What you are about to read is a living, breathing story that was written by actual students. I provided a setting, they provided the characters.

We embarked on a dangerous voyage into unknown space to face a mysterious threat.

This is our story.

CHAPTER ONE The Begining

ENTRY1: Luke Zhang

Greetings. I don’t have much time. We are about to enter low gravity mode and I am supposed to be in a pod with none of my belongings so I’ll just give you some basic facts. I am 5.4 feet tall and are a human engineer. Almost all the resources I need for projects are out in space but Ironically I am astrophobic. Space has always seemed like a terrifying never-ending infinite loop. Just yesterday I woke up and filled out a form to bring me on a mission to outer space. Why you may ask? I needed the materials for I was in extreme debt to the government. I had many bills to pay and I needed to get money quickly and this was the only way. I conquered my astrophobia and ran up to a sign-up sheet. I scribbled my name down on the light parchment. I then heard applause behind me as I nervously climbed into the shuttle that would bring me up. I waved as the doors closed behind me. I didn’t know what was coming or where we were going but I know one thing. I needed the materials. I hustled to the sleeping quarters and drifted off. Today I have already taken off and here I am about to strap in. I will write back soon, diary.

Once upon a time there lived an asari, who was also a scientist, was sharp and elegant.

Her name was Shannon. She lived by herself in a mansion, but she did occasionally visit her best friend,Colette, and stay for the night. Her best friend was a human,( Shannon has many human friends even though she is an asari), and was an orthodontist.

Shannon wished to live with her parents ,but they had recently died. She had been in Paris with Colette recently and celebrated her birthday when she got a notification, but didn’t bother to look at it and continued to celebrate Colette’s birthday, it was a blast! They were going to stay in Paris for one week and that was their second day there. But the next morning when they were at the Eiffel Tower,the notification wouldn’t stop buzzing on her phone. She decided to look at it. It was a job offer on a mysterious mission on a spaceship called BSC a.k.a BattleShip Cruiser. Shannon had always wanted to go into space, but she wouldn't be able to be with Colette and the job was risky. She hated being in small spaces and would almost certainly come in contact with aliens (not humans). But she decided to accept the job offer on BSC on a spaceship as a scientist. She told Colette her decision, and at first, Colette was very unhappy with her decision because she wouldn't be able to see her, but she understood her and allowed her to go. Colette was very unapproving and unhappy, so Shannon decided how she was going to make it up for her was to buy Colette the Mona Lisa, worth $ 2.67 billion dollars. Shannon knew Colette loved art, artifacts and anything else expensive so she knew the Mona Lisa would convince her. Buying or selling the Mona Lisa was illegal, but Shannon was extremely rich and was an asari living on earth,(asaris living on earth was very rare), so she was able to buy the Mona Lisa, but for $5.2 billion dollars. That was almost as much as her yacht! Shannon was pretty sure the painting of the Mona Lisa would convince her, because Colette was also very rich, she didn’t buy much. Shannon of course hated buying things even more than Colette, so whenever Colette was unhappy or dissaggreded, Shannon would buy her something expensive. Colette had the art work of a shark head: $16.6 billion, diamond shoes: $23.5 billion, and The Great Star​ ​of Africa: $555.1 million, all given and paid by Shannon, ( that’s a total of $40.6 billion dollars!). Shannon wasn’t an inch closer to poverty because she has $ 720 billion dollars. When she gave it to Colette for her

birthday present, Colette said yes but Shannon would have to stay in contact with her to make sure Shannon was still alive. So when they went back home to Canada, Shannon started packing right away. It was a long goodbye, since it was possible Shannon may not come back in one peice or ever come back. Colette also made her promise to come back if she was still alive, Shannon agreed and was on her way to the BSC. Every day for a week Shannon and Colette couldn't stop crying about how they missed each other.

My Character: Jeffery Wang

My character is a human on earth who likes to draw and to be in warm weather. This is quite ironic because he lives in Canada. My character hates tomatoes and is scared of getting hypothermia. He is a scientist who is very sharp but not very tough or charming. He is able to work under pressure and can deduce many people’s skills and abilities.

Day 1: It was a very cold day in Canada, it had just snowed all night and in the morning the whole road was covered in a blinding white sheet of snow. I despised the snow as it would be freezing cold to walk in even if I was wearing boots. As I headed out to work I read in a newspaper that the Karma had been powered up. The Karma is the best spaceship in the world. While I was waiting for my science research to be completed I heard a ring on my cell phone. When I looked at who was calling me I found a number that I recognized, it was the government! When I picked it up I heard a gruff voice on the other end of the line, “Go to the spacepod docked at the space station that heads towards central command. Don’t tell anybody about this mission. Be ready to leave in 5 hours, do you accept?”. After a few hours, I headed down to the space station to board. A few humans were already inside. We were going to have to head towards the Central command and meet up with the rest of our crew.

The Galaxy Story Gracie Sun

The Beginning One day there was a human name Brooklyn she was a communicator. That day, she was about to head up to space! She gets to explore what it’s like to be in the galaxy! As she was in space, she saw many things she’s never seen in her life. Like the stars​ ​and sometimes the moon and the brighter planets. Away from city lights, on a clear night, you might see the beautiful band of the Milky Way, stretching across the sky. many beautiful, strange, and mysterious objects in space. All of the stars expand into space. It’s really quiet and calm to be in space but it’s also really dangerous. Space actually does have a distinct odour. Astronauts returning from space claim that their suits smell, in a word, burnt. The lingering scent of space is acrid and metallic, reminding astronauts of charred meat or welding fumes.

The Beginning Jayden Lin

Ding!Ding!Ding!”well there goes my food” I walk over to the microwave and take out a burger. I turn on the Tv and plop onto the glossy couch and start eating the delicious,cheesy burger. Just as I finish the last crumb of my burger my doorbell vibrates. I put my plate into the washing machine and I rushed to the door and I saw a piece of paper.

It read: Tomorrow you are invited to come for a mission. Because of security reasons we may not tell you what this is. You must bring this sheet with you so that you will be accepted into the building and bring anything important. Food will be supplied. You will be leaving your family for many days so pack for it.

Why would this random person expect me to go to a random meeting! I think. I don’t even know what this is about. I quickly look at the seal, it looks like a space company. They probably just want me to guard a few items since im a security, i’ll go. I quickly pack a few things and go to sleep. The next day I rush to the place mentioned in the note and i find some rather peculiar looking people. I see some of my fellow security guards and start wondering. What if this is more than a little guarding​gaurding​ thing.

Hi this is jerry palmer i am 30 and i have being at home for some time before this call from my captain.I have being the best engineer on my ship for a long time and am looking forward to another adventure in space.

I was on my normal routine eating pancakes when i got a urgent call from my captain he says i have to get to the ship ASAP for an unscheduled mission.I hope my kids aren’t that mad at me because i was supposed to take them water skiing. Well am on my way.

The Beginning My character is a security human. She likes cooking, music, dislike worms and fears of height.

Josh was looking at his toes. He had never been in space before, and he would be away for pretty long. “But, I’m in better shape than the others. I’m much tougher. It’s going to be easier for me,” he thought. He was going with an engineer and a scientist. He was talking to them, when suddenly, he saw a clown, walking a dog. A scary guy walking a disgusting and love pilfering piece of meat. Who would like that duo? Anyways, he went inside a ship. It was something that amazed him. He wondered how such a massive thing could get off the ground.

Suddenly, there was a broad cast “We will be taking off in 10…”. He had 1 last glimpse of his friends and he saw his own house, too…. Before taking off into the depths of space…

Space ship name: Nighthawk Banta,

Snow Zhang was a 33 year old man, he was what you would call a regular man, he loved playing video games and eating cheese. While he still is scared of ghosts to this day. His job is a space explorer, he has been doing this since he was 18. As a kid, he always loved space, it was just like a playground for him. He knew that it was very dangerous up there, but he always wanted to be in space. He did get the job when he was 18 and went to space the first time when he was 24. Before his emergency departure to space, it was just like a regular weekend, he woke up late at 9:30am, he was very excited to watch the new release on Netflix called 100 different types of cheese! He ate his normal breakfast, bread with butter and cheese on top with some cereal. Afterwards, he didn’t even wash the dishes! He went straight to his tv and went on Netflix when he received a message to report to the station immediately.

Kayla Hansen Wellington, A nine-teen year old who studies engineering. Mystery intrigues her, but she’s scared of failure.

Looking out from the cab window, I saw the heavy rain pouring down on the deserted streets of London. It was quite dark, with only the thunder and the stars as a natural source of light.

Despite the lack of light, once our cab pulled up to a shabby and sketchy looking neighborhood, I couldn’t believe that I would be soon calling this place home. The house I would be soon moving into was practically falling apart, with all it’s rusty walls and boarded up windows. I must say, I was quite curious about what was inside this house, and my journal was already open in my hands. After my mother had tipped the driver, we got out and walked up to the front door. My mother seemed to be even more nervous than I was. After waiting in the rain, a strange-looking man opened the door and welcomed us in the household. My mother told me to start bringing the luggage upstairs while she would be discussing with the previous house owner. The house was incredibly dusty and it definitely perked up my interest. The paint was chipping off most of the walls and the carpets were all worn-out. Once I finished my task, I went to explore.

Whenever I found something I thought intriguing, I would write it down in my journal. I had fun, despite knowing my entire lifestyle would change once I moved in. During this time, I found a bizarre door that was close to my future bedroom.It had intricate carvings on it, carvings in which I have never seen before. I opened it, as it aroused my curiosity, and only saw an old book laying on the ground. I flipped to the first page, and almost immediately, a blinding beam of light came out of nowhere. Clumsy as I was, I fell into the book, and disappeared. When I woke up, I was surprised to find myself in a completely different place. Around me, I saw a bunch of humans whom I didn’t know, but only a few of my kind. My eyes, green as emerald, were having a hard time understanding the sudden twist that had just happened. Little did I know, my adventure would soon begin...

My Character Brief Description of my Character My character is an Asari Scientist. She is a 26-year-old, diminutive, light female. Her name is Arnne-Louise aka Louise. Louise is a very energetic yet focused and hard-working alien. She always puts her best foot forwards. Louise enjoys organizing everything (by “everything” I mean EVERYTHING) and her interest in documenting things has only grown ever since she became a scientist. Although Louise is a kind and gentle alien, she tends to lose her patience and becomes a yelling machine when somebody disrupts her when she is in her work mode. Louise has only one major fear: Everything going haywire. I guess you can say she is a perfectionist.

Day 1 (Arnne-Louise’s perspective) Dear Diary, I’m taking a break from all of my experiments. It’s been a hectic day, but I have finally found some alone time… There’s been so many people screaming orders and questions in my ears that I think that if this keeps on continuing, I will surely become deaf! I don’t get why everyone needs to yell in someone’s ear ​when ​they are working. It bugs me so much. Ahhh, but now, I can finally get some time to write in my diary.

Last night, before going to sleep, I realized that I never wrote about my last day at home before being whisked off into this mysterious mission. Speaking of this, I haven’t yet received any information about this mission. Oh well, that time surely will come sooner or later. But now, it is time to write about my last day. But let me start from the beginning…

It was Saturday and I was babysitting my 3 little nieces, Kenny, Sevlin, and Polly. They are cute triplets but, if I chose one word that suits them best, it would be ‘chaotic.’ Sevlin is the most energetic one and wherever she goes, she’ll cause pandemonium. She loves playing with toys, but she ​never ​cleans up. I always need to clean up and organize everything. I’m not complaining though! After Kenny, Selvin, and Polly left, I started to cook some dinner for myself and watch some TV shows. I like to binge watch shows on the weekends. It’s my weekly “tradition.” Anyways, I lost track of time and when I finally decided to stop watching TV shows and movies, it was already two in the morning. My stomach started rumbling. Suddenly, I remembered that I had never taken

out my dinner, Tentacle Flavoured Pizza, from the oven! I started to freak out. ​Oh no! I forgot my pizza in the oven! My goodness! I even forgot to set an alarm and now my pizza is all burnt. AHHHH! ​I started to mentally freak out. ​Okay, okay… Calm down Louise. It’s just a burnt pizza. No big deal. Just remember to set an alarm next time. ​I have always tended to freak out over tiny things. My brain always over-thinks about small problems and then I get scared about everything going wrong and end up with myself freaking out. But, before I could finish my thoughts, my telephone rang. I thought about ignoring it, but I chose not to. I went to answer it and a deep, loud voice said, “Arnne- Louise, report to Mr. Garbet’s office tomorrow morning at 6:30 AM... Sharp!

Don’t ​be late.” I was so confused. Mr. Garbet is my boss, but he never lets people in his office. Apparently, his assistant says that “we can talk about problems outside, no need to go in his office” or something along the lines of that. I was never very fond of Mr. Garbet. There was always something fishy about him… I just never grasped what it was. But that’s a different story for another time. When the deep, loud voice hung up (I couldn’t quite figure out who it was), I ran up the stairs and catapulted myself onto my bed. I only had a couple hours to sleep and get ready to go to work again. Long story short, after waking up and getting ready, here I am, in my workplace. We’ll see where this mysterious mission will lead to… *BONUS* Rocketship name = ​Constellation

The Beginning Alex Lin is 14. He was playing on his xbox 1 X which his parents gave to him on his 13th birthday. He liked playing all the games that were popular this time for example: Fortnite, Cod Warzone and Roblox. It was his regular gaming night when his phone rang. It was a person he didn’t know. But this buy wasn’t that sharp, so he picked it up anyways. The voice said that he was chosen to be a part of a space crew along with a bunch of other people ’just like him’. And that they would be exploring the outer parts of space. Alex was very excited so what would await him on the other end of space?

