Due realtà, nate nel 1987 (Eureka) e 1988 (Point) con un comparto produttivo di oltre 45.000 mq coperti collocate nel NORD-EST dell'Italia.

Grazie all’importante lavoro dell’area ricerca e sviluppo, l’obiettivo è di fornire prodotti sempre nuovi, funzionali e innovativi.

Nel corso del 2023 le aziende si sono impegnate nell’implementazione di un nuovo impianto di verniciatura all’acqua.

Questo per tutelare la salute dei lavoratori e l'ambiente, contribuendo anche al rispetto dei principali protocolli ambientali internazionali in termini di VOC.

Migliorando la qualità del prodotto offrendo risultati di verniciatura di alta qualità con finiture uniformi e resistenti.

/ This is to protect the health of workers and the environment, while also contributing to compliance with the main international environmental protocols in terms of VOC.Improving product quality by offering high quality painting results with a uniform, durable finish.

GREEN HANDS

Green Hands nasce dalla volontà dei collaboratori di coinvolgere l'intera azienda in iniziative legate al rispetto ambientale da applicare quotidianamente.

• borracce per tutti i collaboratori e distributori dell’acqua nelle aree break;

• sostituzione di tutte le stampanti aziendali con dispositivi che utilizzano inchiostro a base d’acqua;

• installazione di colonnine per la ricarica di auto elettriche.

/ Green Hands is born from the willingness of the employees to involve the entire company in initiatives related to environmental sustainability that can be applied daily.

BOSKÉT & ARNIE / BOSKÉT AND BEEHIVES

Le aziende hanno destinato un'area per far crescere un bosco aziendale con oltre 50 alberi di 15 specie diverse, chiamato Boskét, che assorbe ogni anno più 10.000kg di CO2. All'interno di questo contenitore di biodiversità sono state posizionate anche delle arnie ed un terreno dedicato a colture floreali.

Queste iniziative sono atte a promuovere la biodiversità nell'area, offrire un beneficio aggiuntivo ai collaboratori e contribuire alla sostenibilità dell'ambiente.

/ The companies have earmarked an area to grow a company forest with over 50 trees of 15 different species, called Boskét, which absorbs more than 10,000 kg of CO2 each year.Within this container of biodiversity, beehives and a plot of land dedicated to flower cultivation have also been placed.These initiatives are intended to promote biodiversity in the area, offer an additional benefit to employees and contribute to the sustainability of the environment.

Per garantire una gestione responsabile delle risorse idriche, Eureka e Point si avvalgono di controlli automatizzati all'interno dei macchinari per consentire di dosare in modo preciso l'acqua in base alla produzione e al tipo di lavorazione.

/ To ensure responsible management of water resources, Eureka and Point use automated controls within the machinery to allow precise dosing of water according to production and processing.

EFFICIENTAMENTO ENERGETICO / ENERGY EFFICIENCY

Eureka riconosce l’importanza fondamentale della tutela ambientale e della produzione sostenibile; per questo motivo, negli anni ha investito con lo scopo di ridurre l’impatto ambientale nel territorio. Un'attività tra queste è stata la disposizione di un impianto fotovoltaico che produce 150.000 KW all’anno.

For this reason, it has invested over the years with the aim of reducing the environmental impact in the area. PROTOTIPAZIONE / PROTOTYPING

Altra componente importante dell’ufficio tecnico è l'area di prototipazione 3D: un’attività che apporta benefici quali la velocizzazione dei processi di progettazione, i test dei prodotti già nelle prime fasi di sviluppo ed inoltre anche la possibilità di produrre delle mini serie per Clienti.

Inoltre, la prototipazione 3D consente di ripetere e convalidare rapidamente le idee in fase progettuale, consentendo uno sviluppo del prodotto più efficiente ed efficace.

/ Another important component of the technical department is the 3D prototyping area: an activity that brings benefits such as speeding up design processes, product testing at an early stage of development, and also the possibility of producing mini-series for customers.
