competition - 5000m2 - commercial a competition to redisign a foundation headquarters and redefine its identity and visibility the volumes have been reconfigured to improve the horizontal and vertical distributions this project creates spaces where the workers could socialise and feel part of the team

this project gives new life to an abandoned historical palace on the Canal Grande private residences for long term rental on the top, event venues on the ground floor optimising spaces and adding vertical distributions while respecting the historical values

new social housing to develop parisian outskirts creating apartments in different sizes each space has been configured with architectural quality while optimising its volume and cost a close collaboration with the building department was required to incorporate the new city plan

under construction - 600m2 - residential a re-construction to join two houses, add a new basement level and change internal levels the client idea is to have a “ museum house” where each space has its own identity and materiality my management role was to coordinate construction drawings, contractors and consultants

project - 5.200m2 - residential a residential building that uses prefabricated elements and flexible spaces to reduce rental costs an architectural identity has been achieved rotating and shifting the “bricks” on the main facade this project has been developed using a parametric software and a different approach to design

an apartment remodeling to improve the quality and transform the indoor and outdoor areas the two spiral staircases connect all the four levels, creating a common language in the project differences in regulations, units and timelines required an additional effort from our side