CHAPTER TWO Encounter in the Violet Nebula

Luke Zhang

I was just explained that this wasn’t any old mission. We were to explore a Drakarian ship. If we were to find something big then we would do further research on this. I got on the ship that would take me there in the crew of Captain Reynolds. We entered a mysterious object that the scientist identified as a Violet Nebula. We saw the ship in the nebula and the whole crew went to inspect it. I tried to take a sample using my pocketknife but the material burned right through it. We entered the mysterious ship and soon enough we were in trouble. We immediately ran towards the ship. We were under fire. I didn’t know what to do so I just sprinted to the end. I quickly unsheathed blaster and got ready for battle. Once again I don’t have much time to write in you Diary but know that there will be casualties. War is stirring and it won’t be ending soon.

While Shannon was investigating the Violet Nebula with the other scientists she was quite sure they should be ​VERY ​careful, she was almost sure that failure, Jefferick would do another backflip. Shannon warned her fellow scientists to watch out for Jefferick’s backflips, always causing the ship some damage. But the other scientists told her not to worry about it. They were pretty sure Jefferick knew well enough not to do ​RANDOM​ backflips after their many accidents from his backflips, and even after the captain spoke to him! Still, Shannon was going to be careful just in case. She decided to go into her room and facetime Colette. Shannon was pretty sure that Colette was very worried about her since she hadn't called in 3 days after investigating the Violet Nebula. But when she was just about to, she heard a loud “CRASH!!!!! BOOM!!!!!! BANG!!!!” she heard everyone else stumble (even though they were in space, they can still get hurt ) she checked the security footage from the security guards’ room. She was right, Jeffrick did ​ANOTHER ​backflip! They were all addressed to go to their rooms and stay there so the engineers could check it out.

They were now in the Nebula. After waiting anxiously they were called to enter the nearby cocoon. The security guards would go first, then the “ talkers”,( is what Shannon called them)then the scientists, then the engineers then the leaders.

Shannon was very scared as it was a VERY small and then when a small alien landed on one of the security guards, Shannon fainted. Shannon could not remember what else happened until she was brought back to the ship by one of the nurses.

Jeffery Wang

I was catching up with my human crew members that were coming aboard the karma when we arrived at central command. Many of us were questioning why we were supposed to come on such a short notice because the missions we do in central command were always publized.

Central command was extremely exquisite and had a lot of amazing places. The main feature of the whole place was a 200 ft by 500 ft door that opened into space. This is what we used to dock and launch our ships. Our scientists have found a way to create a force field that can keep us from falling into space but let ships come through. Our crew was already waiting for us. I chatted with some of the new Asaris and Turians I hadn’t seen on the rocket and met up with my other friends. After a while, everyone became quiet. The captains had arrived! There were 3 captains that led our ships. Gareth the leader of the SS Space Falcon, Miranda leader of our ship, the karma and Captain Keyes was the leader of the Pillar of Autumn. Apparently, they found SOS radio calls from the Drakarians! The Drakarians are hostile aliens that have tried to start many wars with us. When we went on board I immediately went to the science lab. I had flown on the karma enough times to know where it was. We found out that the signal was inside a Spectacular Violet Nebula. This particular nebula is electromagnetic meaning it blocks radio signals. As we headed inside the nebula I realized we wouldn’t be able to see anything that well.

When we got to the ship, some of the crew headed down into the space pods and cruised forwards onto the ship. The ship was a type of egg like structure with goopy walls and no lighting. One of our engineers tried to peel off some of the wall but it melted his scalpel. We had just gotten to the main room inside the ship when I started to feel uneasy. I could see a large throne in the center with 3 doors next to it. After a bit of talking our captains headed inside the doors. That left us all alone in the room. After a minute I spotted some movement in the corner of the wall and was about to shine a flashlight in the area until I saw some frantic movement in the doors. The door that Captain Keyes had gone into burst open. “Fall Back!” he yelled. The two other doors did the same and we were all running. Creatures were skittering after and the security had to stay back to attack them. We all rushed into the pod and frantically drove towards the ship. Then, the alien ship turned on. A compartment in the ship flipped open and a beam of light was sent into our pod’s direction. Then, a red laser beam opened and started

heating up. “WOOSH!” the laser shot directly past us into the pillar of autumn. The ship started to crash and fall. I was shocked, the pillar of autumn was our lead ship and all of the people on it at the time would be dead. Then, Captain Keyes’s pod was sucked into the enemy ship. As we landed inside the karma the ship went into a battle position, we would have to fight the enemy ship. This would be the fight of our lives.

DAY 2 Encounter in the Violet Nebula Gracie Sun

On Day 2 Captain Keys was ordering everyone to fall back to the ships, but some people could hear him because they were in the middle of a fight with the aliens. That’s why they didn’t listen. The securities were staying back behind all the others to keep them safe.

Since the captain can’t get them to come, I decided to help Captain key, after all, I’m the communicator.

Later on in the day, after everyone rested and recovered we decided to bo back again because we knew we needed to complete our missing in the Federation area so we got ready. The trip onboard our shuttle back to the ship including the sensation of being captured by a tractor beam. While I was figuring out how to fix it, I heard something. I went to look outside, I realized that Captain Keys decision was to sacrifice himself, as he left us, he said his last words: "stay strong" but at the same time we were begging him to not leave us, but that was too late. Everyone on our team was angry, but at the same time, sad. They all fought their best that day hoping that they won’t lose anyone else.

Finally, after hours of fighting, we finally won. I helped some of them that got hurt recover. And decided to continue our missing at the Federation

ENCOUNTER OF THE NEBULA Jayden Lin

“Okay everyone, listen up.”shouted Captain Keys. I turn my attention up to Captain Keys and his fluffy beard.”we are going on a rescue mission for a Drakian ship. We have been receiving distress signals over and over again from a ship stuck in a nebula”. Captain Keys pressed a button and a silent eary noise sounded. ”​Sos, sos, sos, sos, sos, sos, sos, sos, sos, sos, sos, sos,sos, sos, sos”​ Captain Keys clicked another button and the sos rhythm disappeared. “We believe it is a drakian ship and we are sending a rescue mission squad to save it”. As soon as the mission briefing was finished My team and I quickly climbed up into our spaceship, the karma. Let's set our flight course for the nebula our team leader says.”yes ma’am” Rodrico shouts and blasts the music to full volume then takes flight. “Turn down the music” I shout at Rodrico as we start to see the nebula. “Whoooooooooo hoooooooooooo”shouts rodrico as he does a loop-d-loop.

HIIIIIISSSSSSSSSS​! A horrible sound came from the hull.

“Oh now what have you done” I shout as our engineer goes down to check the hull. “Jesus sorry” Rodrico shouts back as he starts his chain of swearing. “We are going closer to the ship guys.” Rodrico says as he points to the map.”It seems like they have opened their hangar” I say as I study the ship. It looks like a massive cocoon with

gooey fibre strands all over it. “Ewwwwwww, what is that?”

Rodrico complains. Our ship slowly docks in the hangar. I get off and walk forward with my weapon ready for whatever happens next. We slowly walk into a throne room and there is a wide space with a big golden throne in the middle. BAM! BAM! BAM! I hear Captain Keys pistol “Run” he shouts and we all run. I take my intergalactic infinity gauntlet and start snapping until like crazy. For some reason though it only wipes out one monster at a time. I quickly take a glance back and see a gooey monster and I run even faster, taking out a lightsaber and slicing of a gooey hand. “GROSS!” I think out loud and take a vaporizing machine gun and start shooting. One monster reaches for it and takes it away. “I’m running out of weapons!” I shout and quickly take out a glitter bomb to distract them now let's get out of here I scream. I quickly get onto the spaceship but thanks to rodricos horrible flying I get knocked out.

I arrived the at the headquarters and captain james keys was Already talking about the mission� sorry for the weirdness of the message�We are going on a secret mission.We think a drakarian ship is in danger.We are hearing SOS signals that are coming from the neutral zone if we help the we can find peace with this nation.I set of the my ship the karma and find my equipment.When we got to the signal we realized that is came from inside a nebula.We had no choice but to enter into the nebula.When we got to the source i saw a cocoon looking Spaceship in the distance.We entered the space pods and set of for the spaceship.But it was a trap like i expected(but no one listened to me)On the way back we lost our captain And the space battle begins.Sorry if i missed parts i had no time and had to rush>

“Ok. It’s time. Let’s go.” That’s all I heard when we were deployed to the Central Command after that weird SOS rang inside headquarters. We went into the Violet Nebula. It wasn’t too scary, but others around me were shaking in fear. Guess that comes with my security experience eh? Been through A LOT of scary stuff. Anyways, we entered the Drakarian ship. There’s this substance, which is really….ew. That’s the word to describe it. Ew. Ok, now, they’re going. All of them. Our leaders. Now, I gotta protect everyone. I waited for an eternity. Ok, more like 10 minutes. Then, suddenly, Captain Keys smashes out of the back chamber. Woah! A superhero entrance! More like a captain’s entrance though. “We have to go. Now.” That’s all he says. We run to the exit, and we get in the escape pods, although the word exit looks like Ψ乄།∤ in Drakarian. We make it back to the ship, but not all of us. Captain Keys sacrifices himself for us. He says 2 words: “Stay strong.” Then, we see it. The Pillar of Autumn in pieces, destroyed. The crew, out in space. Open mouthed and open eyed, but both are empty. They’re all dead within seconds without the proper equipment. But, we have something else on our hands. The Drakarian ship, turning towards us with their guns ready.

I am part of a space crew named ​Karma, ​we have a special mission to investigate something. (I don’t remeber what) Our captain is Captian Keys. We head onto the spaceship and we enter a tunnel thing and the other spaceships are doing fine and flipping? ( I kinda forgot) Then our driver person ( I forgot his name) he said he could do better or something and then he tried to do a 360 but failed and damaged the ship. I take a look outside the ship and see this cacoon looking looking thing. It has a sort of string texture and looks a lot like a cacoon. We grab some materials and go outside to check it out. (Forgot this part) We are on the Drakarian (I think that's the ship is I’m wrong please remind me) We walk around exploring the ship for a bit and someone tries to scrape the wall or something and this green liquid comes out of the wall. Then captain keys comes from a direction and says something like RUN! (That’s all I remember) (Sorry I remember so little)

Once my eyes had adjusted to the light, I recognized my fellow crew members of the Karma. I said my hellos, and started looking around me. The place I had landed on all of a sudden happened to be the Central command. I looked around, overwhelmed by how large it was.

Soon afterwards, I saw our captain, Miranda Reynolds, walking towards us.

Encounter in the Violet Nebula Alex met up with the people that were also assigned for the mission. He got details from the captain and where the mission was. They met at the bottom of The Karma and waited. Alex and the other people were on a mission because there was a distress signal from other life forms. This was a chance to make friends with them. When they got there, the first thing they saw was a cocoon-like object floating in the vacuum of space. Because of their curiosity, they landed near there to see what was in there. Soon enough the aliens attacked them and they had to retreat back to their ship, but unfortunately, luck wasn’t really on their side because their main ship got destroyed. I hope they learn their lesson for being near them.

CHAPTER THREE Battle with the Cocoon

As the fight began everyone started panicking but soon things started to settle. We fired shots and they fired back. The battle was going well until we got hit by the super laser damaging our ship and ourselves. It started with a loud whir, a series of large bullets ricocheted off the ship. Some crewmates took some damage while others like me took none. After that series of shots, the large Drakain ship sent out two small ships which we blasted to shreds. Two of our security took over the other ship. They told us that there were tubes there. They steered the ship into another pod crashing it with a big explosion. The oxygen tanks burst open but thankfully Jefrick swopped in to save them. I was in a room near the rear end of the ship trying to discover any important facts and helping Jeffrick determine what to do. I fired our laser a couple of times but overall the battle was a bit anticlimactic. There wasn’t much that I was spent the majority of the time staring at the textures of the Drakarian ship pondering what could be on there and would penetrate the outer shell. After the war was over we got a note from the other ship it stated a few facts and we got Gideon. We immediately threw him back with another note.

Now, Captain Reynolds is calling for a meeting so I gotta go. Until next time Diary.

