blowdry.

Some stylists take longer for their services but the price will remain the same.

Your First Maven Visit

LOCATION Maven is located in the downtown area of Franklin just outside the center.

There are public parking spots in front of the salon and in front of the s urrounding businesses. There is also a small lot to the left of the building that we can use as no cars are being blocked.

WHAT TO EXPECT 15 Minutes before you arrive, you will receive an automated text asking you to check in by replying Y when you arrive. A Maven will come out to greet you when we are ready for you.

We will go over your NEW GUEST FORM before we and start your in salon consultation.

With our consultation process, you’ll be 100% confident, relaxed and excited from start to finish.

We will talk about your past, present, and future hair goals and budget to ensure we create a sustainable plan you absolutely love.

BETWEEN YOUR VISITS Whether you are coming to maven for hair extensions, cut, color or a little bit of everything… we’ve got the perfect plan to ensure you look and feel amazing between visits.

To ensure your hair is always looking and feeling fabulous your Maven will recommend a customized hair care plan for your specific needs including how to style and care for your hair at home.

Salon Policies

FUTURE APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION POLICY To provide the best possible scheduling options to our guests, we now require 48 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit.

Should you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, a 30% fee of cancelled service does apply and will be due before a new appointment is scheduled. Should you not some for your appointment without calling, a fee of 75% of services does apply and will be due before a new appointment is scheduled.

Cancellation fees are waived for anyone that is feeling sick or experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 and you will be able to reschedule your appointment no less than two weeks later.

CONFIRMING YOUR APPOINTMENT To help our guests avoid having to pay cancellation fees, we ask that you confirm your upcoming appointment. You can confirm through automated email or texts that are sent out prior to your appointment.

RUNNING LATE At Maven it’s important to us that we can give you an experience we can be proud of. We understand life is crazy and things happen. However, if you are running more than 10 minutes late according to our clock, the appointment may have to be rescheduled to prevent rushing or taking time from the guest after you. We will do all that we can to get you in as soon as we can. Please let us know as soon as possible if you are going to be late. No-Show & Cancellation Policy may be applied for cancellations due to late arrival.
