Description An old hotel has been replaced with a new 60-key hotel in the centre of Forte dei Marmi, Tuscany. The hotel includes luxury facilities such as a spa and a swimming pool. The municipality had specific laws regarding the main facade of buildings in the centre of the city. A study of the different historic facade types has been provided to make sure that the facade of the new hotel merged with the surrounding architectures.