Shannon woke up to the sound of crashing, firing, and banging onto something. She got up, changed into her scientist/spacesuit and ran out of the medical room to see what was going on,(also since the medical room was kinda small, since her room was bigger.). Shannon could not believe how much damage they were causing the Drakarians AND THEIR OWN SHIP!!!!! She just couldn't believe it!!!! They were causing SO MUCH DAMAGE TO THEIR​ OWN SHIP​!!!! That made her faint AGAIN! Then she found herself inside the medical room again. She had once again woke up from the sound of her teammates causing damage to both their own ship and the Drakarians’ ship. She insisted they needed to fire closer to the Drakarian ship. They sent two security guards, Snow and Lucas. Shannon disagreed to let them go at first thinking that, oh I dunno,​THEY COULD DIE​!!! ( Lucas was ​dieing but not dead​ ), Snow and Lucas were stuck inside the ship for a long time, but when they did return, Snow and Lucas were badly injured, LUCAS WAS LITERALLY DIEING!!!! But Shannon was only able to save Snow up to 6 lives.

Everyone was rushing around and panicking, the ship had just been blasted with the Drakarian superweapon. We scientists had just figured out that if we moved when the drakarian superweapon fired, it would do less damage. The Superweapon worked like a lasar did and it shot a small hole in the ship. Miranda had to go down to the engineers to help them fix the damage. While we panicked the Drakarian ship had time to send out enemy pods. Some security guards had gotten the idea to infiltrate the pods. As we headed closer to the pod to land on it, Jefferick, our navigator lost control of the wheel and smashed into the pod. Our ship received minimal damage and approached the second pod. This time, the ship successfully landed near the pod and our security guards hopped inside the ship. We heard on the radio that they had found the main control centre in the ship. Then, we crashed into the Cocoon. We sustained massive damage and the ship was almost destroyed. The escape pods suddenly burst out the sides of the Pillar of Autumn and headed somewhere west. The Pillar of Autumn on the other hand, was heading straight towards the Drakarian's ship. I realized what was happening, the crew of the Pillar of Autumn abandoned it’s ship and left to find parts. As I was healing the wounded security guards a man from the SS. Falcon came into the ship. He had a letter in hand and told us to give him a letter to the SS Falcon crew members. We wrote out all we knew and sent it back to them. Then we turned the ship around and started following the escape pods.

Battle With The Cocoon Gracie Sun

Our battle with the cocoon began, at first, everyone stayed in the ship.

Our battle plan decisions were to: move forwards, move backwards, turn right, turn left, repair the ship, FIRE. everyone had different strategies so we all sometimes chose different moves and, we weren’t really being collaborative. After a while of fighting, two of our security humans decided to attack one of the small alien ships but, the other group who was fighting with us in the other ship was about to fire at the alien’s ship that our two security humans Snow and Jayden were on. After I heard about that, I decided to talk to the other team that they are on the ship so that Snow and Jayden won’t die. After all, I told them to not worry about it because we’ll take care of it. Then, as Snow and Jayden got back, after a few moments later, Miranda, our team manager came back. As I saw her walking towards us, I knew something was wrong. Miranda had a worried look, I was having a feeling in Miranda. Something even weirder is that she told us not to shoot the big blue ship and back off.

She told us that Captain Keys is on that ship, and that was how the battle ended.

As the red glowing laser charges up our ship lurches right, then lurches left. BAM! The red laser hits us. I get thrown off balance and I fall down onto the floor.”What's going on!” Miranda shouts.”I have no idea” Jefferik shouts back.

Our ship isn’t cooperating. We move forwards and shoot a laser. The cocoon groans and the hangar door opens. 2 ships the size of ours come out and start shooting at us.”Time for the pro to come in!”Jefferik brags and starts doing crazy swerves until my stomach feels upside down.

With one final blast Jefferik drives right into the small ship.

BAM!!! The enemy's ship gets smashed into pieces. “What just happened?” MIranda asked, clearly mad at Jefferik.

“Um, well I think we kamikazed” Jefferik mumbled. “How about we infiltrate enemy ships?” I ask as I start getting into a space suit. “I will go too,” Snow volunteers. As we near the enemy ship Snow and I jump onto the enemy ship. CLUNK! Our metal boots hit the surface.”Let's find an entrance” I say, and I slowly climb around the ship.”I'm in” Snow shouts from somewhere on the other side. I look for an entrance even more desperately now. As soon as I find the entrance I roll in and pull a strange looking tube out of a drakians head. The drakian looks surprised and hits me but snow hits him with a bat first. We take out the rest of the drakians and I look at the ship. Hmmmm I think I know

how to control this ship. I plug the tube into my head and I fly into another pod and crash. I get hit by some debris and get badly injured. The second I crash I black out.

The ships are ready at battle positions and the fight was on we shot at the cocoon but missed and got hit by that giant laser.I went down to repair the ship and overheard that security are going to infiltrate the drakarian ship.I was repairing the ship so i didn't know what really was going on.Miranda was with us and after she went up to the control center i heard her say don’t shoot at the ship if the captain is in there you could kill him.The she commanded us to go protect the escape pods from the pillar of autumn.Gideon is pretty good and i like him if they give gideon back then i will keep him.

We’re going to fight. Nevermind, we just started fighting. We expertly maneuver the ship to stay out of it’s way and to fire once. But, it also fired, and just grazed us. It was a streamlined lazer, and we’ve never seen it before. Looks like the Drakarian are up to no good. But my friends, Jayden and Snow, infiltrated 1 of the 2 pods that the Drakarians deployed. We destroyed it, with Snow and Jayden safe. Then, the Pillar of Autumn had escape pods out. We did pretty well, and I would want to thank them physically, but I can only thank them virtually for now.

And, there’s this Gideon guy. Ok. I don’t know what to do with him; maybe make me or one of the other security guards throw him off the ship? Maybe that would be a good idea. Until he brings a crazy alien gun we didn’t know about and he’s secretly a Drakarian. And the earlier class are also Drakarian terrorists!

Battle with the Cocoon When The Pillar Of Autumn was destroyed, we armed for battle. We were attacking regularly but then the Cocoon was sending out reinforcements. Some of our troops hijacked one of the enemies reinforcements. But the ship the troops were in exploded. Alex was also very adventurous, so he also wanted to hijack a ship. He asked if he could hijack the main ship and he didn’t believe them when they said yes. He was going with another troop, bet they were quickly stranded in space. Then the remaining people of the Pillar of Autumn got into escape pods, then they retreated

The battle was extremely intense. There was a lot going on, it was incredibly overwhelming. The enemy’s ship,the Cocoon, had fired at us at first. The entire crew panicked.Despite all the chaos, my fellow crew members have decided that repairing the ship would be our best option.Hearing this, I quickly went to check out the damage that had been done, the other two engineers behind my back. When we arrived, we were relieved to see that much damage has not been done. Almost immediately, I grabbed the repair kit, which happened to be nearby.

Once the repair was done, we quickly went back up, surprised to see that we happened to have missed quite an amount of chaos that had happened. We joined the rest of the crew, who were all gathered around each other, thinking about the next move. Me and the other two engineers were about to join in when they suddenly dispersed to their assigned places. It was only then when they seemed to have noticed us. I didn’t ask any questions, as I knew every misstep would be critical. When the rest of the crew had set their plan into motion, only then have I realised what they were planning to do. I braced myself, as I knew the impact would be strong.

I remember being scared during that moment. The ship seemed to have been moving too slow.

As I stood there, bracing myself, I could hear the explosion as our spacecraft had crashed into the enemy’s. Surprisingly, no sound protruded. After a few moments, I opened my eyes, and soon realised the Karma didn’t take it well. The crew, once recovered by the shock, went immediately back to work. Once again, they had sent us to repair the damage. The rest was a blur, but I do remember that we had sent a few of our crew members in order to hijack one of their spacecrafts. They,fortunately, succeeded well and the battle continued.

CHAPTER FOUR Fool's End

We are just fleeing from the planet that we just landed on and I am frantically writing down everything in a panic of forgetting something so here it is. We first landed on the planet and was greeted by a strange fellow who went by the name of Algard he seemed very shady.

We needed supplies though so we quickly moved along. We split up to gather Gleebos and I tried to pickpocket. I was denied and got smushed against a wall cutting out my circulation for a few seconds. We bet a ton of our money on fighting and betting but in the end, we came out at the top. We bought our parts and was about to leave when we were stopped by a giant beast that loomed over us. We made a break for it and got to our ship just in time. Yet again that’s where I have to leave off. I have to help the other engineers with their business so until next time diary.

We had just crashed into an asteroid. The asteroid had millions of little pockets of iron. Us scientists and engineers were studying how to create a slipspace drive to transport us back to earth while the rest of the crew was sitting outside. After a while, we heard something on the makeshift radio that one of the crewmates had made. It sounded like two voices complaining and arguing. A few minutes later, I noticed a figure in the misty fog. It was an Alien! I noticed he was the shortest turian I had ever seen. He introduced himself as being Algar the Amazing and led us to the Fool’s Den which was a shop and bar. There were many notable figures in the Den, so many that I had forgotten a few. Miranda decided to make us do some jobs to earn some Cheebo, the currency of this shop. I decided to work in the kitchen because I thought it was a good idea. The chef was very tough and strict but my amazing cooking was enough to make his eyes water. I had earned 1000 gleebo because of my amazing work but that was still not enough money to fix the ship. I couldn’t believe that while we were all working our hands off, Jefferick was dancing! After we earned enough money for the ship, some turians started shooting at us. We started to run towards the exit with the SS. Falcon. We barely escaped when the turians burst out of the shop and started chasing after us. We needed to get to the ship where we would be able to go to a dock to get our ship repaired by someone named Roman.

Fool’s End Gracie Sun

In fool’s end, we met different characters. In order to leave fool’s end, we have to fix our ship and complete the mission we just fought a bunch of Drakarians from last class. We figured out that we need money or such as cheebos in order to fix the ship and get us out of here but, we don’t have any, that means we’ll have to work, ask, and, or fight and win the cheebos. Different people on our ship had different decisions. 34% of us were pocket poking and 26% were asking nicely including myself, and 18% were working in the kitchen, and 22% were fighting people for cheebos. After that, we got more money than we needed to, so we decided that we should gather more money and buy more things that we want, so apparently Snow, who was a security human said, that he wants a new sword.

Fools end Jayden Lin

BAM!!! We crash into a mysterious planet and our ship gets damaged.”What landing was that” I shout, as Jefferick pulls our ship into a landing position.”whoops!”

He says as he puts the ship into parking mode. As we get off the ship we see a strange looking creature. It looked like a turian except it was as tiny as a human. He hides behind a tree and takes out a radio. Our engineers hear him with the radio and hack into the system. “Ksh Ksh there are people on the island!” the weird turian says. “Get them away from here” another voice says.”ok” the turian quietly says and puts away his radio transmitter. “Hi everyone, welcome to the kingdom of Algar the great!

Where I am the king of this ummm… Kingdom!!” Algar shouts. I look behind him and I see a swirl of dust. “Um…. where exactly is the kingdom?” I ask, “and more importantly who were you talking to on the radio?”captain Miranda snipes.”No one” Algar says quickly, a little too quick. “We need help to get a slip drive,” Miranda says.

“Algars kingdom is the best place to get it” Algar whispers “Let me talk with my allies.”. Soon algar comes back without knowing we listened to the entire conversation and says come with me. We follow him on a walk and we soon reach a pub-like building. “You need to make some money,” Algar tells us. I quickly run off and pick pocket a

bunch of people. Is this enough, I ask as I show them the money I got and we combine it with the other money. We go gamble all our money and we win. We soon get a slip drive but a gun fight starts and we run away.

we accompanied the escape pod and crashed into an asteroid looking planet our communications expert got the radio going and overheard someone speaking from the radio apparently his name was algar the amazing(very cringy)and he took us the fools end.At fools end we were able to get the hyperdrive but we need to get money and the money at fools end is cheebos.I worked in the kitchen and was making a salad but it caught fire and was kicked out.But my colleagues got enough money so we got the drive.

Our first contact with Algar the Amazing was really weird, because we were in the middle of nowhere, he said he was the king but he lost all his money gambling, and he was acting really suspicious. We needed money for the flip drive, so I decided to fight the punch pit. But first, my friends got money for me and bet 1000 cheebos that I would win, and I won, but I suffered a broken finger and a sprained ankle. It hurt for a bit, but now I’m okay. Then, Miranda had a weird encounter with a long lost Turian, and he was the one who revealed to us that Algar had debts. After, one of my shipmates gambled with a shady man, and we bet all, then half our money. We had an advantage because she was really smart. Anyways, we got enough money, and we also saw our friends from the other ship. I felt good, especially after beating that man and earning money from the punch pit. I also wanted revenge on Karnak the Unkillable for breaking one of my shipmate’s fingers.

When Shannon woke up from fainting some time ago, she had to go inside a ship. She wasn’t told everything about the ship, since they didn’t want to have her faint again. They needed supplies, but they were expensive from Shannon’s calculations. She was going to just use her billions and billions of dollars, but found out that this planet used another kind of money. She decided to ask nicely. She didn't want to get hurt, but she did. She probably should have done a pickpocket. She had done a little bit of stealth 101. She was able to steal the gem Eye of Vishnu, and gave it the V.I.L.E a.k.a Villain’s International League. But when she failed a mission, her memory of that was gone,( her memory of villainy was zapped away by one of the faculty ). Okay back to the other story. Shannon was brought to the medical again, Shannon was very unhappy. But it had to be done.

The items we needed to buy were much too expensive and the crew members of the Karma didn’t have that type of money. When I found out about this, I got quite discouraged. At that moment, I realized earning cheebos wouldn’t be as easy as I thought. Some of my fellow crew members of the Karma decided that we all gathered around to come up with some ideas.

Despite being discouraged, I joined in quickly, and after a few minutes, we had all come up with some ideas. Everybody’s faces would light up whenever they had something to share with the team, some more than others. I really felt like everybody was bonding over that moment, even if it was quite noisy. Once we had finished brainstorming, we started deciding who would do what. We based our decisions on our strengths and weaknesses and we had soon finished after some time. Knowing what to do, everybody parted their ways. I, on the other hand, had stayed back, since I would only become active once everybody has done their part.With me, I also had two of the toughest crew members by my side. They had also chosen to gamble, but in the fight pit. While I waited for everyone to finish, I decided to watch the guys prepare for the battle. It was entertaining to watch, and whenever I would hardly get bored from it, I would just decide to watch some of our pickpockets in action. When all the crew members came back, we started to put our gambling plan to action. We first decided to see how much we would bet at the beginning. Since we couldn’t properly decide on a sum of money, we thought it would be better if we did a vote. While others tried to talk some of us into voting on their side, they mostly didn’t quite succeed. The vote was done, and we decided to bet on half for the first gamble. It passed by in a blur, and soon afterwards it was time for the second member to fight. We had won both gambles, but both fighters took in some damage. It was soon my turn to do some gambling.The crew decided to bet all, and I slowly walked up to the shady man. He looked like he hadn’t showered in weeks, and he had a long beard coming down from his chin that almost could've been long enough to serve him as a scarf. I was nervous, but kept a poker face when I approached him. He chuckled when I challenged him, which aggravated me slightly. I settled down on the old, dusty table, distracted by the lingering smell of rotten soup. The bet had started, and I was doing quite well. At the end, I had won. I gave a little smirk to the man, in which I could tell had annoyed him. My teammates cheered for me, and we were happy with the amount of cheebos we had earned in total. Unfortunately, we realized we still didn’t have enough. I was discouraged once again. At that exact moment , the shady man came up to me, and had bet me with a higher price than I could ever imagine. He said that if I gave in all that I got and that if I would win, he would quadruple the amount of cheebos. I was in a state of shock.

We needed that money, but it was extremely risky. In the end, we decided to bet with the shady man with all we got.The man had made the wrong choice though, since I had succeeded in winning, and I was extremely happy.

We were following the escape pods for a while. That is, until we crashed into a large, solid object. Both The Karma and the SS Space Socket received quite some damage. We piled off our ships and looked around. The place we were in kind of looked like some sort of planet.

After a while, our communication person received some sort of signal from her radio. At first, there was a static sound. Then, after some tuning, we could perceive a voice. “Well, how was I supposed to know what it was? More importantly, why do I need to go and check it out?

‘Algar, do this. Algar, do that!’ Why do I need to do everything around here? Haven’t I already done enough? Okay, okay… I’m going! Ow! I SAID I’M GOING!” came a squeaky and high-pitched, fragile voice. We then looked up and saw a dark figure walking towards us speaking into a radio, “How would I know where they are? They could be any- Ohhh, they are right in front of me… Pardon? Oh… yeah, yeah. Okay.” came the same squeaky, fragile voice again. He then started to greet us, “Greetiiiiings my fellow aliens… Oh, and humans. Welcooooome to the kiiiiingdom of Algaaar the Amaziiiiiing! I am THE Algar the Amazing.

How do yoooooooooooou do?” Strangely, his voice was deep this time. It wasn’t high-pitched and squeaky anymore. “Who are ​you​?” someone asked. “I am King Algar the Amazing, and I humbly welcome you to my kingdom!” this time, Algar returned to his high, squeaky voice again. ​I’m starting to think that “Algar the Amazing” are the only words part of his vocabulary… ​I thought to myself. Then, we continued to bombard Algar with questions. After a while, Algar said, “SILENCE! How dare you question the one and only Algar the Amazing?! Here, my word is law and I am not getting very fond of you… travelers! You must all return to your ships and leave immediately or else my army will execute all of you!” But, after some thinking, one of our scientists found out that Algar does not have an army.

After knowing the fact that we would not be executed, everyone relaxed a bit and observed Algar more. We were indeed a bit confused regarding which species he was. Eventually, we were able to piece together that he is a Turian. But, one thing that made Algar different, was that he was a tiny, tiny Turian. He was only around four foot eight.

Turians are known to be strong and they stand to be around 7 feet tall.

He was the ​smallest ​Turian I have ever seen! Algar was wearing a long, blue robe that seemed to be made out of silk. It looked very expensive but it seemed that they were very old too.

Of course, we were curious people and we, again, asked some questions (this time, without the fear of being executed). “Who were you talking to on the radio?” I asked him. “What radio? Who told you that? That’s false… uh, information!” came Algar’s reply. Then, nonchalantly, Algar spoke into his radio and whispered, “They know too much! Too much I say, too much!” he then turned to us and said, “One moment please…” Algar turned and walked away. Even though he walked away, everyone continued to watch him. I was curious so I subtly scooted myself next to our communication person. She has her radio (which was somehow connected to Algar's), so we could still hear everything he said. Algar whispered very softly, “Yeah… I don’t know what they are doing here. Although, some of them don’t look very smart…” Our securities scowled at that statement. “WHO DO YOU THINK IS DUMB?!” One of them yelled at Algar. He gasped and said, “N-no one! I’m sure you are a-a-all quite clever. Now if you’ll excuse me one more time…” Algar said one last “they can surely read my mind,” into his radio and walked back to us.

We decided that it would be safer if we didn’t tell Algar how we got here. So instead, we just said that we were looking for materials to build a slip drive. “Oooh… Businessmen and women I see. You came to the right place. Algar loves business. Follow me please!” said Algar. We

gave Miranda some questioning looks. She gave us a reassuring gesture and we followed after Algar.

After a while of walking, we saw a large, neon sign that was labeled, “​FOOL’S END​.” It was glowing red. In addition, in small letters underneath, it said, “​Where misfits and misadventurers can find everything and anything at the end of the universe.” ​It wasn’t too welcoming but I didn’t expect a place called “FOOL’S END” to be a nice, warm place anyways. “Well, what are you waiting for? Step in!”

Algar exclaimed excitedly. He took a step inside and then one of the security guys reluctantly followed his lead and took a step after Algar.

Once we were in, you could see that the place was large and dimly lit. It looked like it was intentional. You could only make out the shadows of people in there. I wouldn’t say that it was spooky but, I can sure say that FOOL’S END did not fail to make me uncomfortable. We started walking. We passed a band that was playing the most unsynchronised, horrible “music.” It was nothing but screeching noises. To make matters worse, the “music” was loud. Then, we passed what looked like a kitchen. There was a man (probably the head chef) ​screaming ​at people. What surprised me the most was that he was an Asari. We’re supposed to be calm… I guess there are exceptions. As we turned right, something brought my eyes upwards. There was the exact same chittering noise that we heard back in the cocoon… and the clattering sound of six large legs. Everyone looked up and saw this large, no, GIGANTIC Drakarian staring at us.

I could tell that everyone was startled but, we kept our posture and just stared back into the Drakarian’s red, glowing eyes. One odd thing was that the Drakarian seemed to be wearing a suit. There were shiny, gold buttons at the front and he wore a monocle over one of his eyes.

Then, the phrase “​Freshhhhhhhhh meattttttttt” ​repeated itself throughout my head. Creepy. The Drakarian clattered his legs and walked past us. Everyone turned to Algar with scared looks. “Oh, man!

Fools’ End

Gets me everytime! That’s Gleebo. Don’t mind him! He’s actually a good guy. That is, unless you owe him money. Don’t borrow money from Gleebo and you’ll be fine.” Algar assured us. Algar then led us through this bar where it was filled with mostly Asaris and Turians. Suddenly, a loud and deep, booming voice yelled a “HAHAHA! Nice try.” His voice scared my guts out. H ​ aven’t I already been scared enough today?! I ​ thought to myself. I sighed and continued walking. Once I walked past the man that scared me, I got a chance to see what he looked like. The man was a human and had a dark hood that covered most of his face. I could only make out a bit of his mouth. He also had a cigar. I observed a bit longer and saw that he was also playing poker. “Ah, shuffle up and deal!” the man sounded menacing. He was doing incredibly well at the poker game. Then, from a distance, I could hear some shouting and some… punching. I was confused because I couldn’t see anyone fighting.

But I swore that I could hear some punching and shouting. Everyone started to walk again which meant that I couldn’t wonder about where the conflict was. We walked for another few minutes… Before anyone fell, someone saw a large, 10 foot pit right before our feet. I looked down and finally realized where all the fighting noises came from.

There was this massive creature that turned around and raised itself up and, in a blink of an eye, was eye level with everyone. “I have never seen a creature like this before!” Miranda gasped out loud. The creature was mostly covered in scales except for a ridge of blue fur that starts from his head and ends in his back region. If I was not clear enough before, this creature was M ​ ASSIVE. T ​ hen, he smiled at us. You could see so many sharp, yellow teeth that were in this creature’s mouth. The creature also had a loud, deep voice. “Oh, more meals for the pit, eh? Heh, heh, heh.” I gulped at that sentence. As we all piled around the perimeter of the pit, I saw two Turians throwing punches at each other. ​Well, my question is answered. I ​ silently thought to myself. I was transfixed on the fight until Algar said, “I see that you have found Karnak the Unkillable. Now, follow me everyone.

Fools’ End

Follow me.” Everyone turned away from the pit and started to proceed to wherever we were going. This time, we navigated through a populated area. I’ve lost Algar a few times but, besides that, no struggles appeared. Suddenly, Miranda called us in. She said, “Alright.

We cannot keep on following this tiny man. I do not trust Algar. We need a plan. What is our next move?” She scanned everyone. “Uh… We need to find materials to fix our spaceship?” someone said. “Okay. Do our scientists know what materials we need?” Miranda asked us. In reply, we nodded. After consulting with everyone and sharing ideas, we realized that our first step is to earn some money. During our little ‘adventure’ in FOOL’S END, we found out that the currency here is called ‘cheebos.’ “We n ​ eed ​to earn some cheebos!"

There were a couple choices regarding how to earn some cheebos. We could sing, pick-pocket, ask nicely, work in the kitchen, gamble with the shady man, borrow money from Gleebo, or go in the fighting pit (when you win, you earn the amount of money the people betted on you). I chose pick-pocket because I thought that I could outsmart most of the people here. If that didn’t go well, I could use my tentacles and distract the people and, when they least expect it, I would take their money. This is a very uncivilized way to ‘earn’ money but, the other choices didn’t fit me. So, I put my plan into action. I went and scanned for some vulnerable-looking people. I couldn’t find anyone right so I went to a little bucket labeled “Tips” instead and tried to steal some money. I tried to pretend that I was putting in money but, I was actually just taking out a handful of cheebos. Then, I scurried to a quiet place and counted the cheebos. “100… 200… 350… 400… 500!” I managed to get 500 hundred cheebos. I quickly went back to Miranda and told her I got some cheebos. “Terrific!” was her reply.

After everyone was done collecting--or stealing--money, we went outside. Everyone gasped when they saw Algar being yanked and chased by a Turian. We ran up to him and asked why he was even in this

situation. A ​ lgar didn’t seem to be a problematic guy! I ​ thought. “Algar made some b ​ ad d ​ eals with Gleebo. Baaaad deals. He owes 20,000 cheebos to Gleebo and lost all of it!” was the Turian’s reply. “Should we help this poor Algar guy? We have 48,000 cheebos…” someone asked.

After discussing how much cheebos we would have after buying our materials and having some disputes, we decided that we would not help Algar. Things did not end well after, though. For some reason, we were being chased by security guys that probably worked for Gleebo “TIME TO GO!” Miranda said. We started to run and run and run. In a blink of an eye, there were gunshots and a lot of commotion. Algar suddenly grabbed Miranda by her jacket and whispered a “this way” into her ears. We followed Algar again and he led us to a back door. We closed the door and I saw that there was a small window. I looked out and saw that our spaceship--our only mode of transportation and our only escape place--was nowhere near us. There was no cover, nor protection from where we were to our spaceship, and in between all of this, were an angry pack of Turians that were mad at us... with firearms. For the second time since our secret mission, we found ourselves once again, being chased and tracked down by angry people...

Fools End (I forgot the first part) Our space team needed to collect cheebos to repair our ship.

We had a choice of what we wanted to do in order to get these cheebos, first we asked nicely and we actually earned quite a lot of cheebos.

Next we pick-pocketed, i didn’t really think that was nice but i did it anyways. (Just so we could get enough cheebos) Then i think some people did something like gambling or something like that. In the end we earned a lot of cheebos!

Fool's End The escape pods they were in didn’t last very long and they had to crash land on a Planes known as Fool’s End. There, they met with Algar the Amazing and he told them that if they wanted the parts, they’d have to play for them. When Alex told him that they didn’t have money, then he said that they’d have to earn the money. The other troops decided that they would each split up and find a way to make/steal money. Some people went to pick pocket, and some wanted to cook. Alex chose a very unpopular coice and he went to the punch pit for gambling. He bet 500 cheepos

CHAPTER FIVE The Hunt on Roman's dock

We were running from the Drakarian army when we boarded our ship. I took a few shots at the Drakarian and they hit. We were in a panic and one of our security and a crewmate from our sister ship was severely injured but we made it to the ship. We drifted into the air and soon we would land at a station where we repaired our ship. We repaired our ship, did research and even had dinner. The food tasted weird but it wasn’t that bad. Then we rumours spread that Roman, the owner, was Drakarian. As we all figured this out Roman lept at one of our crewmates but failed to do anything. He then ran the other direction into a corridor. After a bit of searching, we tracked him down. He was in a closet and as we opened the closet there were two people. They both looked the same. We decided to take a blood test Drakarian blood was a different colour than human blood. I was chosen to do it. My tube flashed a colour. It was red. I whipped my head towards the other figure as it swung and smacked my companion in the face.

We piled on the fraud and put him in chains. We needed answers so we took him with us. Now we just have to ask the right ones.

After putting a cast on Shannon’s hand, another asari came over. His name was Roman.

He was apparently Miranda’s cousin. Shannon thought it was just another family reunion, Mianda didn’t recognize him. That made Shannon suspicious about Roman.

Asaris had excellent memory. It was very unlikely for an asri to forget,even a long lost, family member. But not everyone was suspicious, they thought i was nice to have another asari to help them. So, Shannon decided to be cautious around Roman. She also decided to plant a tiny security camera on his elbow while he was sleeping . Shannon didn’t get caught doing this because, like I said, she used to work for a secret criminal mastermind, even though her memory of that was wiped after failing a mission.

Although her memory of that was again indeed wiped, it felt familiar of doing so.

Anyway, nobody was scared of ANYONE sneaking into their room, because the room was locked inside and out and only the catine had the keys, (that's why his name is Captain Keys). But one time Shannon was doing an experiment with her fellow friends, and needed a towel to wipe the mess, she tumbled onto a secret wooden ledge. Shannon decided to check it out after when everyone was sleeping. The ledge opened up to a secret passage. It leads to the security guards room, which is only locked from the outside. The passage was built so the security guards could help the others if they were under attack. It wasn’t locked because the security guards were the only line of defence upon intruders. Shannon opened the door of the security guards and sneaked to Roman’s room. She planted the camera and ran back to her room, pretended to be sleeping, then got up before the others. The next morning they were supposed to dine with Roman, so she put on one of her fancy dresses. But since Captain Keys was captured, the security guards had to do it instead. Somehow when Roman went into the kitchen to cook, the camera on his shoulder stopped until he got out. This made Shannon even more suspicious, she decided to not eat the food. It was right of her, because with everyone else who drank or ate the food, felt very queasy. One of them even fell over! Shannon decided not to trust Roman anymore.

The Turians hadn’t given up the chase yet. We were all running at top speed towards the ship.

Some of us tried to heal as we were running but failed to do so. We escaped with minimal damage and headed towards the medic area. The ship headed towards Roman’s dock while I healed all the people who were injured. All the security members partied and went inside the recreation room. We scientists tried to learn the instructions and tell it to the communications.

They would then tell it to the engineers. When we finished Roman decided to serve us dinner.

He proposed a toast but none of us took it. After a while, Roman started heading towards one of the scientists. Algar the Amazing jumped into Roman right when he tried to attack the scientist. He failed miserably and was hit by Algar. The scientist told us that Roman was actually a Drakarian disguised as an Asari. He ran off further into the building while we trailed after him in groups. We all tracked Roman into the same room as each other. The rest of the experience was a blur but I remembered that we captured Roman and we were thinking about what to do with him.

The Hunt on Roman’s Dock Gracie Sun

We started off with trying to leave the Roman’s Dock because we were getting chased by Drakarians. Some of the people in Fools End were disguised as normal humans and that included Roman, who was a guy that helped us during Fools End. So we trusted him. Now back to us trying to escape. We were all pretty close to our ship, we had to roll 7 or more in order to get to the ship safely, and of course, most of us got there. But, Snow didn’t roll higher than 7 so he got shot and when Jayden was bout to roll he said that he wants to save Snow but, he also rolled lower than 7 so Snow lost more health and Jayden lost health too.

After a while we finally all got safely to the ship except for Snow, Jayden, and, Alina. Later, Snow finally healed, (he is always risking his life in this story) we were eating with roman and another I believe friend of ours and that friend was about to kill Roman and I stopped him. Later, Roman tried to kill that guy that we knew and Wenqi or Alina stopped him. That’s when we realized that Roman was a Drakarian but in disguise.

Ah….Yes. We were running from those nasty Turians. Brrr. Still gives me shivers. Anyways, Snow got the worst. Unconscious, bleeding everywhere, and broke 16 bones. But somehow, he could still talk and was really annoying to some people who were trying to heal. Anyway, we went to Roman’s dock and had dinner with him. We were wondering why he was so short when Algar came in, and told one of my shipmates: Roman is Drakarian. Aha! So that’s why he’s so suspicious! And, he had an item delivered to him? He must be really dangerous!

After that, that person jumped on the table and spread the news. Algar jumped on Roman with a knife, and managed to stab him. The blood was corrosive, which was also a trait of Drakarians! Then, there was a huge cloud of smoke. He had escaped. The hunt began with 4 groups split up. We went down a hallway, when someone grabbed Eric! But when we went to see who had, there were 2 Eric’s in the room! Strange , right! So, we got a needle and took a sample of the blood to see who was who. Once again, he punched Snow, and he fell unconscious. LOL! Now, I don’t know what to do since I’m pretty dumb.

BANG!!Another gun shot rang out from behind me and I leaped into the ship carrying snow on my back. I bring snow into the healing center as soon as I can and I see jefferick doing the same with gideon. GIDEON?GIDEON? Where did that come from? I soon learn that Gideon was carried on by Jefferick because he was knocked unconscious. As everybody gets settled in we each take a med kit and heal up. As we land near our fellow spaceship crew we learn that they have the material we need to build a slip drive. We walk into the huge warehouse and take a look around. Before i have a chance to talk about the structure a tall turian comes walking in and exclaims “Hi! Im roman welcome to my warehouse!� I will give you guys the parts you need for your slip drive for the money you have. Everybody was put to work except the security.

Instead we got refreshments! They were delicious and soon when our ship was fixed we went to have a giant feast with roman. As I eat I see Algar sneak up to roman.

Probably a surprise for him I think. But then he reaches into his robe and Gracie screams. Roman is a drakarian!

Algar stabs him and roman sets of a gas bomb and runs away. We search all over the halls and we all meet up in the same place somewhere in the halls. Eric leans up against a wall and his face is pale. Suddenly an arm grabs him and pulls him into the room. I run and open the door to

find 2 erics standing there. We stab both of them and the eric on the left bleeds green and yellow. We pounce on him but snow gets knocked unconscious by him.

The Hunt on Roman’s Dock Wenqi Sun ​In the little back door, everyone decided to run for it. When it was my

turn, I took a deep breath, muttered “what are you thinking, Louise?” to myself and ran as fast as I could. I didn’t even want to know what was happening behind me. All I heard were people shouting and the loud, blaring sounds of gunshots. A bullet barely missed my shoulder right when I got out but other than that, I was pretty lucky. I saw someone unconscious and people getting wounded. Without looking back, I made it into the spaceship. “Whew! Huff… huff… Wow, I never want to, huff… do that again!” I said to the person next to me. As I caught my breath, I looked around me and there were quite a few people wiping blood off their body.

Once everyone was in (including Algar), we prepared to leave this place.

Algar said excitedly, “Oh wow! This place is so shiny! Alright, I’m ready to leave. Where are the navigators?” ​The navigators were nowhere in sight!

That’s when Miranda told us that Jefferick and one of our security guys took Gideon--we decided to ‘adopt’ him for now--and the unconscious person into the medical room. We went through two people attempting to drive our spaceship until we finally took off. Once everyone was settled and The Karma was stable enough in the air, Miranda distributed emergency medical kits. Almost everyone was back in shape and didn’t suffer too much from wounds.

After a bit of driving and navigating, we finally landed somewhere I wasn’t familiar with. “Oh! Welcome my friends, welcome! Hello, Miranda!” came a gruff, deep voice. It was Roman. We’ve met him in Fool’s End. We’ve already told him about repairing our ship’s damage and about the materials we needed for it. He immediately got into action. “Engineers this way…

Scientists, come with me. We’ll pick out the materials you need for your ship… Communication specialist, go up those sets of stairs and make sure everything runs smoothly. Oh, silly me! I forgot the security guys. You may go to the refreshment center and relax.” Everyone scurried away to their assigned places and jobs.

The scientists and I followed Roman to the material place. At first, we had some struggles regarding which materials we actually needed for our ship but eventually, we figured most of it out. We collected all the materials we needed in a very successful manner. We passed our knowledge to our

communication person and asked her to tell the engineers that we were ready for them to assemble all of the materials. After all this communicating, we were assigned another task by Mirnanda. “The security guys want to build this giant weapon for when we go into the cocoon. Captain Keys is captured and we are more than certain that he’s with the Drakarians.” She gave us the important concepts of this gun and we went to work. We tried to find all the necessary materials needed for this firearm. The engineers built the gun and the finished product was awesome. The weapon looked really impressive. “You guys must be out of your mind hungry and tired! Let’s eat, eh?” Roman said to everyone. We all nodded and went to the large dining room in Roman’s building. Everyone settled in and prepared to eat.

The food looked delicious. There were so many different kinds of food; some of which I haven’t eaten before. More food kept on being brought out every so often. ​So much for my diet. I​ thought to myself. I was about to take a bite when the door to the dining room opened and Algar walked in.

I greeted him with a smile. His face only showed shock and he looked surprised. The tiny Turian scurried himself to our communication person.

Without any hesitation, I didn’t think anything more about Algar’s weird behaviour and took a bite of the delicious-looking food that was right in front of me. “Ahem. Ah, a toast to my friends!” Roman said with a smile on his face. There was a moment of silence and then, the security guys started to say a toast too. After a loud “CHEERS!”, everyone started to talk to each other. Algar sat next to me and he randomly whispered in my ear, “Roman is a… Drakarian.”

I let out a shocked gasp. Fortunately, everyone was busy talking, so no one heard me. I looked at Algar with a surprised look and only received a nod from him. I thought that I should warn everyone about this, but decided to do it quietly and subtly. I started with the security guy next to me. I whispered it a bit too loud and caught Roman’s attention. “Pardon?

What did you say?” I just sat there, staring straight at him. Right when I thought I was doomed, someone said “Wow! Isn’t the food great?” that brought Roman’s attention. He seemed to forget to ask me what I said. I sighed a sigh of relief and tried to warn the others about Roman again.

But this time, I blew it. Roman must’ve heard the word “Drakarian” and narrowed his eyes at me. He stood up from his seat and moved towards me. That’s when I knew that the only thing I could do was shout “Roman is a

Drakarian!!!” Our communication person realized that I was in trouble and tried to make a distraction. “I WANT TO PROPOSE A TOAST!” Fortunately, that caught Roman’s attention. But… Not for long. Roman slowed his advancement towards me but never stopped. Right when I thought that I was actually doomed this time, I was miraculously saved my Algar. He took out a tiny dagger (I was surprised to see it) and stabbed Roman right in his waist region. “AUGH!!!!” was the scream of Roman. Nevertheless, Roman still attempted to hit me and Algar but was in so much pain, missed. The room filled with smoke. Everyone was running, screaming, and the sound of the plates crashing into the floor was audible. “ROMAN... HUFF…. IS… A ...HUFF… HUFF… A DRAKARIAN! I DON’T KNOW WHY… HUFF… HE LOOKS LIKE THAT. HE MUST… BE… DISGUISED… HUFF… HUFF… OR SOMETHING.” Algar was panting and shouting this out to everyone. After Algar caught his breath, he continued to say, “I think Roman can shapeshift…” He spread this information to everyone and warned people about Roman.

Once everyone calmed down a bit, we started to look for Roman. Everyone split into different groups. Some people would be trying to track Roman down and the others would try to look for clues/do some research on Roman and the technology he has. The first clue was a trail of blueish-greenish, glowing blood. Everyone started there.

In our group, we found some really helpful and great clues. I was paired with a few scientists and we realized that all three of us had drawings of the ‘machine’ Roman had. It was the ‘machine’ that helped Roman shapeshift and look like an Asari. After observing the ‘machine,’ I figured that it probably will emit a lot of electromagnetic energy. So, I tuned my tracking device to look for electromagnetic signals and was not disappointed. There was indeed a strong signal. ​Yes! We started to begin the tracking process.

In the middle of our group’s tracking process, we were called to a place that I have not been to. There, I saw that the group that called everyone to them was looking a bit worried. “A hand grabbed one of our team mates!”

They pointed to a door. Gasps appeared in the little crowd of people. We quickly devised a plan. The team told us that Roman must’ve shapeshifted into a form that looked exactly like their team mate. Our plan was that we would make a minor cut on each person’s finger. We’ll examine the blood and the rest is pretty obvious. We got two people to do the little cuts on their fingers. One of the finger’s blood was glowing blue and green so we

thought that that was Roman. “Wow, I never want to do that again!” came a voice. We looked and thought that we got our actual teammate back. But, the person just slapped one of his best buddies. He knocked him unconscious. Once everyone realized what happened, the security guys jumped and piled themselves on top of the ‘attacker.’

Once everything was calm, the scientists took the ‘machine’ that helped Roman shapeshift. We then discovered something new about it, if you attach it to a person, they can immediately turn into whatever they want to. It’s the same deal with ships. Everyone decided to attach it to The Karma. After some fixing and trial and errors, we finally got to attach the ‘machine’ to our ship. The Karma now looked like a Drakarian ship. “Let’s go save the Captain!” was the last thing we said before taking off and heading towards the cocoon to save Captain Keys.

I escape the turians but got wounded.We went to Romans dock and got the materials we needed.I attached the hyperdrive to our ship and went to a feast.But i didn't eat anything because Roman seems weird.Agar suddenly tried to use a weapon to stab Roman but gracie stopped him.Then Roman overheard gracie talking about him beening drakarian (courtesy of algar)And went to attack gracie but algar stabbed him.He ran away and took eric.He transformed into eric to try to fool us but i came up with a idea to poke them with a needle and see what the blood looks like.We captured Roman and put the clocking device onto our ship then we took of.

The Hunt on Roman's Dock When the troops went to get the things they needed for the repairs, they ran into the owner of the shop: Roman. They chatted a bit and had lunch together. But then Roman just randomly charged at one of our teammates. But luckily, Algar was there and stabbed him. Our team quickly got out of there. I asked my teammate what happened, and she told me that Roman was Drakarian.

So that explains everything. But Alex was suddenly pulled in a closet. When his teammates opened the closet, there were two of him, and one of them was Roman. They didn’t know what to do. But, one of his teammates remembered that Drakarian blood was green and blue. So one of them poked Alex (the real one) and red blood oozed out of him. Alex asked what the heck were they doing but suddenly, Algar jumped at Roman and tried to stab him, but he missed. Now they know: If one Drakarian shape-shiftes, then the one with red blood is the real person.

I’m hiding from Miranda right now. She just tried to hit me but I dodged the punch and ran. I have to change my spot soon. I think she has Gideon and Jeffrick. She definitely has Algar though. Or had. She does way to much damage per hit we had no choice but to run. I’ll recap. We snuck into the cocoon disguised as an enemy ship and we infiltrated in. I had to stay aboard the ship to repair it. While they snuck in I used radio and helped communicate. Gideon, Jeffrck, Algar, Captain Reynolds, another Engineer and I all stayed. We helped decode the message and free the prisoners. The crew there were celebrating until they screamed into the mic. Miranda is here and it short-circuited leaving me and my fellow engineer puzzled. That’s when Miranda burst into the room and aimed a punch at me and missed. I ran for it. I needed time to think. I ran into a supply closet locking myself in. I didn’t know what to do and here I am.

Wait a minute. I just realized. If they said Miranda was in the Drakarian ship, that means that the one here is an imposter. Oh no. This was going to be a long night diary.

Shannon knew it! Roman was fake! He tried to poison us! She from now on, would NEVER trust anyone again. But the next morning, they were informed that they would have to go back into the cocoon. Shannon hated going into the cocoon so she was going armed, well since she wasn't a security guard, she only brought a dagger. Shannon decided she would go second last so if the people in the front got hurt, she could run out after Eric. If something attacked behind, Eric would get hurt first, even so, unfortunately, when something started attacking one of the security guards,Shannon had seen it move so she had started running. But why is that unfortunate? Because when Shannon started running, a hand grabbed her and started to shred her. It was Captain Keys!

Since Shannon was dressed as a Drakarian, he had started to shred her. She was badly hurt and losing A LOT of blood. luckly, her crew members saw this and started shouting in English to Captain Keys telling him that it was Shannon, not Drakarian. He believed them and stopped. It was only a matter of time Shannon was still awake before she fainted. But before she had fainted from being so miserable and hurt from being shredded , she saw the REAL Miranda, tied up! Miranda quickly explained what happened, then, Shannon fainted. The next thing she knew, she was in the medical room with a bunch of doctors and nurses trying to help Shannon any way they could before,(worst case scenario, it’s very unlikely), Shannon dies from blood loss. Since the doctors and nurses had to do more surgery, Shannon didn't and wasn't able to do, or even know what was happening, including cracking the puzzle.

After we stopped Roman, the security utilized his transforming technology to disguise us and the ship. We were all disguising ourselves as drakarians with our new technology. Everyone except for a few people ran off board the Cocoon. We were greeted by a horde of Drakarians who were relaxing in the hangar bay. While we were walking along the corridor one of our scientists got kidnapped. The kidnapper ran into a room with our scientist. When we reached the room, a large drakarian hand reached out towards us but instead of a drakarian holding our scientist, it was a human. We all recognized it immediately, it was Captain Keyes! We quickly explained to him what had happened and he explained that his crew had been all captured. He led us to a locked door that we opened after a few minutes of guesswork. Inside was Miranda.

We all were extremely shocked and she told us that the Miranda that was on the ship was a transformed drakarian version of her. We all panicked because some of our crew was on the ship. We all started sprinting out to the ship to stop the imposter Miranda.

This, I believe that it is Drakarianese. This is a puzzle that we figured out. We tried thinking of different letters to complete the password and username. After a while, we finally figure it out. And at nearly the end of class, we figure out that the real Miranda was actually captured by the drakarians and we’ve been having a disguise Miranda ever since that time when we were fighting the ship, which was when we lost Captain Keys.

As our ship neared the cocoon we heard a signal transmitting the word “password, password” very softly.

“What could the password be?” I wondered. I ask Algar and he says it might be Gleebo. We try Gleebo and the shield slowly unravels. Jefferik and Gideon spread in and slowly landed in the hangar. We talk about plans on board and our plan ends up being: Snow and I pretend to be prisoners and we walk off the ship and we find Captain Keyes and Miranda in the prison. As we get off the ship the drakarians don’t look impressed. As we walk Gracie suddenly turns and punches Snow in the face. I turn to Jeffrey and he punches me in the stomach. As they hand us over to the drakarians the drakarians pull us into the prison and cover our faces. They throw us into a dusty prison and take our head covers off. I blink a few times and look around, getting used to the light. Then, I see a familiar face. “Miranda?” I ask as I take a closer look.

“Yes, obviously, who else could it be?” Miranda asked, clearly frustrated. “I don’t believe it!” I exclaim. “You might not be real” Snow says suspiciously “let's take a blood test”. I take out a knife and Miranda asks “what exactly is a blood test?”. Snow and I carefully explain what it is leaving out all the details we can just in case Miranda was a Drakarian. After we explain Miranda sticks out her arm and I make a small cut. The blood ends up being a perfect

red blood. Miranda tells her side of the story and we tell ours. As Miranda finishes, a drakarian says something and drags us into another cell. I wait and soon fall asleep only to be woken up in a few moments by what sounds like our crew mates.

We arrived at the drakarian ship and tried to enter but they demanded a password.We went with glebo and it worked.We arrived in the ship and i devised a plan that snow and jayden act like prisoners and find the captain.But as we were handing the prisoners over they didn’t seem suspicious enough so we had to punch them to make it more convincing.On our way through the ship we got attacked by Captain key who was surprisingly alive.We went to the prisoners hanger and we found a passcode board on the wall.After a long time we figured out the passcode and inside we found Miranda.She explained that the miranda on the ship is fake and that she is the real miranda.We used needles and we confirmed that she is the real Miranda.

(WARNING : I DON’T REMEMBER EVERYTHING) We are in the Drakarian ship and we found Captain Keys, Captain Keys lead us to a room where we have to enter a password and a username. (I only remember the password lol) The password is password, I know it's crazy. When we figured out the the password and username the door opened and we went into this dungeon looking thing.

We started rescuing the people and at the really back of the dungeon we found‌ MIRANDA! We found out that the whole entire time the Miranda that we were listening to and the one who was driving our ship!

Πθζζλεσ ανδ Σεψρετσ As we were flying towards the cocoon disguised as a Drakarian ship, we received a signal. S ​ hip-loo. Ship-loo. Ship-loo. ​Two of my teammates and I recognized this signal, well, this telepathic signal. It was coming into the ship. The cocoon was asking for a password. “What is this signal?” demanded Miranda. We patiently explained to everyone in our crew, “This is a telepathic signal that is basically asking for a password. When we went to alien ships or other space stations, they would demand for some type of passcode. If you don’t give them the password, they will lock their weapons on you. If you do give them the correct password, they will let you in.” I could tell from their faces that they never heard or paid attention to these types of signals. ​Password. Password. Password. E ​ veryone was getting tired of listening to the repetitive signal so we started to wonder what the password was.

“Cheese? No… Ooh! Bacon! It’s bacon!” Jefferick’s password suggestions were all food. We all knew that his suggestions were probably wrong. We weren’t having any luck regarding finding a somewhat decent password suggestion. “Hey, maybe Algar could help!” We found Algar. “Oh, um….

Password suggestions? Okay, okay… Uh, password, password, password, password, password, passw- Oh! Let’s try… ‘Gleebo.’ Wait! ‘Gleebo…’ Yes let’s try ‘Gleebo.’” Everyone agreed on that suggestion so we went with “Gleebo.”

Our communication specialist found a way to transmit our suggestion to the Drakarians. She said “Gleebo” confidently. The other end only said, “Gleebo… Gleebo.... Gleebo…” There was a long pause. “Shiber gloo ba? Gen minoo shiber.” Finally, the force field that was surrounding the Drakarian territory opened slowly. ​We got in! ​Jefferick and Gideon successfully maneuvered our ship into the hangar bay. You could see the door of the cocoon open up and the goo splattered everywhere. We saw multiple Drakarian attack crafts, plenty of Drakarian soldiers and pilots drinking these odd beverages (there was one Drakraian who bit off the head of a live frog, ​yuck), ​and many other not-so-good views. A few moments later, it was time for us to put our plan into action. Well, we didn’t have one yet but that time will come. The machine that disguised The Karma into a Drakarian ship could also disguise many people as Drakrians too. But, there was a limit: We could only go so far away from our ship until our disguise would disappear. After a bit of discussing, we decided that most

of the crew will go inside the cocoon. Only Jefferick, Gideon, Miranda, and 2 engineers will stay on the ship. Everyone piled off The Karma and our rescue mission began…

We walked in a single file line into the hallway of the cocoon. By this time, we figured out ​half ​of our plan: We’ll bring two of our security guys (they aren’t disguised as Drakarians) to the prison and let them try to find Captain Keys and the other crew members. As for the other half of our plan, we were going to “figure something out when we get there.”

Everything after that was pretty uneventful but, there were some bad things that did happen. We were all lost. We wouldn’t even know if we were walking around in circles! But, we continued to navigate the cocoon. A moment later, everyone heard this banging noise. It sounded like someone was being hit or something. We turned around and saw that our security, who was the last person in our line, was bleeding profusely. A moment later, he was being dragged into a dark corner. Everyone quickly scurried there. Our flashlights were on and we started to observe the place. We found not only our security guy wounded, but we also saw that one of the scientists was hurt too. Right beside the scientist’s face was a large, glowing green Drakarian claw directly in her face. As we turned our flashlights to the right, we noticed that the Drakarian claw was not attached to a Drakarian. Instead, there were two human hands holding them. As we looked up, we alI saw the unmistakable face of Captain James Keys…

Gasps rose out of our group. I was about to greet him but then I realized that I was also in a Drakarian disguise and I did not want to get hurt. We tried to let Captain Keys know that we weren’t actual Drakarians but he did have some doubts. Finally, he took a deep sigh, lowered the Drakarian arm, and asked us, “Who wants to tell me what’s going on here?” We gave him a brief description of our little adventure and all the people and… things w ​ e met. Fortunately, Captain Keys seemed to somewhat believe us.

Once he walked up to us and there was more light on his face, I could see that he looked a bit rough and looked like he hadn't slept for days.

Captain Keys then told us what happened after his ship got pulled back towards the cocoon.

Captain Keys and his crew were attempting to fight off the Drakarians when an explosion happened right over their heads. After the massive

explosion, Captain Keys and some other members of his crew were able to get away. For the last couple of days, Captain Keys was able to use the Drakarian arm to access various doors in the facility. With all the exploring of the cocoon, Captain Keys has some decent knowledge of this place. He then led us down this corridor. Everyone was quiet and tried not to attract any sort of attention. After a few minutes of walking, we stopped and Captain Keys brought us to this door. “From what I can tell, our crew is on the other side... “ came Captain Keys. We got excited. “But, we need a way to get in. I haven’t had any luck with that.” We got dull again. There was a green, sticky rectangle next to the door but, when we squeezed it, nothing happened. ​I got my hopes up again… B ​ ut, we did find something: When Captain Keys used the Drakarian arm to touch a specific place, a pad of odd symbols came out. “I have already deciphered a bit of the Drakarian alphabet,” Captain Keys said. “All we need to do is figure out the password, the username, and then we could probably get to the other side of this door.” We looked at each other and everyone quickly got to work. For the next 20 minutes, everyone helped decipher the Drakarian alphabet. Finally, we got the password and the username. *Password = Password; Username = Administrator* Once we figured it out, I had a small celebration in my head. ​YA-HOO! MHM, MHM, MHM! BOOYAH! ​Then, the large door opened and there, we did indeed see our crew members… and Miranda and Garrus… who were supposed to be in The Karma.

“WHAAAAAAAAAT?!” ​THE Miranda Reynold and THE Garrus Vakarian were in here the whole entire time? ​Everyone was confused. While some people helped free our crew members, others (including me) were just standing there in front of our commanders in shock. “M-M-Miranda and G-G-Garrus? What are you guys doing here?” We took another needle and poked our commanders. They were indeed our actual commanders! Once everyone recovered from the shock and happiness, Miranda told us how she got here. “When we first started to explore the cocoon, I went to a passageway. Ten seconds later, this giant creature stopped me. He looked at me with menacing eyes and the last thing I remember was the Drakarian--looking exactly like me and sounding like me--walk outside, help Captain Keys who was wrestling another Drakarian and ‘me’ yelling ‘Back to the ship everyone!’ I saw my crew follow her orders and everyone disappeared into my ship.” I could see the sadness in her eyes. “Wait, does that mean that our crew members on our ship are in danger?” someone

asked. Miranda nodded. We didn’t hesitate. “WE’RE GOING BACK TO OUR SHIP TO SAVE OUR TEAMMATES!” someone shouted.

We ran and ran and ran. We needed to save our teammates. Who knows what type of trouble they were in?

Πθζζλεσ ανδ Σεψρετσ Alex and the others disguised themselves as Drakarians and snuck aboard the ship. When they got there, two team members were asked to go check the jail to see who was in there. Remember, it was a rescue mission. But, when they arrived at the jail, the two of them were caught and sentenced to jail. It’s kind of ironic if you think about it. To get them out, they needed to get the code right in the alien language. It took them long enough to find out the password: password.

And the username. When they got in, they found Miranda in the jail cell. She told them that before the launch, she went into a hallway but then got captured by a Drakarian and was sent to jail. Before she was sent to jail, she was cloned and that means that the old Miranda wasn’t even the right one.

I was suspicious of the Captain as she told us to make the bomb. I knew that if I was caught doing anything suspicious as well she could harm us if my predictions were affirmative. I shouted to the captain that I would go to the lounge where the rest of my crewmates were and sure enough I saw them sitting and tinkering with the metal components of the bomb. I shouted for them to stop. I first did a quick headcount 1,2, 3 wait, where did Algar go? I turned towards them and spoke the three words, Miranda is Drakarian. They looked at me puzzled then Miranda burst into the room obliterating the door and said Indeed I am. We all panicked. Then we heard feet stampeding. Our crew had returned and not a moment too soon. After a few smacks and heavy damage on us, we had miraculously won the fight. The Drakarian fell to the ground unconscious. Now we have to get out of here quickly or we’ll be toast. Signing out.

After spending 1 week in the medical room doing nothing but staying laid down on a medical bed near a few of the security guards also being tried to be rescued, Shannon was finally recovered. 27 stitches, but recovered. Since it was Captain Keys and Shannon still knew about the secret passage, she wasn’t gonna trust Captain Keys, and instead of him unlocking their bedrooms, Shannon was gonna go in the secret passage instead. Shannon was instructed not to fight so she could recover more. Shannon didn’t tell Colette that she had gotten BADLY injured, because Colette would freak. But this time they were fighting the fake Miranda, and ohh boy that alien was strong, Shannon REALLY didn’t want to fight, and it was even an alien! But they needed the strongest and the coolest for strength and stealth. So Shannon decided she wouldn't fight unless everyone else was down. And what? Everyone else was down! So Shannon had to try to punch the alien in the face. But when she did that, it triggered a memory of her when she was in V.I.L.E and she ched home a bunch of other times, and BOOM! It exploded the alien.

We walked into the ship port and stopped at our disguised drakarian ship. Previously we had gotten attacked trying to sneak back to the ship. We decided that we could send a few groups of people to disable the other ship’s engines. There were two ships in total and both were heavily guarded. I was in the first group with another scientist and a few other crewmates. We snuck past and started smashing the engine room. The other group wasn’t so lucky, they weren’t sneaky enough and got attacked along the way. We then headed inside our ship to confront the spy Miranda. It wasn’t as easy as we thought though. When we burst into the room to attack her, all the other crewmates that stayed behind attacked us. We realized that the other crew that stayed behind was probably Drakarians that were swapped with the rest of the crew. Eventually, we delivered the final blow to the spy and she died. I didn’t know what was going to happen next but it was going to be challenging.

As I hear the familiar voices of my crewmates I breathe a sigh of relief. As they come in they take a key and unlock my cage door. We came out and as quietly as we could we ran to the hangar. BANG!!! Someone accidentally hit a bunch of metal columns. CLANG!CLANG! The metal columns come crashing down. Our crew runs and we make it to the hangar. “Let's sabotage their ships.� someone says. A bunch of people volunteer, but I think I am too vulnerable. I watch as the others sneak up to the ship and get bored. As I wait the 1st team comes running towards us celebrating and the 2nd team comes back.

They look like they are in bad condition. Deming comes dragging what looks like Nathan behind him. We all heal up and we make our way into the ship. As we enter the ship we hit Miranda but she just turns, gives us an evil smile and morphs back into a drakarian.

Ok, so we got inside of the chamber, and then we rescued Keyes and Miranda. We tried to go back, but we got a little too loud and we had to fight, even though we were disguised. When we got back, there were 2 ships beside ours. We “split” into 2 teams. I was with Deming, and the other team had like, 7 people. They succeeded, but I tried to karate chop the drakarian guy, but he almost killed me, and Deming had to drag me back to the ship. We decided to just attack Fake Miranda, and it worked out okay, and we knocked her out still, but then, our other crewmates turned on us! They were either brainwashed, or Drakarian spies. I don’t know what to do next, since I am pretty dumb.

When I rescued the captain (the real one) I felt proud. I was really happy until Deming started to talk about strategies again. Even though we did save the captain, the fake one was still on the ship and ready to murder us when the right time has come. We tried to return to the ship’s hangar but not causing any commotion. Although we were trying to do so, some people like me just were too happy and started to randomly scream and that did not come out so well. Luckly, we had some people that were quiet and held me off and then we returned to the ship safely. I had a great idea. I thought what if we infiltrated the draconian ships? The next thing you know, we were in teams and ready to go sabotage the ships. We were split into two teams, the green and the red team. I was in the green team, we went to one of the Dracarian ships. I was thinking that I could maybe build a bomb and just sei it on a timer and then it would blow up but when I got there, I saw how beautiful the ship actually was. It looked amazing! Especially the paint, I thought that I needed to let them know that Snow The Great was here before, there was no writing utensils or anything, so I scratched the paint with my hands and wrote “Snow The Great was here!” I was having a great time when my teammates said that it was time to go. Our time was interrupted when our team decided to kill Marinda (the fake one). We thought that it was time to wipe her off the face of the galaxy. So we went and tried to kill her, we succeeded. Even though I got badly hurt. Deming almost even died because he was at one health! I was so happy for a moment but then one of my teammates decided to randomly heal him. In the end, we came out victorious. I predict that we will not get away that far though.

P.S What I said was not true, it was a joke, please don’t give me marks off for that.

Honestly everything is really blurry to me right now but i do remember sneaking through the hall and some people did make a bit of noise but we managed. I also remember fighting the drakarians and we got into some trouble. I think what will happen next might be a good thing because we’ve already been through so much trouble! So maybe we’ll get better througout the story.

Battle for the Bridge As we were running back to our ship, we caused quite some ruckus and commotion.

There were only a few people who were sneaky enough. Obviously, I was not one of those people. In fact, I am probably going to be the most clumsy person you will ever know. As everyone proceeded down the cocoon’s corridor, someone bumped into a metal rod. There were also two people arguing about something. But, something made everyone sink back into the walls and be quiet. There was a noise from… somewhere. We couldn’t see where the noise came from but we could hear it, coming closer; Loud and clear. As I was gazing down the hallway, I felt something loom over me. I looked up and saw a Drakarian look up at the roof. I was about to scream but thankfully, my teammate covered up my mouth just before I could catch the Drakarian’s attention. I was pulled back into the walls before the Drakarians could find out where everyone was. I sighed a sigh of relief. “What's wrong guys?” someone yelled. Seriously? Right now someone decided to yell something out? Right now?! ​I screamed in my mind. Just then, three Drakarians twitched and looked around. We caught the attention of not only one Drakarian, but three.

Everyone watched helplessly as the three Drakarians saw us and started to strike.

Thankfully, we all jumped away right before the Drakarian could hit us. As we continued to fight off the three Drakarians, some people were a bit wounded from their powerful hits but the scientists managed to heal everyone. After an exhausting fight, we knocked every single one of the Drakarians out. “Alright, no time to celebrate. We ​cannot ​wake up hive while we're still here.” Captain Keys told us. With that, we quickly scurried away from the unconscious Drakarians. As we got to the hangar bay, I realized that there weren’t as many Drakarians as there were before.

There weren’t as many ships either. “Where’s your ship?” came a curious Captain Keys. ​We haven't told him about our ship’s disguise yet! Oops. ​We explained how we disguised our ship as a Drakarian ship to Captain James Keys. Once we were done explaining, Captain Keys started to stroke his beard. “Hmmmm…. Hmmmm…

There’s two other ships in here besides The Karma. You know, it would be a lot

easier if we sabotage the other ships. What do you think?” Everyone looked at each other. Eventually, we split into three groups. One group will sabotage one ship, the other group will sabotage the other ship, and the rest of us will watch and guard.

Then, when everyone is done, we’ll all go inside The Karma and fight off Miranda.

Well, the fake Miranda. Of course, knowing myself, I did not participate in the sabotages. Instead, I was on the lookout for any potential threats or Drakarians.

Finally, we were all ready. Everyone walked back to The Karma and prepared for a battle with ‘Miranda.’

We arrived. Inside The Karma, ‘Miranda’ was hard at work. I did not get a clear view of what she was working on, though. “Oh. You’re back.” ‘Miranda’ greeted us with a smile. “Yes, we are back. Good to see you again.” Captain Keys replied.

‘Miranda’ then started to walk towards Captain Keys and extended her hand.

Captain Keys also reached out as if he was going to shake her hand. Suddenly, from the crowd, our real Miranda pushes through and without hesitation, punches the fake ‘Miranda’ in the face. ‘Miranda’ stumbled back and went, “Oh. Well, I guess you know now…” Everyone watched as the Drakarian slowly transformed back into her natural form. I saw her huge Drakarian claws and her gigantic body. Then, the Drakarian lunged towards us and swiped at the crowd. She hit one of our engineers.

He was knocked backwards and was immediately unconscious. Blood pooled by his feet as the scientists tried to heal him. This attack enraged our group. With the security in the front, I watched as our people charged at the Drakarian. The fight has begun...

As my fellow scientists and I tried to heal all the wounded people, the Drakarian was not getting any weaker. There were no weak spots on her and she has wounded many of our crew members including Jefferick and Gideon. It looked like we were not going to win this fight. That is, until some people did some pretty good damage to the Drakarian. Everywhere in The Karma was nothing but pandemonium. Everyone was either fighting, healing, or just hiding in fear. As I was healing someone, I saw three more people sliding back and being thrown against the wall. I started to work harder and faster. There was no time to lose. The shiny floor of The Karma was now covered in blood and bits of torn clothes. It was a sight that I did not want to

remember. Then, out of nowhere, people were yelling in triumph. “WE HAVE WON THE BATTLE!!!” I couldn’t believe it! We beat the Drakarian! I was really happy and relieved but, I was sad to see that there were still so many other people groaning in pain. Although we won the battle, there were bad things that came with it. But in the end, we’ll do some healing and everything will hopefully go back to normal. See you next time!

Battle for the Bridge When they rescued Miranda, there were more Drakarians up ahead, so

they ‘tried’ to sneak past them. They were successful but some of them got hurt.

Some of Alex’s team members tried to sabotage some Drakarian ships that were floating by. Alex didn’t, cuz he’s too much of a baby. And when they came back, they were lucky to be in one piece. The team tried to find a Drakarian spy but ended up in a fight on a bridge. The fight was pretty tough and mThe navigation crew were badly hurt. But luckily, Alex didn’t get hurt too much. They left in victory as most of their team members scream in pain and agony. :D

Alina Zhang - Battle for the Bridge  We had some fights in this class today.

The fights were on the bridge and I decided to hide to be sneaky in the fight.

(Even I am security human ) But it didn’t work very well for me. I always had a 6 or 5 or 7 but doesn’t matter, just remember I always fell.

Guess what! We found out that the fake Miranda is making a bomb! I wonder what is she going to do with that bomb. Is she going to emission to our ship Karma with that bomb? Or is she gonna do something else?

I think what’s going to happen next is that the fake Miranda is going to do something to us with that bomb.

CHAPTER EIGHT The Final Βαττλε

Well, we did it. We just blew up the cocoon. After we had beat up fake Miranda we jumped right into action yet again. We were faced against the same ship that we had to flee from last time. The battle started and shots were fired. The invaders invaded and somewhat failed but were rescued. Our sister ship beside us we fought a good long war. Shot down many enemy pods and unleashed many blows. So far, it wasn’t looking good for us. We were getting beat up and our last resort came to firing one last shot against the cocoon. The shot fired sparks flew and the cocoon was in pieces. We had finally won. We started the mission home and we all planned on celebrating. Soon enough we arrived at the dock and got ready for a disinfecting. I heard a scream and I saw one navigator pointing at the bomb that I made accidentally. It was still on the ship and would blow up in about 20 minutes. Although I had personally made the bomb I didn’t recall putting a password on there. Now we are all trying hurridly to decode it. Just when we were getting desperate security shouted no explode. We entered the code in and the bomb defused. We all gave a big sigh of relief and a bit later we got off the ship. Now I can go pay my taxes again. Yay! I have a feeling adventure is coming very soon.

THE END!

Shannon couldn’t believe it! She was finally going home! Now she didn’t have to worry about dying!!!!!! As soon as Shannon got the results that she could go home,(also go home with a whole lot of money), she called Colette. Colette asked if she had gotten hurt, and eh, well Shannon had to tell her EVERYTHING. Colette was horrified finding out that Shannon had 27 stitches through her back.

But before going home, Shannon had to find out the password to the bomb. *tick,tick,tick*After waiting more or less than 10 minutes, feeling like 10 hours, they cracked it, but Shannon hasn’t been able to sleep much, so while the others were solving the bomb, well Shannon fell asleep. When she woke up, she was back at the Federation space ! Shannon could finally go home! Back to her rich, safe, and alien free home. Shannon said goodbye and farewell to all her lovely crew members. When Shannon finally went home, Colette welcomed her by ,(paying a whole lot of money), for Shannon’s welcome back ceremony, which the whole town celebrated. Oh how much Colette missed Shannon, she pretty much gone for half a year. They celebrated for two whole days.

After we defeated Miranda we drove out of the cocoon and started firing. They were slow to react but some pods came out and attacked. Some crewmates had decided to infiltrate the pods but apparently, it didn’t go so well and they had gotten hurt. We then proceeded to move backwards and crash into the pod hitting our crewmates inside. Eventually, we hit the cocoon and instead of firing back, it exploded. We had defeated the enemy ship. We grouped up with the SS Space Falcon and used the slipspace to move into central command. As we were being tested for diseases, some of our crew were walking around the ship. Suddenly, we all thought the same thing, the spy Miranda had planted a bomb and it was still on the ship! We all frantically searched the ship and found it in one of the closets. Thankfully, we defused it with a few minutes left on the timer. After we were let out, I decided to take a vacation. The crew of the karma had been through so much and were all exhausted. I think I deserved a long rest and vacation. Probably to somewhere warm. As I said goodbye to my crew and walked into the pod that would take me back to my home.

The final battle Gracie Sun

In the final battle, we battled the cocoon ship again, we had a lot of fun and we still beat the drakarians at the end.

When we all settled down, we realized that a bomb was going to explode soon, so we had to get out, our helpers who were welcoming us back needed 10 mins to open the doors and the bomb explodes in 15 mins and we were trying to find the code to open the doors. We finally opened it after a while as we got out, I hurried to my loved ones and told them about our adventure. I told my crewmates that we can throw a party for our mission and get to know each other even more, but this time, at hone.

After the whole fight thing, it made me feel like I have a whole new group of friends. Like we can work well together, we had fun together even though we’ve only known each other for 12 classes and that is 156 minutes, we already know each other so well. It was really fun to work with everyone, I really hope we can see each other again in a class like this later on.

The Final Battle Wenqi Sun

​As we were preparing to get out of the Drakarian’s hangar bay, we were having some issues; both outside and inside our ship. Our ship’s cloaking system was broken and our security guys were below our ship trying to hold off the Drakarians. The weather wasn't helping either. There was a clump of misty fog surrounding us, making it hard to see. But finally, we were able to successfully get the remaining Drakarians off our ship and closed our ship’s door. Without hesitation, Jefferick and Gideon blasted off into space and we escape the Drakarians. Once The Karma was stable enough, my teammates and I started to treat anybody who was injured or wounded.

Remember how I said that we escaped the Drakarians? I spoke too soon.

Right after we got out of the gray and dull place, the cocoon managed to get in front of us and was already starting to produce the red laser beam.

Great, just great… Another fight with the Drakarians? ​I was not looking forward to this. Even though the cocoon was preparing to fire at us, Jefferick and Gideon decided to fire at the Drakarians first. For once, I think their idea wasn’t too shabby. It caused quite some damage to the cocoon and it delayed the launch of the red laser. It stopped producing the laser and instead, launched out it’s pods. No one was backing down but our ship was pretty damaged. The pods were obviously not as strong as the cocoon itself, but they still cause some damage… especially when your ship’s health is low. But for some reason, we did not repair our ship yet. This time, more people wanted to “infiltrate the other ships.” It was an idea that caused our ship to be vulnerable and we had to get close to the pods and the cocoon. ​Gulp. I​ ’m not going to lie, it was a TERRIFYING experience. But, after that problem was solved and our people were safely on the other ships and pods, we were back to fighting. Well, almost.

The Karma was in a debris field. Not a good place to be. But fortunately, we were able to escape with only minor damage. Gideon did a magnificent job at maneuvering our ship out of danger. We also got the group of infiltrate-addicts onto our ship successfully. We started to heal them… again. Once everything was back to normal, we flew back to our battle place. We were greeted with a newly-forming red laser beam. ​What a great welcome from our rivals. ​I thought sarcastically to myself. Everyone

decided to repair our ship first. Then, we would move forwards towards the cocoon. It would reduce the damage of our ship. Once we were in place, I realized that we were extremely close to our enemy ship. I could see all of the small details carved into the cocoon. Our enemy ship was beige in color and there were tiny droplets of goo around the perimeter of the ship.

The cocoon compared to our ship was absolutely massive. It was a bit intimidating. Gideon decided to take a risk and fire at the cocoon. It was a great hit. Our newly repaired ship took some damage when the cocoon… exploded! We backed away from the wreckage right after the explosion. It did indeed singe the frontal region of The Karma, but who cares?! We destroyed the cocoon! W ​ e’ll just do a lot of repairing after.

“YAHOOOOOOOOO!” everyone was happy and exhausted. “WE DID IT! WE FLIPPING DID IT! YES!!!!!!” I was screaming at the top of my lungs. Then, I remembered about the pods. I took a quick glance at them. They were all broken. G ​ ood.

A ​ s we started to fly back to Federation Space, I was hit with a sudden feeling of sadness. This was going to be the end of our mission… Although I was scared--terrified--at times and frustrated with Jefferick, this mission was one of the best I’ve ever had ever since I became an astronaut/scientist. I was sad that our mission had come to an end. I looked out the window of The Karma and took a picture of the view in my head. I was smiling… for the first time since this mission started. “Sad?” I turned around and saw Miranda talking to me. “Yeah… But on the bright side, there will be another adventure for us soon, right?” She nodded. I was relieved.

As we got back to Federation Space, there was a crowd of people cheering. They didn’t seem to know about our encounter with the Drakarians. Later, someone told us that some Drakarians said that they did not have any knowledge about the cocoon and all of the other things that they did to us. I didn’t really believe that but, who knows, maybe they were telling the truth. Once we landed, we did not get off the ship.

Everytime, ships need to go through a lockdown for two hours. Then, our ships go through thorough cleaning on the exterior and interior in case of diseases. No one was supposed to get out of the ship for two hours.

We were almost done with our lockdown when one of my fellow scientists and I heard this beeping noise. We gave each other glances. “THE BOMB!”

was all we said to each other. There was no time waste. We ran around randomly, following the beeping noise. Finally, we located the bomb. It was in a closet. “This is the bomb that the fake Miranda was working on isn’t it?”

I asked my teammate. She nodded. My stomach dropped. This wasn’t good. “GUYS! COME OVER HERE!” The rest of our crew came running over.

We explained our issue to them. They gasped. We all forgot about the huge bomb the Drakarian was working on. I peeked inside. There was the same pad that we tried to decipher back at the prison cell in the cocoon.

“We have 19 minutes and 38 seconds before this bomb explodes.” I told everyone. We all started to frantically crack the code. “Try ‘a’... Oh! Try ‘e.’

What about ‘f?’ ‘G’ doesn’t work?’” We were running out of time. “3 minutes and 50 seconds!” A ​ HHHHHHH! I​ was flipping out. Then suddenly, someone yelled out, “The word is ‘nonexplode!’” I quickly typed the word in and the bomb was disarmed. “HOORAY!” That was probably the hundredth time I had a panic attack. We were exhausted. “Lockdown over. I repeat, lockdown over!” someone said over the speaker. Everyone piled out The Karma. I looked outside. There were news reporters and the press bombarding everyone with questions. But, I was too tired to even bother answering all of them. All I wanted was to be dismissed and return home.

After a bit of chit-chat, we were finally allowed to return home. I was really happy. “Good job you guys! You all get a week off. See you soon.” our commanders said to us. I smiled. I walked out of Central Command and took a deep breath. I walked towards my car, got in, and drove towards the sunset. I will never forget this mission…

Epilogue Back home, I was ready to kick back, and relax. I breathed in the air. It smelt like lavender. I called my family to let them know I was safe and sound. I climbed up the stairs and catapulted onto my bed. I am a very simple person: If I’m tired, I go to bed. If I’m not tired, I go to bed. If I’m lazy, I go to bed. If I’m hungry, I eat in bed. So basically, my bed is where I live.

Right before I went to sleep, I smiled. I was happy I was back home from my amazing mission. Until next time my friends!

Everything is again kind of blurry through my memory but I remember that we finally defeated the cocoon and we are back in the Karma but we found out that there was a bomb. We had to figure out the passcode in a short time limit, but soon we figured out the code. The code is “noexplode�. We told everyone that we were safe and we could all get back onto the space ship, at last we were finally done!!!

Alina Zhang - The Final Battle

We finally had the final battle and destroyed the cocoon in today’s class! When we were boarding to the ship, we had some mayhem.

We also fire at the space crazily and we almost fell into space! After the whole crazy stuff, we went back to Federation Space. My character felt relax and very successful and very proud.

We had a lockdown and during the lockdown, we found an unusual surprise.

We found the bomb!!! So we disarming the bomb and the password is “no explode”!

The crew members of The Karma had gathered around to decide what we would do. We thought thoroughly through this, since everyone knew our every move mattered. In the end, we decided to cease an opportunity we had in our hands. Our ship was facing the enemy’s, so we took the advantage to fire. The battle went on like this. We would make a vote of what our next move should be, and stick to it. I was repairing the ship quite a lot during the process of the battle. Whenever I would come back from the repairs, my clothes would be covered in grease and my muscles would be slightly sore from using them. I would take a deep breath once I came back, because the air would always have a faint smell of aged grease whenever I had to repair with the other engineers. The battle was quite tiring, but we couldn’t give up. We mostly fixed our attention on the big ship itself instead of the smaller ones. After a few fires and attempts to end The Cocoon once and for all, I was on the verge of fainting from exhaustion.

Then, after a few more hits, The Cocoon finally exploded. I remember being scared during that moment. Our ship was so close to the enemy’s, the view was frightening until I covered my eyes. There was no sound, but even if there was, I don’t think I would’ve heard anything anyway. After I overcame the shock of the explosion, I opened my eyes once again, and saw with horror that an enormous part of the ship was singed. The fumes were making me cough several times and the smell was extremely nauseating. I was shocked, but relieved that the battle had finally ended. Exhausted, I just layed there, on the cold hard ground of The Karma, trying to regain my breath. After a few minutes, the crew decided to do a major clean-up of the ship. It was covered in the inside with goo and slime, with other questionable yet disgusting things. We split up in groups to do so. However, after only a few moments, Gracie and Celina have called us over after realizing where the bomb the fake Miranda was talking about was situated. When I went over to see for myself, I realized how big the bomb was. There was a padlock on it, and we realized we had to enter a code in order to disarm it. Almost immediately, a timer turned on. I was in disbelief when I realized we only had 20 minutes to disarm it. We definitely were all panicking, but we knew we had to keep our calm. After a few tries, Gracie decided to call for help. They said they needed around ten minutes, but we only had 14 before it would explode. I was extremely stressed out. We continued to try in the meantime. However, shortly after, the helpers announced to us that the bomb was just too big. At that moment, my legs were shaking. I was on the verge of a panic attack, my fear being of failure. Finally, we cracked the code. My hands were shaking so badly. Everyone cheered.

I was finally returning home. I couldn’t imagine how much my mother was worried when I was gone. I opened the creaking door, the smell of rotten old socks lunging at me as soon as I did.

My mother saw me standing there, and immediately hugged me. I hadn’t even spent a whole day at the house, but I definitely missed it. For once in a long time, I was calm again.
